staff .. I did not like the non-removable cover
Shteba has a removable lid. I have been living with this pressure cooker for four years. I love her dearly and I don't want to change for anything else. By the way, it can work perfectly with a simple multicooker.
Tomarik
Rituslya,
Although I am not an advisor at all, because I am not indifferent to all multicooker!

Nevertheless, you have a huge experience of using, and your opinion matters. I continue to choose, sort through, compare, I want to buy something optimal. Here's an option with a Steba DD2 Basic staff they sell a new one at all not expensive, without additional. cups. I ask for your opinion. You had a redmond IH300, what do you think, in comparison with this staff, which one cooks better (tastier), which cartoon is more convenient to use, is the pressure cooker a necessary function? Basically I plan to cook vegetables, fish, steamed, sous vide. We practically don't eat meat. Chicken sometimes.

gala10,
I have been living with this pressure cooker for four years.

Tell me, how much does 1 liter of water boil for on the head? How long does it take to cook a standard oatmeal milk porridge for two? There is something special that sets the staff apart from other cartoons. Well, for example, a stainless steel bowl. I think this is korosho)) and for a long time.

The main question for old-timers, experienced, knowledgeable owners of multicooker. Please express your opinion: which cartoon is theoretically preferable - the new model on induction, the updated 300th REDMOND RMC-IHM301 or Steba DD2 Basic +.

I would have no doubt: of course, Shteba.

The time has come to replace my old Panasonic-18 cartoon with a more spacious one.
Shteba has a smaller bowl than this Panas. Therefore, first of all, they advised you to increase it.)

Boil for a couple - this kind of pressure cooker is the most it. It turns out quickly, tasty and without emitting steam into the room. Well, it is impossible to make a mistake and accidentally evaporate all the water.)) Only the program in the Shtebe should be selected not "Steam", but any other for cooking (Steam is just sharpened for evaporation into the environment, and if the valve is closed, it starts to squeak).

Significant remark! Thank you.
Bijou
Tomarik, yes, it also seems convenient to me - before Shteba appeared, I did not cook anything at all.
But there are other pressure cookers of this kind. Which are not with electronic, but with manual valve control. If you want, you lower it immediately after the end of cooking, if you want, you leave it that way until the heat dies down and the pressure drops, if you want, you open it somewhere in the middle between these extremes.) But plans for this have to be taken into account when setting the cooking time.
Tomarik
There is an opportunity to buy a Panasonic SR-MHS181 and there is a Steba DD2 Basic at the same price. What should you choose? Give your opinion.

Panasonic is a multicooker and Steba is a pressure cooker, see which one is closer to you. I have Steba for 5 and 6 liters, they are completely satisfied. There was also a small Panasonic, it turned out to be not mine - I gave it.
Tomarik
Yes, I sort of figured it out, wins the head, it is more functional: both the pressure cooker and the cartoon, and the temperature for the suvid can be selected and the heating is turned off, and the bowls to choose from and ... and ....))

Good day! I want to ask all the experienced owners of the Steba multicooker, does anyone know why Steba dd1 eco disappeared from the sale? I was just going to buy it ((, now I choose between dd2 basic and dd2 six-liter, what do you recommend? I gave my favorite cartoon to my mother-in-law, I want a pressure cooker. All in thought ..

Why Steba dd1 eco disappeared from sale?
I'm not experienced, but the answer logically suggests itself: because the production of the modernized dd2 basic model has begun. As far as I know, dd2 basic and dd2 six-liter differ only in bowl size and equipment. Are you more or less? (Family composition) But better clarify.

It was embarrassing that there is no such multi on the official website in German, I'm talking about dd2. I would like to ask girls who have both a 5-liter and a six-liter one, since on the Internet they swear at a six-liter one for quality. That is, I like the six-liter so much, but if it is inferior to the five-liter in terms of technical features and ease of use, then I'll take dd2basic. Girls, help me figure it out!

I went to the German site: shtebak. I see a photo of multi dd2 - a display with a clock, so the Germans are aware of dd2, but the signature under the photo is dd1. I opened the instruction to dd1 there the picture corresponds, without the clock (dd1) -and the instruction for dd1.

I opted for the REDMOND RMC-IHM301 multicooker.
I bought it after all. It would be surprising if I passed by with my initial interest.
So far, I'm happy with the results. It's unusual that it hums, periodically falling silent.
Not fast.

Wow! Congratulations. Rita is bold and curious. There is no review or feedback on this multi. Not fast compared to what cartoon? Is the buzz as loud as an induction hob, fan, refrigerator? Is the noise of the tap water louder? Can you hear it in the next room? And what about the taste of dishes in comparison with tenovy cartoons? Standard oatmeal in milk, boil over?

it never scared me.
It hums quietly, you can't hear it in the rooms. The taste is ordinary, the most normal multicooker. For me, this is an ordinary cartoon, but with a slight buzz.
Not small in size.

