Adyghe salt "Bzhedugskaya"

Adyghe salt Bzhedugskaya

Ingredients

salt (sea salt) 0.5KG
garlic 1 head
ground sweet red pepper 1 tbsp. l.
coriander 1 tbsp. l.
hops-suneli 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The recipe for this salt is dominated by paprika. It is preferable to use it in the preparation of second courses.
  • It is used in the preparation of first and second courses, salads, pickles, pickling vegetables, meat products, barbecue, grilling, bacon, fish, etc. instead of ordinary salt.
  • Place the salt and all spices except the garlic in a bowl. Chop the garlic in a way convenient for you. I grated on a garlic grater. Add it to the mixture. Mix everything well.
  • The salt is wet, but that's okay. Don't leave it to dry. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and add to any dish.

Vinochek - Thank you so much! I will try!
Since it is wet, it turns out that it needs to be stored in the refrigerator and how long does it last?

I keep it on the shelf. It took me 300 g in a month. In theory, it should not deteriorate, there is nothing to spoil there))))

Yes, a good recipe. But by and large, you can add any spices and herbs that you like, you will only benefit from this.
Vinochek
Of course, you can generally replace it with Italian herbs, but then there will be no initial product. But the very idea of using salt in this way is cool.

Zhenya, can you use dried garlic?
Vinochek
I think that it is possible, but fresh garlic gives extra flavor (combines salt).
irman
Zhenya, thank you for the quick consultation.
Vinochek
Tell me later if you liked it with dry garlic.

Thank you for the recipe! So far, of all the soles, this is our favorite! All friends fainted!)) Begging slowly!
It seems to me that fresh garlic not only binds, but also juices the salt itself.
