I report: I got a wonderful bread.
Baked according to a similar recipe, like Toffee, only the proportions are slightly less (water about 280-300 grams)
And it's good, because during baking, he got me to the lid, and even a little baked dough on it.
After kneading and proofing in HP, I transferred it to the cartoon, and gave it another 30 minutes to distance. Then she baked in the "baking" mode for 60 + 20 minutes.
Turned over after 60 minutes.
It turned out a well-risen bread (to the very lid) and then, due to overturning, a little donkey.
Medium-fried crust. Well, the crumb is just a fairy tale.

I will do this quite often.

I also want to try "custard" bread, where a little water and flour are brewed, cooled, and then mixed with the rest of the flour and other ingredients. They say it is also very tasty.

I didn't take a photo - bread, it is bread in Africa too. Moreover, according to the standard recipe for white wheat bread.

And so far I have nothing to brag about ...
I bought a multicooker today! After long agony of choice - after all, Dex-60.
I decided on the very first day to bake a Zebra pie (I did everything as in a book with recipes, baked for 1 hour), but for some reason it did not fit well
What's the matter - I don't understand, maybe the temperature in the baking mode is too low for this cake? In a gas oven, I used to do almost everything ...
In general, it was not possible to please the family with something unusual (before the zebra did not bake)
alisanna
Girls, please advise some tasty recipe so that I don't get too upset!

with the acquisition

I haven't baked the zebra yet, but I bake the biscuits for 1 hour 20 minutes and after baking for 10 minutes I don't open the multicooker, until everything worked out fine

Yes, and the first pancake is always lumpy, so don't be discouraged, adapt, get to know the mule better and everything will work out for you

Here's a Zebra recipe:

and behind this post, below, one more recipe (I did it).
If you do it strictly according to the recipe, you get a gorgeous Zebra.

Girls, I want to ask you more, otherwise they are unlikely to answer in that topic.
Can this mackerel be stewed in our Dex? Or will it fail, because there is no pressure?

Why won't it work? It will work very well. Only time will need to be added. If in a pressure cooker for 10-20 minutes, then in a normal multiturn an hour and a half should be stewed.

That is, in the "extinguishing" mode, right? And if an hour is on the stewing, and then 5 hours on the languor?

Could be so. But why? If you want to melt it - then after stewing on manual 80 * for several hours. But then it would be nice to add either a chefirchik (super-strong black tea) or citric acid. And then from too long languishing, the fish can simply crumble.I'm not sure about lemons (but I add), but the tea contains tannins that help the fish to keep its shape.
And until it cools completely, leave it in a saucepan, do not shift, otherwise it will turn into dust.

Some kind of incomprehensible combination turns out. First, the temperature is relatively high on the Quenching, then it is low and then it rises again (Simmering)

I would just choose Quenching.

It seems to me that 1 hour on Extinguishing is enough. After all, when fish is made in a pressure cooker "like canned food", it is put on for 60-99 minutes under pressure. And here it is only 10 minutes, apparently according to the recipe the bones should not crumble. It's just that the fish is so stewed.

Anyuta, first of all, check if the power cord has come off the socket - this sometimes happens.
If the cord is in place, stuck tightly - then alas, contact the place of purchase of the multicooker and wait for the new Dexik.

Oh, while I was writing, Yarushka, too, first of all thought about the wire I'm not alone in the universe

are you sure? I am somehow very worried about this!
If the MB is bought in a normal store (it doesn't matter - an Internet or a regular one), then they must exchange it, unless the breakdown is mechanical. But I think you didn't hit the cartoon with a hammer? Didn't you drop it off the table? It means that they must change. In which case, contact Dex's offsite, ask them what to do if the seller does not accept your broken MB.

Girls, help with advice, maybe someone had such a situation. I rarely use DEXIC, but the other day I decided to test the STEADY mode. I cooked beef with tomato juice and when I poured tomato juice I spilled a little on the white plastic near the saucepan and did not notice it right away. Now there is a red spot in this place, the juice has soaked into the plastic and is not washed off by anything, obviously the plastic is of poor quality. I was very upset, because I so cared and lileila him. Maybe someone knows how to remove it?
Have you tried sunflower oil? Or cleaning, like Gala?
And by and large, I would not bother. The stain does not affect the quality of the food you cook! And there is no stranger smell from him! And why so cherish something cartoon. It is necessary to constantly use it, and not to exhibit at an exhibition.
albina1966
Quote: natalia27

Albina, I tried it with sunflower oil, when it was juiced and the combine is painted with carrots, it is always wiped off instantly, and then there is no reaction at all. Dishwashing detergent and soap did not give anything, I can try it with something powdery, but I'm afraid it will scratch. This is certainly not fatal, but unpleasant.
See above, I've edited. The stain is not fatal, the main thing is that her electronic brains were fine.

Your speck will peel off, do not worry. I have had it so many times, both from tomato and from turmeric, then it gets rubbed off over time.

Natasha, googled, I entered into a search engine: how to remove a tomato stain, there are many methods - vanish, and lemon juice with salt, and vodka, and green tomato juice. I didn't remember everything there. True, there is more and more on the fabric, and not on the plastic. Look, in general.

natalia27, do not worry!!!
I really have a Brand, but this has already happened, and then the speck itself disappears somewhere !!! did not even notice when and where the speck went!
and for the first time I was also very worried (it was my first mule), but now I have become quieter.

