I have Klatronic very happy. Not only to save the multicooker, but also to clean the bread machine, hood and 100 more corners and nooks! Friend Elby has a fairy bless you.
Fronechka-Tanya! I am very glad that you were not upset and saved the assistant!

fronya40
Yes, Natasha, and I'm so glad, I didn't even believe it, while she was working, I didn't even think how much I loved her :-)

As for a steam cleaner, I think that the small ones are even more convenient than mine, because of its size I don't use it so often, I keep thinking of replacing it with a small one, it is always at hand.

girls, hello! gave Orioshka to the DR, so I'm starting to slowly cook. Please advise on which program to cook oatmeal? and how to make her fall asleep in the evening and eat in the morning? it seems to me that it will be too boiled overnight, or something, I cook it on the stove for about 3 minutes
DonnaFelice
Orion on Dr is a very good gift, congratulations!
Since I myself am a young owner of a multicooker, the only thing I can advise is to first try to cook without a delayed start, and only a second or third time to try to put it off. Once I just missed the rice porridge, if I hadn't looked in, I would have gotten fried rice, and the program had to work for another 20 minutes.
I do not cook oatmeal in a slow cooker, but if you have cereals, then it is really not advisable to soak them overnight, they will get soaked and then you can no longer cook them in the morning
Alternatively, I can suggest trying to cook vegetables on the "Steam cooking" program. There water boils for 5 minutes and still actively boils for 5 minutes. Perhaps you need to turn it off immediately after boiling and leave it "to rise" without opening for a few more minutes ...
Experiment and tell

There is a better "Pasta" mode - it boiled, gave a signal, fell asleep, 8 minutes and you're done. Oatmeal is another matter. I wouldn't cook it in a cartoon. Or cooked and controlled. There has already been so much written about her ...
DonnaFelice
I have never used the "Pasta" mode, so I don't remember about it
And oatmeal in a cartoon, as I correctly wrote, is an experiment, especially if it is made of flakes. When I cook them, and I don't cook for 3 minutes, it boiled a little, took off and let it come by itself. As for me, an overly fast process for a multicooker.
Irdo4ka
Good day everyone :)
So I became the owner of Orioshi :) For a whole year I wanted a multicooker, constantly browsed online stores, read reviews about different multicooker :) And now, when my little son was born, I realized that it was time to buy a cartoon :)) Again on the internet read reviews, compare, etc. And my choice stopped at Orioshka :) I practically did not see bad reviews, there are many functions :) I ordered in the online store, after 2 days I took it and walked around it for a couple of days and admired it and was afraid at all at least try to do something :)
The first thing that I cooked was marinated chicken legs in a saucepan, and potatoes on a steamed plate :)) Delicious !! Only now from my nerves I don't remember at all on which program I did it :)) The chicken from the bottom got a little fried, but it lagged behind the saucepan very well :)
The second dish is pasta on the bottom, and sausages on top :) Such yummy :) On the program, steamed rice, the pasta grabbed a little crust, but it was still delicious! And the sausages were generally delicious :) For some reason, it never tastes so tasty on the stove :)
The third dish - this soup today bungled :) I thought to put on the timer while I walk with the little girl, but I was afraid. And I did the right thing ... On the "soup" program, I loaded a chicken back, potatoes, carrots and a couple of rice cakes into a saucepan, filled it with water and waited. When the soup boiled, it boiled so that it jumped out a little from above ... I had to periodically open the double boiler and let the broth subside. The soup has stained the removable lid, but it came out just fine! And the most important thing is that everything is cooked and not overcooked :) For me it has always been a problem to put rice in the soup, it practically did not turn out to be cooked, either not enough, or over, but here it is just perfect !!
Now we are planning a biscuit and steamed cutlets :)

I love Orioshka already :) And I am very grateful to her that I have less time to spend on cooking :)
Irdo4ka
Only one thing I did not understand: how do you get the plate for the steamer to stir or turn the lower tier when cooking from above and below ...

Tell me, teach me, please :)
Grypana
Irdo4ka, with an assistant! Let it please and serve for a long time!

I take out a double boiler with oven mitts. I leave, I interfere. The opposite is the same with the tacks. I didn't think of it otherwise.

