We watched two presentations at home - Mycook Touch and Thermomix TM5. Here in thought.
I would like to share my observations on the results of the presentations and hope for your advice on the choice.

Mycook touch

What we liked:
1.140 degree heating
2. Fast induction heating
3. Heating not only from below, but also on the sides at the bottom of the bowl
4. The steamer is made of stainless steel and fits tightly on the bowl. Will not fall.
5. The butterfly closes the knives.
6. Online recipes - class.
7. The screen is controlled by wet fingers and is large.
8. During the presentation did not see the body shaking. Only the bowl itself.

What did not like:
1. The design is worse than that of TM5
2. The plastic housing around the bowl on the sample at the presentation was all flaky. Not very pretty.
3. Noisier than TM5
4. More elongated bowl shape. The bottom is not flat. But it probably works better in terms of mixing. Hard to tell.
5. While a small community of users in Russia. The device itself is also recently in Russia. Reliability is questionable.

Thermomix TM-5

What we liked:
1. Design!
2. Runs quieter
3. The body is more compact
4. Direct drive motor
5. There is a reverse of the knives. But mycook is fine without it. Nothing was destroyed by his knives at low speed.
6. Decades of experience of using TM31 with my sister and mother-in-law have confirmed the high quality and reliability. There were no breakdowns.
7. Flat bottom of the bowl. But I don't know if this is such a big plus.
What did not like:
1. There are not many recipes on the chip. Other recipes on chips for separate money and so far there are only recipes for soups.
2. Heating the bowl with a shade and only from the bottom.
3. Plastic steamer. Steam from the bowl only goes through a small hole. I read on the forum here that it is less efficient than mycook
4. Heating up to 120 degrees only and frying is not so effective.
5. Management seemed less convenient.
6. Why can't you throw anything at knives !? This caused confusion. Not even a clove of garlic. Do not understand.

Look like that's it.
In general, while at the stage of selection, but we are more inclined towards mycook due to induction, heating at 140 degrees and a large number of online recipes.