I didn't cook porridge, I didn't try it.

Gingi, please tell us about the 6-liter head.

Imagine, there is no banter in the Yandex market dd1, I found it on the stoneline-posuda website, it costs 11000r, and how much did you buy for? it is expensive?
Marpl
Shteba for 6 liters on Ozone for 7990 rubles.
Nikka3135
I am very confused that there is no steba dd2 on the official website for either 5 or 6 liters. Not even in the new products, I translated product news from German. and almost nowhere.
Marpl
Nikka3135, what are you fixated on this Shteba? There are many others. For example, many people bought an induction multicooker-pressure cooker - Multicooker Element El-Chef FWA01PW White (in the player 5127rub) and forgot about their Stebs.
francevna
Nikka3135, have you looked at the site for maximum comfort? There are three types of Shteba.

and forgot about their Stebs.

Marpl, Marina, and why did you write that? For example, the Element did not "hook" me at all, but I'm not talking about the fact that it fiiiiii. You are just like a real "promoting" product marketer argue.

Nikka3135, why are you embarrassed? For example, I am in a panic. I urgently think I can buy one more plug in reserve ... I have a 6-liter one. I am very satisfied.
ikko4ka
Girlsand, I am faced with the choice of which pressure cooker to take Shtebu or Ourson ... I need fast cooking of meat. Help with advice please.
francevna
ikko4ka, pressure cookers cook all meat quickly. I used to want to buy Ourson, but the cup is heavy for me, so I bought Brand 6051 and I'm very happy.
ikko4ka
francevna, Thank you. I haven't read about Brand, I'll go read. We had a Kukushechka, but it was out of order ... And the price for it is very high now. So I choose from the available ones. Ourson is also, like, Korean.
francevna
ikko4ka, Ourson Swiss, manufactured in China.
Larssevsk
ikko4ka, I will not find fault with or praise those pressure cookers that I did not have, because I have no right to assess the technique that I have not used, but according to Stebe, what can I say - I have the very first. I bought it as soon as it appeared. Serves faithfully. Always with homemade stew. I don't even look towards others, because this one suits 100% - quickly, quietly (by volume), without foreign odors, the bowl is always in order (stainless steel), the lid is washed (removable), the buttons are pressed
Natalia K.

that you are fixated on this Steba?
Marina, I am one of those who are fixated on Shteba and I don’t want another type of Element. Yes, I dreamed before that I would not refuse the Element either. But now I realized that I don't need it from the word, at all.

and forgot about their Stebs.
Are you sure about that?
On our forum, if something new appears, then the old one is first forgotten, and then if the jamb happens with a new gadget, then they return to the old one.
So, you don't need to be categorical about Stebe.
There will be an opportunity to buy another Shteba.
Marina, and you have Steba, that you categorically treat her this way?
ikko4ka
Girls, thanks for the help! We decided. Take Shteba. But again the question is - what is the best stainless steel bowl - ceramics or non-stick? I have never used ceramic - for which dishes is it better?
Natalia K.
ikko4ka, I have a non-stick bowl, I like it. Suitable for baking.
There has never been a ceramic one, so I can't say anything about it.
Svetlenki
Quote: ikko4ka
I have never used ceramic - for which dishes is it better?

ikko4ka, it is believed that ceramic is ideal for milk porridge. But she has one big BUT - over time, the pores of the coating become clogged and the bowl loses its non-stick properties. I don't have it - that's just what I read in the topic about Shtebe.

I have as many as 3 bowls (because it was not clear which one would come as standard to Shteba from Ozone). One - stainless steel and two - with non-stick. In stainless steel - soups. One non-stick contains only cottage cheese and compote. The second non-stick contains everything else.

And I highly recommend having two rings. One is for meat dishes, cabbage, etc., and the second is for compotes and cottage cheese

We have a separate topic for Stebe. You can already go there with specific questions on it Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL

ikko4ka
Svetlenki, thanks! Now everything is clear.