I will share the latest masterpieces.
Now I was preparing a lemon-mint drink on Pasta mode. Immediately poured water, 2 l + fresh, chopped lemon. Included Pasta. It boiled, gave a signal. I added a bunch of mint + melissa and sugar. Pressed Start. It is brewed in this mode, as you know, for 8 minutes, then it turns off. Great summer drink!

Thanks for the congratulations and for the answer :)

I hoped so much that only I didn’t know how to get a steamer in the cooking process in a more humane way, but it turns out that everyone also gets it with oven mitts :)))

I will have to try to make such a drink tomorrow :) Especially since I love lemon balm and mint :)
Grypana
I tried to get it out with tongs, forks, but the effect of cooking could be with a salute from food. So, what is more convenient and inconsequential so far for me is the tack

And the drink is cool! if the little girl lets her mother eat lemons

Girls, tell me why the pie falls off after you cook it? I usually do not cook a biscuit, but with a baking powder, on kefir, when I open it to check whether it is ready or not - it is magnificent, beautiful, it’s time to get it out - the opal ...: - Should he be allowed to stand in the cartoon? Or, on the contrary, get it right away? HELP WITH ADVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!
fronya40
do not need to open until the cycle has passed
fronya40
Gripanochka, I was interested in your drink. Tell me, do you need to peel the lemon?
anka_1981
I do not open while cooking, only open after to check readiness. then, it happens, I put it on another cycle, and then I take out the fallen one ...
Grypana
Tanechka, Fronya I don't peel a lemon. Only cut into slices, then into small pieces and cook. Boiled + mint + sugar (honey). Instead of sugar, I add jam syrup. So I brewed this drink, drained it. And on the same raw material (I don't throw it away) I cook it a second time. And it turns out even a very excellent drink for the second time. The husband says the second is even better. But in the heat, I directly recommend it to everyone!

Anya, I understand that it often depends on the test. I baked a cake with a banana, it did not fall off, although I looked at it in the process and then put it on another cycle, baked a cheesecake Fair - it slightly falls off in the center, my pie with mayonnaise dough also falls off in the middle. So I think it depends on the test, and not on whether you look at it or not)

about peeping, I was convinced of this myself.when I just bought an MV, I put a charlotte stove on, I ended up with some kind of glyvtyak, threw it away. the second time again the same thing. then I asked the members of the forum for advice, I say, everyone bakes, and my MB is probably bad. she told me, did you look there? - yes, I answered. now try again, but don’t look. since then I don’t stick my nose in there. and the pastries are always excellent.
fronya40
and now I'll tell you about a new dish for myself - steamed herring. SCS took up her mind and decided to lose a dozen kg, as long as there is no result. girlfriend says, eat salad and this fish, very tasty. I read it on Google - it turns out to be a very useful thing. Girls, I didn't even expect it to be VERY tasty. Peel the frozen herring, grate with lemon juice, soy sauce and set aside for half an hour. put it in a steam basket and time 15 minutes. eat cold. fish meat is so tender, very tasty with salad. the smell was slightly, my friend advised me to put it under the hood and that then there is no smell, but the smell is already insignificant.

Well, I don’t know ... how much I bake, I stop by, and often several times. You need to be careful, I guess ...
And about the herring - it's interesting
And what does the taste look like? Doesn't sound like boiled fish, does it? Otherwise I don't like boiled fish at all
fronya40
no, it doesn't look like cooked, more like canned food. try one thing, like me, just one, delicious.
I read how useful it is :-) :-) I think so, I will force myself to eat. I'm not a fan of fish or anything seafood at all ... but now I add it to the diet. recommend.
Grypana
Tanya, and you go to giraffe in the topic "Slimming with pleasure." There, the girls lose weight so cool - everyone eats in glasses.

