Help. Find a recipe for canning tomatoes in tomato paste.
Flax, I don't know the recipe, but I close the tomatoes like this every year. Of course, you can't save enough tomato juice, so I'm spreading pasta. I will say right away: the pasta must be of good quality, red, coarse, sweet, otherwise it will turn out so-so ... I do this: I pour boiling water over the tomatoes and remove the skin (last of all, so as not to flow), and everything else is as usual: I spread the pasta , boil, add a clove bud, allspice, salt, sugar and before pouring a little vinegar, pour it twice. I determine the proportions by "eye" I try the boiling juice (the taste changes) to make it tasty, then drink the juice and never make a mistake. This year, only one can exploded, I think the euro-roof failed.
Mikhaska
A.lenkamaybe the recipe I'm using will suit you?

Pour boiling water over small tomatoes and arrange in sterilized liter jars.
In each jar - 2 - 4 cloves of garlic, depending on the size, 1 bay leaf, a pinch of black peppercorns, allspice 1 - 2 pieces.
Prepare the marinade (enough for about 4 1-liter jars):

1.5 liters of water
- 200 gr tomato paste
- 200 grams of sugar
- 2 tbsp. l. salt
- 2 tbsp. l. essences.
Pour water into a saucepan, add tomato paste, sugar and salt.
Put the saucepan on the fire and, while stirring, bring the liquid to a boil to dissolve the sugar and salt. Boil at a low boil for 3 minutes, pour in the essence and bring to a boil.
Pour boiling marinade over tomatoes in jars to the very edge and roll up with sterilized lids.
Turn over and wrap until cool.
Rusalca
Mikhaska, I understood correctly: 1 glass of tomato paste and 1 glass of sugar?
A.lenka
Anna, tomato paste is heavier than water. 200 gr is less than a glass.
Mikhaska
Rusalca, not quite so ... Here I do not measure with glasses, but on scales and in grams. With glasses, all sorts of discrepancies come out. So I got used to the scales in this recipe.

What about sugar? Why is there so much nada? After all, it will be sweet? Is not it so?
A.lenka
Ludmila, Irina, girls, thanks !!! Now they will give electricity - I will close it. And then I bought pasta, there is also a box of tomatoes. And RECEPTA is dumb ...

I have a "Tomato". Good.
Mikhaska
Oh! I didn’t miss the most important thing! tomatoes are different ... Therefore, it is not always possible to fill the jars more tightly. And, therefore, I cook the marinade at the rate of 2.5 liters, increasing accordingly all the ingredients for it. Well, that is enough for all the jars. For me, it’s better to have an extra marinade than not enough.

I put a lot of sugar in any canned tomatoes. It is balanced with vinegar.

Now, for the sake of interest, I weighed 200 grams of sugar in a measuring glass. It turned out somewhere 225 ml my sah. sand... Mikhaska correctly says that sugar can be of different density and different moisture content.

Yes, something I, Annushka, did not notice that it was very sweet. Yes, and the pasta is quite sour, tomato, and there is a lot of vinegar. Right Lenochka said; everything turns out fine.

Mikhaska, oh, Ira !!! So you want to change your karma, but they don't give it !!!
Thank you so much for your comments !!!

Though you Irishka, and did not ask me, but I will also answer.
We usually have just wagons of tomatoes growing. And, now everything is pretty modest. And I really feel sorry for my tomatoes to spin for juice. This is where tomato paste comes in. Although, every year, even with an abundance of tomatoes, mine ask me to wind a dozen or so jars of pasta. Quite unusual in taste, preservation and very tempting! And it is she who is eaten in the winter in the first place. Surprisingly!

A recipe is in store from Edimdom:
Tomatoes in tomato juice

Ingredients for 1 liter jar:

Tomatoes 500 g, garlic 1 clove, bay leaf 1 pc., Vinegar 1 tsp., Sugar 1 tsp., Salt 1 tsp., Black pepper 5 pcs., Allspice 3 pcs., Fresh tomato juice 500 ml (can be purchased)

Cooking method:

Put bay leaves in sterile jars, chop the garlic, add peppercorns.
We fold well washed tomatoes. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, cover and leave. At this time, you need to put the juice on the fire so that it boils, if you squeezed fresh, then it needs to boil for about five minutes beforehand, you need to remove all the foam that forms during the boil. After 5 minutes, you need to drain the water, we no longer need it. Add sugar, salt and vinegar. Pour the tomatoes with hot juice and roll up, turn over until completely cooled.

From the same site, thanks to the girls:
Tomatoes in their own juice

Ingredients:

5 kg. tomatoes; salt - 2 tbsp. l., sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method:

Wash 2 kg of tomatoes (choose smaller and harder), make cuts, put in a saucepan and pour boiling water over. Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Scroll the remaining 3 kg of tomatoes in a meat grinder and cook for 15 minutes after boiling, adding salt and sugar.
Remove the skin from the tomatoes, place 2/3 in dry sterile jars. Pour boiling tomato over. Close hermetically. Wrap in a blanket until it cools completely. It turns out 6-7 700-800-gram jars.

MikhaskaIrisha just for me is especially valuable in these spins natural juice, and not diluted purchased pasta, and if the tomatoes are fleshy, not much is needed for juice.

Girls, tell me! looking for a recipe for cooking sterlet fish? then they threw three pieces ... I don't know what to do with it ... I made aspic from my head and tails ... I salted one ...

I love smoked sterlet very much. But this is provided that it is not very large and, curled up, fits into the electric smokehouse.

Helen3097, for some reason it seems to me that for a noble fish the best recipe is the one that is easiest. I would cut it into fillets on the skin and steam it in portions. But I made an exquisite sauce for it: from cream with flour, mustard, nutmeg, black pepper, salt, butter ... Mix all this to taste in a deep frying pan, warming up, but not boiling, and at the end add a couple of spoons red caviar, if any. Or pike. But this is already a "bow", you can do without caviar.
m0use
Yeah, steamed sterlet can be baked in foil, and from the trimmed ear! Die not get up!

Helen3097, what a beautiful fish is just fabulous
