I got out of the raspberry tree, every 2 days a collection, this is the 6th, each collection is 11 liters. cans. , and another green one hangs, I sell it for 10g, but not at the bazaar. the rest is 1k2 with sugar.
At home, Orishka "makes" caviar from zucchini, and "cooks" jam from cherries. I also cooked soup GARDEN, delicious
! Buckwheat porridge 1 to 2 strictly and for "parboiled rice"!

Yes, girls, this year and raspberries, and strawberries, and cherries - just heaps !!! This year I covered the darkness of preserves and jams ... For the first time I covered the cherry in chocolate. Just thinking how to get it out of the jar without damaging the cherry itself. Next in line is apricot jam with orange.

Yesterday I cooked pilaf. according to this recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=108302.0, it turned out delicious. but the meat is very much burnt, probably our crust mode is stronger than the pilaf mode of Panasonic. Maybe next time you bake it?

Nikolya is my caviar. I repeat the recipe for the new Orionists!
Caviar in a cartoon! Zucchini 4pcs. (more than average)
Onion turnip 3pcs (large)
Carrots 2pcs. (medium)
Garlic 4-6 cloves
Thick tomato paste 2 tbsp. spoons
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons + then after zucchini another 3-4 st. spoons
Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs,
Ground black salt and pepper
Vinegar 9-% 1 tbsp. l., Sugar 2 tsp.!
Cooking method
• Chop the onion, grate the carrots, cut the courgettes into cubes.
• Pour some vegetable oil into a multicooker saucepan, put onions and peppers. Salt, add 2 tsp. with a slide of sugar, pepper. Baking program 10 minutes. Mix twice.
• Then add carrots, the program is the same, 10 minutes.
• Then cut the courgettes and ADD 100-150ML. WATER!!! Set the "extinguishing" mode for 2 hours, but simmer for 1 hour! Stir every 15-20 minutes. After 40 minutes, put in tomato paste (namely tomato paste, not tomatoes) and finely chopped garlic. After another 20-25 minutes, turn off the multicooker from the outlet, and grind it with a submerged blender, or whoever has it, turn everything into mashed potatoes in a cartoon (do not be afraid the blender knives do not reach the walls or the bottom)!
• Then turn on the cartoon to the network and let it boil for 10 minutes in the "soup" mode, then add 1 st. spoons of 9% vinegar and warm for another 10 minutes.
• Put caviar into prepared heated jars and roll up immediately! Turn over and cool in this form !!!!

On Pasta, I sometimes bring water, broth to a boil. It depends on what I need to bring. Sometimes I use the Steam mode for boiling. And, of course, I cook macaros in Pasta.
And the liquid was a little too much, maybe because of the large number of tomatoes, or if the juice was used. Better tomato. pasta. I don't add water at all. I baked this pie today https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=167410.0 so nothing stuck. Probably then I messed up something

I use nylon spoons (they write for Teflon), I like it. And bamboo scoop spoons too.

And two bowls are a song! When I received spare (stainless steel and Teflon), I put my family in the closet. But after a couple of days, a cooking attack came over me, so I had to get the third one. In one, the pie is cooling, in the other, the boiled corn floats (do not shift, it will not be in an hour anyway), and in the third the stew is being prepared. I wish I could have a second cartoon, but something hasn't been chosen yet ..

Yesterday (because the stove will only be connected this week) I made apricot jam in a cartoon all day. It worked, but hefty troublesome. On the Extinguishing with the lid open, she constantly turned off, as it rises up and boils violently. I cooked 2 liters in one go. You shouldn't put more in a saucepan - well, it rises very much. Still, it is better to make jam on the stove.

I prepared pizza according to this recipe (taken from the Odessa forum):
Ingredients:
ham / sausage
tomato
cheese
sweet bell pepper (I did not add)
Dough:
4 tbsp. sour cream spoons
4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 eggs
9 Art. tablespoons of flour (no slide)
Salt
We make the dough liquid (like sour cream).
Pour the dough into a saucepan and put the filling on top - ham, bell peppers, tomatoes, eggs, etc. - everything that remains unnecessary in the kitchen. There is room for your imagination. Fill with mayonnaise (I did not pour it with mayonnaise so that it was not too greasy), and pour a thick layer of cheese on top. The author of the recipe strongly recommends a thick layer of cheese (it is the cheese that makes the pizza delicious). We set the baking mode for 30 minutes!

but the dough is closer

and then how do you sterilize or just do it with vinegar? otherwise I tried to roll it up and in order not to add vinegar I decided to boil it longer after the blender, then immediately into sterilized jars and roll it up. But she boiled the caviar no longer in a cartoon, so as not to wash it later, but in a saucepan, so it gurgled there so that when I stirred it, it spattered the kitchen floor
so I wonder if it is not boiled for so long, but sterilized in water with the lids covered, the lids will not fly away from such seething?