Oops, you're already there, well done! Maybe I should go there myself
fronya40
already there :-) I have been eating like this for a week now, in this situation, 5 times a day, more than a glass will not fit. I don't even want to have dinner ... it's just a sensation :-)
I bookmarked this topic, but did not read it carefully, my friend went to the nutritionist, she painted everything for her, almost the same, in size, but it’s clear that when, I’ve been doing it for a week :-) I liked it. I ate this fish with salad and don't want to. but borscht ate a plate and still look. it is necessary, in general, to prepare the CCS without frills.
Grypana
that's just it - to cook without frills!
Although not adhering to, but trying to put a portion in a glass, I began to notice that I was already getting used to it and no longer wanted. And I cook it 1-2 times, I keep it in the refrigerator with semi-finished products. It's easier to hold on this way.
fronya40
ooo, you too, so we are together again! all right, fine, now it will be even easier for me.
azaza
Frosya, try another herring soup! Very tasty and slimming. For satiety, you can add yachts. Then first boil the egg in the future broth, and then add the herring, cut into rather large pieces. Onion, sweet pepper, celery if desired, favorite spices. If you add ginger, the persistent herring "aroma" will go away. After adding the herring, cook for 7-8 minutes, otherwise the fish will fall apart.
Irdo4ka
Good evening everyone :)
Tell me, when you make yogurt in CF, is it thick after 6 hours or becomes thick in the refrigerator? I did it in a saucepan today (for 1 liter of milk 1 jar of 100g Actimel) and it turned out in pieces ... Is that how it should be? I immediately put it in a jar and in the refrigerator. Will it grow thicker or not wait any longer?
Grypana
Probably stopped ... Irina, now it's hot and, perhaps, in 3 hours, you can look in and make sure that the yoghurt is not liquid, of even consistency. That's what I do. 3 hours is now enough in the heat, then it ripens in the refrigerator. But I get it out tight, without lumps.

Irdo4ka
Thank you very much for your reply:)

I really hoped that, after all, they all succeed in doing this, so that mine would come in the refrigerator :)) But, apparently next time it will work out :)

By the way, thanks to our Orionchik, my daughter (9 years old) started eating rice and wheat porridge :) She didn't like them before, but now it turns out to be delicious :)
Grypana
In general, I had a non-dairy family. And now milk porridge, and yoghurt, and fermented baked milk, etc. And steamed dishes were "be", and now "yum-yum" By the way, I use yogurt unsuccessful or the old portion in yeast baked goods, perfectly replaces milk or sour cream.
Grypana
I also found my photo. This is the way I make yogurt. Silicone mat at the bottom, in cans of milk + sourdough, water from the tap up to the waist.

3-4 hours and even consistency without lumps and water

Fuh ... I mastered the whole Temko :)) A lot of useful and interesting things :) Thank you very much for sharing and suggesting to those who have just recently purchased Oriosha !!

And the yogurt still doesn't work ... I don't know what the trouble is, but the second time everything became lumps ... Although it had been cooking for 3 hours and it was not very hot, it was raining and it was cool. On the allotment I will try to do it again :) I have to learn, but what is it, everyone does, but I don't :)

Elena Bo
Irdo4ka, what kind of milk do you use? Maybe that's the problem?
Grypana

And the yogurt still doesn't work ... I don't know what the trouble is, but the second time everything became lumps ...

Describe the entire process of making your yoghurt. Milk from the refrigerator, hot, where was Actimel before mixing? Was the pot hot before? Change the starter culture.
Everything should be at room temperature, not hot or out of the refrigerator.
Try our way to cook in a cartoon, in jars and with water. Maybe when you cook in a saucepan, the cartoon heats up more than 45 degrees? Still, banks, water take over the temperature and then it turns out.
Irdo4ka
I'm talking about my entire unsuccessful (so far :)) process of making yogurt:
the first time I made it from homemade milk, the second from the store pasteurized Bila lilia.
the milk boiled, turned it off and set it to cool. When it reached temperature (I don’t know how to put it correctly), in short, that you touch the saucepan and it’s almost not hot, I added Actimel there and mixed it well. And in the cartoon for the Yogurt mode for 6 hours for the first time and 3 hours for the second time ... That's, in fact, the whole process :)
Grypana, yes, I already thought about the jars too, only now it remains to choose the appropriate size :)

