Cooking method

  • Morning - Milk, sugar, yeast. eggs. oil. a little vanilla - I mixed everything with a spoon, rubbed it. I added flour to make it like a thick porridge. Then, with a mixer with dough attachments, I began to mix the dough well. When the dough is almost done. added flour and already kneaded it on the table. It turned out to be a bun. I put it in a bowl, covered it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. In the evening I took it out and set it to come. At this time I made dough for decoration. From the dough that came up, I cut two pieces and weaved a flagellum from two parts. I laid it out in a wreath in the middle of the sheet, on top of the rest of the dough-kolobok. I smeared it all with a mixture of yolk and a spoonful of milk, a little sugar and vanilla. On top I laid out decorations - spikelets, roses, a flagellum for a salt shaker. There were a lot of ideas - there was not so much space to decorate. I slightly cut the flagellum with myotis along the edge, smeared it with yolk again and into a preheated oven at 200 degrees. He baked for about 30 minutes.

a friend asked me to bake a loaf. I was very, very afraid, I never baked to order, but only by inspiration. Moreover, there is not enough time. I come home late from work, but what about the dough, I want to sleep at night, not to bake. And I remembered how I baked the morning pies according to the Omelyn method - put the dough for the night, and decided like this, there was no other way out. Everything worked out, very convenient, maybe someone will find my recipe useful: girl_wink: if not for our forum, I would never have dared. Special thanks to Sveta and Omelka.