oh, just saw, you wrote about stew, and I thought about caviar, but can you answer me about caviar? at the same time tell us about the stew, what and how
Daria1981
oxy1 I answer, after the blender, I warm the caviar in the multitask before it gurgles and immediately turn it off, then open it and pour in 2 tablespoons of vinegar 9%, stirring it immediately, put it in jars, the husband closes (quick lids) and then wrap it up. Nothing sticks.
Stew - for 3kg of zucchini: 1kg of chopped sweet pepper, 1kg of finely chopped onion, 0.5kg of coarsely grated carrots, 1 tbsp. oil, 4 tablespoons of vinegar 9%, 1 stack of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 can of Krasnodar sauce, 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, 150g. water. (garlic and hot pepper to taste)
Cut the zucchini finely + salt and sugar, and for 3 hours. Fry onions, peppers, carrots separately in 1/2 oil. Mix everything in a saucepan, add pepper and garlic. To extinguish on the program "extinguishing" stirring occasionally. At the end, pour in vinegar for 3 minutes and stir. Blend hot. Then wrap it up for 5 hours.

I am also for a different set of cartoons. Deksik is more powerful, a little less time for cooking, bakes faster - 45 minutes, here I had no punctures in baking in comparison with Orioshka.
And earlier similar problems:
"I do not have Orion, but our multi is similar. So I have never baked baked goods in 50. I always set the mode twice. And it turns out not much."
"you check with a toothpick if after 50 minutes of baking it has raw dough, add more baking time, ie.turn on the program again, and hold it for another minute. twenty.
I bake muffins twice for 50 minutes ... "
"Tomorrow I'll try to put it on 2 times! If I understand correctly, is this the only mode in which you can bake pies?"
"I put it, as you advised me for the second time (Cake), everything was baked, but the middle did not rise, it turned out to be a hole"
"50 minutes is enough for this cake."
"I baked for about 70 minutes. I will bake anyway, anyway !!!"
Why is it so difficult for everyone to bake in MV in the "Baking / Cake" mode for 60 or more minutes - type 50 + 15 minutes? That is, you need to turn on the MV again, and then set the alarm for 15 minutes or sit and look at the display. And the baking time is much longer than that required for the oven - conv. oven, which indicates an underestimated temperature regime. It is much easier to bake in the "Fry / Fry" mode - the standard minimum time is 20 minutes. Abandoned - pressed the button - left. Perfectly baked. The bottom still needs to be lined with specials. paper soaked in a drop of vegetable oil, and grease the walls with butter / margarine. For confirmation - dietary gluten-free sponge cake on buckwheat flour, baked in MV Orion on "Fry" - 20 min.

I didn't understand why a little andrqw exhibited quotes. But the context is probably this - what to focus on? : Friends: Well, I think, all the same - Orion has its own thin "imperfectly unsuitable ideally" baking pan.
  • Housewives measure norms in different ways,
recipes are taken focusing on other multi
there are recipes where the dough should be heated,
there are recipes where the dough does not fall off you need to take out the product ready to take out immediately

- that's where all the problems come from. At first, in order to understand my multyahu, I would take and measure with multicooker cups, try to bake for a full rate, well, Moscow was not built right away, well, something like that ...

Well, in short, I could not pull it out, the dough stuck to the paper and did not fall off by any forces ...
The dough is too liquid, and the temperature is low - for a long time - the cheap paper managed to pump moisture well from the dough. It was necessary to soak it well with vegetable oil. According to the experience of baking biscuits, it adheres least of all when impregnated with rice oil - it is the highest temperature. And it is much more convenient to bake in the "Fry" mode of the standard 20 minutes. And you don't need to look anywhere. It is much better to navigate by scent. At about 17-18 minutes, an intense pleasant aroma of freshly baked biscuit appears.

everything is correct, the bottom and walls must be greased, and if the saucepan is not new for a long time and there are scratches, then you can still sprinkle a little flour or crumbs from the grated crust of bread (I still have a relatively new one, so I just greased it), but I did not use parchment
and after 30 minutes of baking, she let the pizza cool down there a little! (then the dough manages to lag a little behind the saucepan and the cheese grasps a little on top), and only then she began to get it

I have six months - and there is no need to talk about baking without paper and nerves. I only bake in Dex. Yesterday, I think, let me again in Orion try to make a chicken file on a vegetable pillow - and put butter and onion and tomatoes, fillet on top, on Cake - after 20 minutes everything had to be transferred to Dex to bake, more sticking began.
Aro bought a baker's paper in Metro, cooked clafoutis with raspberries on it - super, nothing stuck!
