Cottage cheese soufflé with apple and blueberries in the microwave

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 1 pack (180 g)
Egg 1 PC.
Sugar 1-1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Apple 1 PC.
Blueberry handful

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg with sugar, salt and cottage cheese in a blender, add a separately grated apple and gently stir in the blueberries - I added frozen. Divide the mass into tins and bake in the microwave on medium power for 6 minutes (the surface of the soufflé should dry slightly). All! You can enjoy a quick, tasty and healthy dessert!

Oh well. I’ll tell you that these three pieces have turned out, so will you stop there? After all, you will demand their sizes? Not ?

Larisa, thanks for the recipe! Always admire your masterpieces, but exclusively as works of art. I can reproduce this one and even eat it without feeling that I am committing blasphemy.
Larissa, is half power 500 watts?

Thank you for your kind words, Sveta! I did it by 700. If by 500, then you need to slightly increase the time. Checking - not wet top.
