Bijou
Sveta, well, you set tasks ... Kada read this Bijou, where is it? Surely it is somewhere, but I am not there. I generally cook everything at random. Hands themselves remember, but now I can lie ... Unpeeled potatoes (whole and not small) will be ready in 10 minutes, carrots in 15, or even 20 if thick, but beets preferably from half an hour to 0.7.

Sliced, of course, it cooks much faster - I remember that a couple of servings of rather small potato cubes with small meatballs were assigned 2 minutes and it was ready.) Next time, the delighted Bijou nafigachil already for four with a slide and .. broke off. There was not enough time for such a portion.

Hello. there was a question of choosing a new cartoons. I am a conservative and I only had Panasonic, first 18, then 10. I need to buy a new one, because my third Liberton LMC 05-03 broke down and cannot be repaired.
What do you recommend? Thank you

Good day. Now there is a good discount on the POLARIS PMC 0563AD Multicooker. How is this slow cooker? What are the scary tricks? I am not directly burning to have if there is a lot of bad fuss with this particular model. Otherwise, this will be my first slow cooker. And 700 W is not enough for a multicooker? The power is confusing. Or am I wrong? Volume - 5 liters. And another question: can you make meringues in a multicooker? After all, the temperature there can be set low (like from 35 degrees).
Anastasenok
posetitell, meringue is not allowed. Can be in a dryer, oven, airfryer, grill lid, etc. With convection, blowing and a temperature of 80. From Swiss meringue can be dried on the table near the battery
Larssevsk
marysichca, only now it has come, this question was personally to me or what? Now it is very difficult to advise something. The choice is huge and I will not even undertake this, all the more I don’t know from what choice. If personally my preferences - it would be necessary to leave one device, I would leave Multikuzina https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=407879.0... They would be allowed to leave two, I would add to it my own Oushiba from Aliexpress for cereals. And if they were generous and allowed to leave three, then I would add Shteba to them for cooking homemade stew

Larssevsk, Thank you!

Everyone!
I have a little Panasonic 10, I cook milk porridge in it in the morning, sometimes in the hold for other dishes, but this is rare, and so .... I have had it (cartoon) for a long time, and I thought about what if it breaks suddenly, which one to buy in return?
Who will advise what?
We need a small cartoon, up to 2 liters in volume, good milk porridge with a delay for the night.
Thank you all in advance for your advice and answers!

Py. sy. The eye fell on little Philips, but like Panasonic, it seems not on sale ...

OgneLo, Marin, thank you, read it!
But there I understand the pressure cooker, but I didn't make friends with them somehow ...

Ksyusha, you can also do this for microscopic portions: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=524134.0

There, such a regime is interesting for "porridge", it lasts 2 hours and works like a "slow cooker", but I put it on a delay in the morning and everything is OK. There is a touch mode for cooking cereals. There is a "soup" mode. Porridge, cereals do not run away, if you do not exceed the proportion of a measuring cup. A measuring glass is also attached there and it is also small, like the cartoon itself. Everything is cooked STRICTLY for one serving. If you need two, I cook already in Panasonic 10

m. b. with those that are put on the burner, it is difficult, but with an electric one it is easy, no more difficult than with a conventional multicooker. And, compared to a conventional multicooker, quickly.
Trishka
Larssevsk, Laris, and how much per serving is it in ml.?
I cook for two for 3.5 mst liquid, will it go into it?

No, I had a Shteba, and I know what it is, and I didn't make friends with her at all, in the sense of "technology".
Larssevsk
Ksyusha, the cartoon itself is 1.2 liters. I cook 1 MC of cereal and 3 MC of liquid (plus or minus depending on the cereal), BUT the multi-glass there is 2 times less than the standard one. How many ML can I accurately measure only at home in the evening

I have a Vitesse VS-526 pressure cooker, in it you can choose between modes and change the time (on the "frying" program, with the lid open, respectively, you can select the frying temperature) + you can delay start + heating.
(the instruction is very simple, convenient and fast.
I do not fry in it and I even cook barbecue on the "stewing" program ...
Sedne
Trishka, Ksyusha, and Oursson is (was) also not friends? She's also a pressure cooker.
Trishka
Yeah, it was .... sold, not mine.

Hello!
I ask for advice.
I choose a multicooker, the choice is between Polaris PMC 0557AD and Polaris PMC 0517AD. I read about 0517, but I didn't really find anything about 0557. Which is better? There are no fundamental differences, as I understand it?
Maybe it will be difficult to find a spare bowl for some of them ... (I read here on the forum that Polaris has no ice quality bowls).
I also look in the direction of Polaris PMC 0559D, but I could not touch it live, and without "touching" it is difficult to decide ... maybe it is not needed at all ...
Objectives: basically, porridge on a delayed start, pilaf, stew potatoes with meat, I would like to try yogurt and proofing of the dough on the "yogurt" mode. In the deceased Supra 4511, I really liked the touch modes, when she herself monitored the amount of water in the porridge / pilaf and turned off ideally at the right time.
Thank you.

Hello everyone!
I read the last 200 pages of the topic, but I could not decide (((
I now have a work "horse" Panasonic 18th, bought back in 2010.
Morally matured to a new multi.
Please advise what to choose?
I want to cook yogurt, I cook broth only in a cartoon. Pilaf is categorically impossible (((
The need for cooking soon is questionable - I don't understand why he is?
The price of the issue is not critical, I want something from Bosch / Tefal, etc. I looked at the reviews - everyone has some disadvantages.
Please help me decide.
Thank you!
P. S. Available near MVideo, CSN, Yulmart and Wildberry

Ps do not kick much,))) I did not find the topic I needed from the phone, if there is, poke your nose) please).

