Mackerel in its own juice in oursson MP4002 pressure cooker (5002)

Ingredients

mackerel 1-2 fish
bulb 1
favorite spices for fish
salt
slice of lemon

Cooking method

  • Peel the fish, cut into pieces, salt, pepper and add your favorite spices for the fish (a little so as not to "kill" the taste of the fish), sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Cut the onion into half rings, mix with the fish.
  • We put everything in a multicooker (without oil)
  • 10 minutes on HOT mode.
  • And Bon Appetit!!! It turned out very mentally. The juice turns out a little, quite in moderation ... very gentle.
  • PS: I took pictures in a slow cooker. Didn't have time in the plate - ate

Time for preparing:

15-20 minutes

Cooking program:

Simple recipes are more often in demand, and so that you don't have to break your head on which mode and how to put it, opened the page and that's what you need.

And I only tried fish in foil here, I have to test it this way.

I also had an idea to make it in foil, but it did not appear.
And the idea is taken from the recipe book in the "Roast" section. By the way, I made pink salmon + frozen vegetables -10 minutes on the "HOT" mode. Due to vegetables, a lot of juice turned out - very tasty)))
In this recipe, only onions played the role of vegetables ...

Is the "roast" mode in your multicooker under pressure?

I would take stewing in Panasonic and not less than an hour.
The fish will be fried on Baking.
In Panasonic, I made fish in tomato on Stew for 2.5 hours, yummy meat was like a canned food.

Tanya, does it really take so long to cook outside a pressure cooker?
It is so good that I bought a pressure cooker, a multicooker. It is important for me that the dishes are prepared quickly.

nooo, Natasha, of course, you can make a fish in 40 minutes, but it is necessary to soften the bones longer.

How long does it take in our pressure cooker? The meat on the "Fry" mode also needs to be set for 40-50 minutes so that it melts completely in the mouth

More than enough, I think. Chicken thighs for 30 minutes on Chicken are very good

Well, my fish is ready, I cooked it in a multicooker Redmond-4503, stewing 1h20m. Tried it with my husband (he really liked it). And I realized that I want my favorite lemonema or pollock on the edge in the same way. Still, I like salted mackerel more.

Tatyan, I love mackerel most of all in foil and with lemon. If I stew, then with tomato, mackerel - a fatty fish, it is not well accepted by everyone (I often feel nauseous .. apparently because of the fat of this fish).

Tanya, it's true (that she's a bit fat ...). I also eat it sooooo rarely, I can say I hardly eat it. Especially smoked, my body does not like it at all
And that, I just want it and that's it ...)))
Therefore, I cooked completely without oil and also with lemon, only I did not add lemon slices, but juice. He neutralized a little grease ..
But, I agree, often you won't eat it!
And you can also try with tomato, you can even just with a tomato. But I still need onions and lemon, I think

Tatiana, I'm glad that my husband liked it ... Try the lemon. But I think it will fall apart ...
I think you can cook cod like that? But then oil will have to be added to it, or maybe not. And you can make with frozen vegetables

Natasha, I stewed the same with lemon juice and a lot to neutralize fat.I love smoked sooo, but even from a piece .... I feel bad. Yesterday I walked past the shop window ... sniffed it and went on and bought zucchini
Yeah ... with tomato you need onions, and lemon juice may not hurt, although tomato is already acid.
Cod with lemon is tasty and not so greasy.

Shrimp ... they need to be fried quickly. Maybe on PORSE or BAKING with the lid open for a couple of minutes ...

And the Krasnaya Rechka store is not close to me ..

Well, I cooked my lemon. From the beginning I fried the onions with carrots and tomato paste, then I put slices of lemonem on the very bottom (pre-boned a little in flour and salt), and on top "fry" and on the "stew" program -40 minutes. It turned out to be tender, not at all greasy, did not fall apart, there was no sharp smell in the apartment. I tried it - yummy !!!

Tatyana, you have a very appetizing fish. We must also try this way. Only on our pressure cooker, I think, 10 minutes will be enough. On the Roast mode.
A? Tatiana-Tanyulya, do you think we can meet it in 10 minutes?
oks3504
And now I'm preparing nototenia. All according to the recipe))))) I only added the floor of the tomato and set the time for 15 minutes on the roast mode, since I put 4 carcasses I'm waiting ... until she gains pressure
