I'll put it in bookmarks, maybe my hands will try, I'm not doing so little.

I also make few blanks, especially salted ones These cucumbers are very tasty, and salt with marinade does not feel so much
Tusya Tasya
I go through the recipes ahead of the blanks. There was a question about these cucumbers. Can I use alcohol vinegar? (9%) And add a description of the process, if possible. Oh, yes, and you don't need any spices?

I use natural apple cider vinegar, but you can use the usual 6-9%, it is only needed to acidify the medium and tomatoes. Fresh tomato juice is self-sufficient in taste and plus salt. From spices, you can put peppercorns, dill seed, mustard seed - but I just like cucumbers in the pot.

The technology is simple:
- put clean cucumbers in jars
- make juice from ripe red tomatoes, I break the tomatoes with a blender
- boil the juice with salt, vinegar, spices, taste it, and pour hot cucumbers
- sterilize jars for 8-10 minutes depending on the volume of the jar
- remove the cans, close the lids, put on the lids until they cool completely.

This is how it will look ... Cucumbers are strong, tasty - pickled under the influence of tomato juice.
Tusya Tasya
Now everything is clear. I just like to try the recipe in the original, and then adjust it for myself. So I'll try it without spices. The main thing is to wait for the tomatoes.
Admin

Try it, success, so that everything works out!

Admin, how does a tomato taste? You can then use it somewhere, because it is with vinegar? Or is he just playing the pickle

The brine is absolutely not spicy, on the contrary delicious. You can drink vodka instead of brine

Tomorrow I will close a couple of jars, something seems delicious to me. Thank you.

I made only one jar (the price of cucumbers), I'm waiting for winter to try it. But I met your photo with a different recipe 🔗 The bottom of the photo with the caption is simply cut off.

My photos and recipes are walking on the Internet! I don't track anymore - I'm tired of running and swearing And here the photo was stuck, and the recipe of another author will be Theft never brought happiness

Tusya Tasya to your health! I hope you like it and will make a lot of jars. This year I also closed cucumbers and tomatoes in tomato juice, we like
Tusya Tasya
Must like it! I have some vague recollection from childhood about cucumbers in that. juice. I don't know who did, but the feeling that they are my own
Venka
Admin, but have you tried to do it with ready-made tomato juice? Otherwise, there are no tomatoes of their own, the market is full of hydroponics, water-water, and the price bites, despite the season.

Do you think that our tomato juice is of high quality and is made from red ripe tomatoes? It has long been no secret that the bulk of pasta is apples! And as always, a lot of additives for and for.

I don't make a lot of cucumbers and tomatoes, and I buy very ripe southern tomatoes in the very season of vegetables, for example now. You can buy softer tomatoes, they will cost less, but ripe and red - but natural
If you really do it for the winter, then it’s qualitatively for your beloved. And the rest of the tomatoes and cucumbers can be simply made in the marinade, to save money, but it’s tasty and of high quality. For example, in order to save money, I made a vegetable salad, little by little "Vegetable salad (canned blanks)" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=292613.0

Tatyana, I forgot to report when I opened the jar. The cucumbers are really crunchy and strong, the marinade is delicious - I drank it. But I didn't have enough seasonings for cucumbers - they turned out to be very neutral for my taste. So I take this recipe into service, only seasoning it more familiar. Thank you very much for reminding us about the existence of cucumbers in tomato juice!
Admin

Natasha, the main thing is that I liked the cucumbers themselves and the way of preserving them. And spices are for your own taste, it's individual
Cook to your health! I will also make such cucumbers this year, a find in winter

Tanya, thanks for the link!
I put several cans of cucumbers in tomato juice, apple cider, but without vinegar, and sterilized them. Now I don’t remember how long it was, but probably too much. The cucumbers are wrinkled and soft, not crunchy. This year I did not sterilize it, but poured it with boiling juice three times. While they are standing, they have not yet opened, have not tried.
I have an eternal problem with cucumbers. I do not like sour, salty and pickled with vinegar. They are capricious and bad worth. I want to try marinating in apple cider vinegar.

sima12And I have tomato juice, if it remains after salted tomatoes in my own juice, I add it to soups and bake bread. I put the dough not on water, but on juice.

I agree, cucumbers are such a disgusting thing, they do not always want to close correctly.Today, half of the cans are in the pantry, and some had to be put in the refrigerator, they wanted to get cloudy, but they stand in the cold and are silent, although there was one batch of marinade And it turned out delicious, like lightly salted

You do the right thing with tomato juice, why pour it out, but for the taste, that's it!
And now my beets are fermented ... for food and for adding to borscht for taste

We closely follow the broadcast
There is very little left, after 1-2 days I take a sample - and then I will make a recipe
Marika33
Admin, Tanechka, I will also be waiting for the sauerkraut recipe. I read that it is very useful fermented, but I never did it. I made beet kvass, an excellent drink.
With your light hand, I'm sure I will.

This year, my cucumbers were all turbid this year, it was hot and there was a high temperature in the basement. I had to open the jars, rinse the cucumbers, prepare a new pickle and pour everything over again. Saved them this way. And if you left it like that, they turned sour and then, basically, were thrown out.

Well, when already, when?

Sonechka, the beets take a long time to ferment, now they stand on the loggia. I follow constantly, as I like the taste myself, I will immediately post the recipe. And maybe even earlier, to make it clear to you what can come of this.

+1, I also lack acid and salt. But if anyone loves lightly salted cucumbers, then this is the very thing. I have already eaten 3 cans, although after opening I added salt and vinegar a little, next year I will make a more salty marinade. Crunchy very good, as fresh straight.
Admin

Girls, well, this is already a matter of taste Further your interpretations - the main thing is the principle itself to taste, what you like, and you can cook further And salt ... such an individual product that changes in our language over the years
Olka44
Admin, Tanya, today I closed two jars of cucumbers according to your recipe, for the first time in my life I'm doing it with tomatoes))) I hope you like it.
Thank you!!!
Admin

Olya, to your health! I hope you like the cucumbers too

Irisha, and this correct decision will be. Jars in winter and go into years, as a rule, until spring, there is not even enough

Isn't that much 125 ml?
Admin

Standard glass 250 ml.
According to the recipe, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar is quite normal to taste for a 1 liter marinade.

Thank you! I love these cucumbers. I used to buy in a store, but now they are gone. I have to do it myself And I forgot to buy apple cider vinegar. I do 9% in a regular canteen. And they are still different. So doubts arose whether it would not be too sour.

If it is too sour, reduce the amount of vinegar a little, or dilute it with some water.

Admin, Tatyana, Good morning !
I wanted to consult. And if you cut the cucumbers? In order to save cans.
They won't be crispy? Or sterilize less time?
Admin

Julia, you can and cut. Just not finely, into 2-3 parts. The crispness will be preserved if you use strong young cucumbers.
Bul
Eh! I cut finely ...
A couple of jars are straight 2 cm round, and the rest are just larger. okay, I'll experiment.
I will report back in winter. You shouldn't be wrong with salt.

Well, this is a matter of everyday life, by the method of your own poke
My recipes have a "democratic" salt content, there is never too much