I also want to have a stirrer, but I haven't read anything sensible about this Tefalka.
Unita has a stirrer, but this stirring is very limited in programs.
And I love it, so that at any time you can turn on this stirring, if suddenly necessary.

Anyut, I read it. Balda I am! You ordered induction, right?

Rituslya, not Rituel, a new Tefalev induction unit. Somehow I was not inspired by the stirrer.

Is there a slow cooker that allows you to cook in a vacuum? Not under pressure like pressure cookers. And not in vacuum bags, as in sous-vide technology.
Saw only one from Toshiba for the Japanese market.
Or maybe you know the existence of steel vacuum containers (containers)? So that it can be placed in the multicooker bowl. I saw only large containers. They are either on the stove or in the oven.

What is it like? With a pump continuously pumping out the pressure generated during heating ??

What for? Well, yes, boiling and gassing / vaporization at a lower temperature, so in the end it's just low temperature cooking right?

Hello girls. And not only..
ATTENTION, IMPORTANT QUESTION :: %%%
I choose the first cartoon - always with a pressure cooker, for a large family, reliable, fast. Much read, including here. I was already going to go to take Shteba, but ... According to the reviews, in the last 2-3 years, as China began to do it, the percentage of marriage has increased significantly. I am afraid to take not a cheap thing if it breaks down in a couple of months or a year and a half. Now in mvideo Moulinex Moulinex Fastcooker CE502832 is still on sale and its price is almost the same as that of Steba DD 2 XL Eco ... Maybe there are people here who know both of these models. Or just experienced cartoon users ... Recommend which of these two models you take. Or maybe something else, similar in price and functionality ... THANKS in advance !!!

Or maybe there is a loan, but more expensive ??? For example, DeLonghi FH1394 / 2.BK + DLSK104 with 3D heating, or even the Cuckoo CMC-M1051F White Multicooker, although the price of the latter is not humane at all, but it may really be worth it ... In general, connoisseurs, dear, help out, make the choice easier !!!! You are welcome!!!

This is not a pressure cooker at all! But if I NOW chose an assistant for myself and did not have the opportunity to buy several, then I took her. I wouldn't overpay for Cook. If it was a pressure cooker that was needed, I took either Shteba or Mula or Element. All are good!

That is, it turns out that a cheap Element is in the same row in terms of reliability and functionality as Shteba and Muli for 12-15 thousand ??? Frightened by the large percentage of defects in the current Stebs and Mules. China, after all. Well, at least judging by the reviews ... They break quickly ... Here's the sadness ((((

Fox, so the Element has fallen in price only this year. He used to be expensive.

Fox, I have a Brand 6051 pressure cooker and a Brand 502 multicooker, 5L bowls, have been working for the fifth year. I am very satisfied.
It is not necessary to buy expensive equipment, I think that this does not affect the taste of the dishes.

China is different. Mercedes and Volvos are also assembled in China. The forum cannot judge a mass marriage, who breaks down - they write and look for how to solve the problem, but not everyone who has bought and has no problems with equipment is on the forum.

Now there are a bunch of Ourzones in Dnc for the price of Steba DD2 Basic + an additional bowl STEBA AS1 teflon silver. My Brand 6051 and Shteba broke down 1.5-2 years ago. But I can't get enough of my Marta. Just an indestructible-hardy cartoon. Constantly at work. And it works great. He does not even take offense at me if I switch it over and over again during the cycle. And the plastic is wonderful, everything is washed off very quickly if you smudge. Thanks to Admin for pointing out such a multifunctional cartoon. Well, I was very lucky with Marta. And the pots that were purchased are super.

Good afternoon to all cooking lovers.
I am looking for a multicooker with two or three main functions, the Internet "to the mountain" gives out so much garbage information, while ignoring the main requests:
1. Temperature control in steps of 1 gr. from 30 to 99 and up to 12 hours. for su view.
2. Temperature setting 180-190 for deep fat.
3. 3D heating
If there is also pressure then wow.

Is there such a thing in nature?
francevna
Serg_D, Sergey, I didn’t meet a multicooker for such requests, but I gave my Steba CV-2 sous vidnit to repair and had to cook in a multicooker. I have Manual mode, but the temperature is set from +25 to + 130 °, the time is from 0 to 9h 59min with a difference of 5 degrees. The multicooker Brand 502 and the pressure cooker Brand 6051 also have a Manual mode.
I cooked pork at a temperature of 65 °, the thermometer stood all the time, the temperature was stable.
A metal circle with holes from an old double boiler was installed on the bottom. The husband did not notice the difference in the taste of the ham cooked in multo and sous-vidnitsa. One minus that in a 5-liter bowl
many are not included.

2. Temperature setting 180-190 for deep fat.

How often are you going to use this mode? He confuses me the most in the stated requirements. The bowl should be steel out of harm's way.It will not be easy for the multi to dial and maintain this temperature. And deep fat soars during cooking. Then wash the whole cartoon ... The lid is better to be removable ...

I am using a 3-layer stainless steel pot on the stove top. Plus a thermometer. Only today did spring rolls. Fine.