Well, here it is, your mistake, and surfaced. Milk should not be hotter than 42 *, ideally 37-38. And this is a little warmer than body temperature. Cool it down to room temperature! And only then add the starter culture, pour it into jars - the mixture will acquire the desired temperature in the multi-course on the Yogurt program, and then the fermentation process will begin. It will take a little longer than if you added the starter culture to milk of the required temperature (37-40 *), but it will be more reliable.
Grypana
Irina, Tanya-Azaza has already answered you!
I have already got used to cooking with store milk. I used to boil it, now I don’t do it either. From pasteurized. I bring it home in the refrigerator - no, no. Even if it was in the refrigerator, take it out and let it sit. It lay in the kitchen, next to Actimel. Room temperature. At this time, I sterilize the jars in the microwave. They are hot there. They are also required !!!! cool to room. I brought together milk + Actimel (well, I understand that in pharmacies, Veri Good and Veri Nice, but I do it quickly on Actimel), poured a silicone mat into a saucepan, cans on it, on top of a lid so that condensate does not drip , and pour cold water up to the waist. There is nowhere a hint of hotter. Everything, Yogurt mode. And you can't go straight from the refrigerator either. Good luck Irina. The third time will work!

Quote: Irdo4ka

yes, I already thought about the jars too, only now it remains to choose the appropriate size :)

For "bye" and half-liter jars are suitable, and mugs and cups. Just pick up the covers. There, the temperature is not high, the dishes do not heat up. I adapted it from mustard. I bought it exclusively for yoghurt use, because of the cans.
Irdo4ka
Should you close the lids tightly or just cover the jars?
And could I fail due to condensation? He could have dripped there when I opened it in the process to see what was there and how ...
Grypana
Lids as you want - cover, tighten. Cover with foil. There are no canons.

And the lumps are overheating. The condensation is just water on top.

Girls, did someone cook beans in our cartoon? What program is it done on?
Honestly, I don’t know at all what time it’s cooked, I only understand that it needs to be soaked overnight and then cooked until ready
fronya40
I cooked it a hundred times. it is necessary to soak for at least two hours, or even overnight. I cook soup on the prog for an hour. try. it all depends on the type of beans.
Grypana
I cook on Stew. Sometimes I didn’t soak it. I added time later.
fronya40
I also don't soak sometimes when I'm in a hurry. but it seems like there are some substances and therefore it is necessary to soak it ... but what is it called - extinguishing?
Grypana
Stew (like so, it's lazy to go to watch) - next to the soup, the second column.
Grypana
And I often soak the beans for the night, but if it suddenly took it into my head to urgently make a lobio today, for example, then I carcass without a lock for 2 hours, then I add different things and I still carcass like lobio. Well, I don't really stick to it, I look when it's ready, I push it with a fork - it breaks without effort - it means I'm ready, then I try it again.

What kind of porridge do you cook for?

In porridge, I have a favorite of two words - the left column, the last one, Parboiled rice our way. I cook peas and lentils there. I run it only 2 times. Due to the high temperature there, the contents often rise up to the valve. But I have already got used to it, I know that you need to open the lid a couple of times, interfere. In general, next to me and Oriosha next to me
DonnaFelice
Thank you very much for your prompt answers)
Otherwise, I planned to make pies with beans, I think you need to know in advance how to cook it in our saucepan)
Yes, parboiled rice is a wonderful porridge program, perhaps the best of them all)
DonnaFelice
Several times I brewed a drink similar to the one that Gripanya advised with mint and lemon.
Gooseberries and mint. I wanted to try it for a long time, so I did it. Very similar to Mint + Lemon, such a lemon in Russian.
And then the gooseberries ended, but there were apricots. I cooked without hesitation on the same principle. It turned out great. Refreshingly.
I think you can add mint with any monofruit or mono-berry for a very nice summer drink.
zemza
girls, thanks for the advice! maybe you leave some recipes that you use often? and then when there was no multi, I wanted to cook so much in it, but now it's somehow a little tough with imagination ...
oh, what kind of drink is this, with mint and lemon, and now also with apricot?))

Option when parked in the kitchen and need to dine. Today, I slightly fried the chicken fillet in pieces on Fry, then I added multicakan buckwheat and water - 1.5. I turned it on for Stewing, and I immediately fiddle with apricots. Excellent in about 20 minutes the porridge with meat was ready. I just now thought of putting together what I cooked separately. And I went through the apricot and cooked lunch like

Girls! Tell me please! I have an Orion OR-MT01 multicooker. Recently acquired. I can’t figure it out with the baking mode. Apparently he is not there. But I look at the recipes for this multi, they write there "put on the baking mode". Maybe some kind of regime replaces it, for example, "pie"? In what mode can you bake meat, potatoes, etc. Thanks in advance for your help! Well I really want to cook something like that, but it's scary to experiment for now