Mona, thanks for the advice. I think a lemon can help, but there is no lemon in the house today. I'll try tomorrow.

Girls, hello I have been reading the Forum for a very long time, since I bought a bread machine. I got infected with the need for a multicooker right here. Thank you all for the detailed description and many delicious recipes with photos and instructions
Take in your ranks. Dex 60 appeared in my kitchen today, christened Mulechka
Just in case, the first course was a lemon, and now yoghurt comes in capsule sourdough from the pharmacy. There will be pilaf tomorrow
Weighed the bowl - 737 gr. In general, the cartoon impressed - solid, with a pleasant sound and comfortable buttons.

Thank you for your hospitality!
I am a shopaholic with experience, so before device addiction I had a very small step, and it seems that I have already done it
There is a Berner grater, an old one, about twenty years old, but I use everything. I'm thinking about a new one, but so far only in the future, my old lady is still kind of very sharp. Good thing, yet from there brought by great pull.
My husband is a bubble, he already supports all the shopaholic impulses of his wife, so there is a pressure cooker in the plans, but I have not yet decided which one. I choose between Liberty and Scarlett. If only a place on the kitchen table was so easy to acquire
I moved the yogurt into the refrigerator, tomorrow I will report what happened. Now - thick, not cut off, it smells nice. The same as I did in a thermos before

Oh, girls, and I want to see you! I am an experienced deviceaholic! I got myself a Dexica 60 - I really liked it. Although I have a 50th and Panasonic. Girls, hello everyone
I report - my Mulechka coped with yogurt perfectly well. Delicious, thick, spoon worth
In the morning I cooked milk buckwheat - beauty! Even my husband ate, although he doesn't like buckwheat.
And right away I want to ask a question - where can I buy a silicone rug? I have a spoon, but you can't pour liquid porridge or soup into a plate ...

If only because in 18 years you will get bored with anything This is a joke. Which is known to be in every grain of truth
In general, instead of "change" you can use another word: "add". 18 years ago there were only Classics. And now Berner has a lot of different and interesting things. If the Classic still works properly, you can please yourself with additional graters, which are not superfluous on the farm.

Anyut, I was brought here vaasche to find out about agar-agar! I read about agar, and latently I catch myself thinking: a bread maker is vital to me. At the same time, in the topic I read, there was not a word about bread makers at all - there were discussed confectionery tricks.
OK, I bought HP. I feel I am suffocating without AH But is it possible to buy AH without CF? I had to urgently buy 50, and a week later AG. Then it turned out that one MV was not enough for me, I had to buy Liberton Well, it was then - I don't remember
Summary: a device addiction virus on the Bread Maker. ru literally every topic, even the most seemingly neutral, is infected. Be carefull

Girls, I'm shocked! So it turns out that you also need a Berner grater for 4 multicooker? I don't even know what kind of miracle it is, because I thought that 3 food processors, one of which cuts into cubes, is enough. Now I'll go and see the link.
In general, the multicooker business is VERY contagious and indelible.
azaza
I have one harvester, just a cube.I speak competently - Berner is many times more convenient as a vegetable cutter. And Bosch is in charge of the cubes themselves, and other duties that are far from vegetable cutting.

Laslovna and Cranberries! Well done for stopping by, welcome!
Regarding devicegolism and that our husbands are becoming like that, I'll put in 5 kopecks.
My not long ago heard the unknown word "pressure cooker". I explained to him that food is under pressure and cooks very quickly.
Here he stunned me! : swoon: Why, he says, you still don't have it!
I, as if defensively, burn, they say, I do not need speed. And she herself has already reeled up that the next guest in our house will be SLE.
It's a pity they don't take Brand to us, I've been mowing at him for a long time. If they were in our shops, I would have bought it long ago.

Good day!!! I'm going to join your ranks tomorrow, buy a dex 60 multicooker. There is an opportunity to immediately take a spare bowl and a removable lid. The question arose, is it necessary or not? Answer please!!!
If there is only one multicooker, then take it.

Quote: Tigresse

Girls, I will repeat myself with the question) what to cook from chicken legs in a cartoon so that it is delicious)

You'd better ask what to cook from them to make it UNTASTY. Because it still has to be contrived - it is tasteless to cook chicken in a cartoon.
Take everything that is in the refrigerator, more or less combined with chicken, throw it in the cartoon and wait for a miracle. If you have potatoes, fry the legs, put the potatoes on top, pour the sauce (sour cream + mayonnaise, if you like ketchup or adjika - in general, everything to your taste, focus on your family). If without sauce, then it is better to potatoes down, chicken on top - so the potatoes are soaked in delicious chicken juice. You can set the Quenching mode, you can Bake, you can Fig. In each mode, the result will be differently the same - equally tasty, but different in consistency.
You can replace potatoes with your favorite cereals, eggplants, you can do it ON a vegetable pillow, you can UNDER a vegetable blanket. The final result depends on your personal preference and the range of products. Anyway it will turn out delicious!