Please tell us about the 6-liter head.
For a long time my relatives tried to convince me that one cannot live without a pressure cooker, they even offered their Brand 6051 for a test drive. But while I was deciding it was necessary - not necessary, the model remained only in white, which did not suit me at all. I began to look around, and thanks to the kind people from the Bakery, they sent me in the right direction. As I saw her, I immediately realized that it was mine.
I thought about what size to take, but there were discounts for a 6-liter one on ozone, and this helped to make the right choice.
After several years, I can say that everything is still fine, it works flawlessly. I do everything in it: soups, carcass vegetables, meat. In order not to eat milk porridge with the smell of borscht, I bought myself 5 liters to help myself. Now everything is sweet in it, milk porridge, cottage cheese casseroles, pastries, and most importantly for my husband - oatmeal in the morning. And the main thing for me is that oatmeal does not run away (either on water or on milk).
Nikka3135
And I fell in love with Shteba, my soul lies with her, delivery is coming soon, it remains only to check the marriage.Although at first I wanted Tefal, I ordered dd1!
Marpl
Girls, I'm not a marketer, but a user. I have a lot of MV and MV-SV, so I have something to compare with. Regarding Shteba - there is 6L, but I use it exclusively as a large SV. I do not like the antediluvian pressure release valve, as on the very first SV, but it itself bleeds and gains pressure for a very long time. Modern MV-SV do everything themselves, in extreme cases, as in Orson, carefully turn the lever and let off steam. And in Shteba, at first, or out of ignorance, you can pour everything around or scald yourself, so if you need to quickly bleed off the steam, you had to cover the valve with a napkin and gently lift the valve with a long stick. This is what I don't like, in modern people there is no such nonsense, everything is safer there.
Svetlenki
Marpl, Marina, Thank you. Now a clear reasoned opinion. About the valve - I completely agree, but I initially knew about it, since I studied the topic about Stebu very thoroughly and for a long time before making a choice. Here you need to "adjust" to the temper of the device.

And regarding the functions of the MV such as "pilaf", "roast", "multi-cook" and what else is offered there - this is not for everybody.

And all devices have their own characteristics, even the vaunted "Element"
Fotina
As a three-day owner of the Element and a five-year-old - two Shtebs, I will say that the Element has not caught on with anything, except for the voice)))

And I do not understand at all why the pressure must be relieved by force. Well, if anyone wants to turn right away like this, then he is himself an evil Buratino. In the instructions for almost all equipment now they write that not to allow people with reduced intelligence and mental illness to it.

If I had to choose one of the two saucepans, then I would still choose Shteba. Because there are normal pressure cooking functions. If you want several, then both are possible. And a few more to add to them, until the place in the kitchen runs out.
Sedne
And I think that it is necessary to have both with a mechanical and an electromagnetic valve. But if you need 1, then they are all good. I love both Shteba and Element, I use both for different purposes.
Fotina
After Redmond stopped sending Cossack women to the forums, I changed my opinion about their technique. Quite decent multicooker / pressure cooker.
In general, choose whichever you like best for the price and appearance. And in the work you get used to any / get used to it, and it will be the best for you.
These are all disputes at the level of "which side to break the egg on."

I can't say for other pressure cookers in the absence of them (there is some kind of vitess, it seems, but I couldn't make friends with her at all), but Shteba is a reliable workhorse. Its main advantage for me is ease of management. I pressed the first button that came across, set the time - and wait for the taste. And also yogurt, cottage cheese, pastries, ham, the functions of a regular multicooker - what else do you need? The steel bowl is also a bold plus.
By the time of my purchase, DD1 was outdated and there was a choice of DD2 for 5 or 6 liters. The six-liter did not have additional bowls, if I could buy them, I would choose it and recommend it to others. But a five-liter bottle is no worse. Accordingly, I would recommend Shteba for the purchase, I am sure you will not regret it.
P.S. To relieve pressure, yes, is inconvenient, but since I do it very rarely, it practically does not bother me.
And the non-stick bowl is good, heavy and does not stick at all.

Hello! I want to change the multicooker, at the moment I have a POLARIS 520, it generally suits me, but the latch holding the lid broke off, the film on the buttons fell behind and now condensation is collecting there during cooking, I'm afraid that there will soon be a short circuit and, most importantly, very small menu. She worked faithfully for five years. What can you buy for replacement? From the programs I use: languor, frying, pilaf (exactly in this form: when the water is evaporated and the bottom is fried), stewing, yogurt. I see badly now - a large menu is a must. The shape of the multicooker itself is not round, better like my old one. Up to RUB 6,000
I tried to read the topic, but after the operation at the computer I can be very short. Very much I ask for advice! I also chose my old multicooker with you and never regretted this purchase. Thank you in advance!
Marpl
Irina buy MV-SV Element El Chef 01 while there is a special offer in some stores. She cooks all the above programs perfectly, and the bowl in it 1.7 kg is 9-layer, and the MV itself is induction. The menu is clearly visible and there is a voice guide that tells you everything, you can't go wrong.
Sun
Thank you) I looked, I read the reviews, but here's the price ... our city is not so big, and in those stores that we have there are no shares for this multicooker ...

Everyone ordered this MV with delivery, look in the player, top shop.

Thank you, I found everything)
