Natalia, in my current samsung, too, this power, and the old one was 600-750W. Well, I'm afraid to put on 900, put 600 (but only for a rice cooker and pasta bravo, and Ultras stronger, I put them on 900W.
I will post the recipes, I myself use the advice of forum users.

I somehow forgot cottage cheese (fresh market) in the hit parade (left for 10 days and forgot). And it was bought 6 days before departure. Then I opened it with caution, I thought I didn't know what would happen. And the cottage cheese is fresh (as if I just bought it).

Lenochka, are you sure that it was in the dishes in which your cottage cheese was stored, and not in the product itself?

I have a different store and market cottage cheese, stored in the refrigerator for two months, well, purely like Lenin in the mausoleum and he didn’t do a thing ...

The forum has already written about this more than once that one can expect from the current milk, any kind of perdimonogly ...

Girls, but what is the right way to cook beets in micro-cook? Cut it right and? oil? water? time? Power?
Elena17
Crochet, Inna, that's just the point. I'm not talking about store cottage cheese at all - I have not bought it for a long time. And the market was stored in the refrigerator for no more than 5 days. Then only for cheese cakes. Now I'm not worried that it will go bad. And already two months. .... you can, of course, try to conduct an experiment - leave a little on the hit parade and see what happens.

True, I don't buy cottage cheese for 2 months. Maximum for a week, but 2-3 kg each - the son loved cottage cheese very much.
anavi
Aunt Besya, Elena, I cooked in 500 ml microplus - cut into cubes for a vinaigrette, poured a little vegetable oil - for 5 minutes 700 watts, took out, mixed, added carrots in cubes - poured another drop with oil - another 5 minutes, took out, stirred, added potatoes and a drop of oil - another 5 minutes. It stood for about 10 minutes - the vinaigrette was very tasty! Maybe it will come in handy ... In a rice cooker, peeled, as Larisa wrote, cut into several pieces and a little water - I liked it less. Something like this...

Lenochka, I also ...

I kept it for 2 months exclusively for the sake of curiosity ...

Then I just threw it away ...

And in vain ... probably ... well, he should at least someday start to deteriorate ...
Mashunya
It turns out that cottage cheese for baking can not be wiped through a sieve. Today I tried to drive it out in the turbo. What you need. The result is a lush mass. I used knives.

Mashunya, and I squeezed the last time with a press for puree. It turned out fine too

Today I cooked beef goulash at UltraPro. I cut the meat into small pieces, a little vegetable oil - for 10 minutes in a micron, power 800. Then it stood for 10 minutes, did not open or touch. Then again 10 +10. I added salt, spices, a lot of frozen greens, grated carrots. Again 10 + 10. Then she made a sauce of water, sour cream and a little mayonnaise, poured the meat and for 5 minutes. It turned out delicious. It could have been done in the cartoon - even fewer movements, although it would have been longer, but there I had a manna planned. ...
All this was imperceptible between kneading manna, chopping radish with carrots for salad (not by hand, of course), washing dishes after all this.

Inna, I've never come across such cottage cheese (I don't know - fortunately or unfortunately)

Although I have a question - why was it stored just in the refrigerator for 2 months? After all, cottage cheese, in principle, is a perishable product. Even relatives in the village, where their own cow, respectively, have their own sour cream, cream and cottage cheese, I do not remember that the cottage cheese was stored for a long time.

It turns out - either a special refrigerator or cottage cheese with soooo preservatives ...

An interesting catalog, but there are more product pages than ours. A lot of things you want. And the frying pans look like a stone coating.

Fortunately, I have not come across such cottage cheese.
But I have met milk that does not turn sour, does not curl, but turns rotten. Even the leaven is not added to it. I ditched a kefir mushroom with this milk.

And I stopped buying mayonnaise when I accidentally forgot the opened jar behind the cabinet, found it only a month later. Not even exfoliated, honey.
I don't know what is inside.
But now I make mayonnaise myself.

Fantasy, I'm so blue. Twist currants, raspberries. Cottage cheese can be done through a coarse sieve (there are two in the fancy set).

But I like the gnocchi potato press better (a glass with holes and a crush on top). This is not a pianist.

Fofochka, Ultra Pro for 500 ml and 250 ml - any power of the micra will withstand
LanaG
Fofochka, from the shit, there was a micro + jug for 500 ml, bowls of the wave type Happiness is with a round valve, there were also special rectangular containers for warming up with a silicone valve and a removable divider (very convenient)
Albina
And my micra was covered before the holiday. I'm afraid that no one will repair it: she was over 20 years old. Only I began to cook in it and ordered to live long
LanaG
Albina, repairs will cost more than buying a new one. Passed ...
Ekaterina2
Albina, it's a pity .... but now there is a reason to buy a new thing for the kitchen
Albina
The most interesting thing is when it is there and you don't notice its advantages. And so it’s even easy to quickly warm up And I adapted to cook in Tupper's
susika
A microwave oven cannot be used for more than 10 years (even 7 years, to be exact). Of course it depends on the intensity of use. From hours of work.
Warming up, of course, a soup mug or New Wave.
Albina
Larissa, if we would use it so much It took up more space (although I did not notice). It was quite recently, about a year or so, that sometimes she began to cook porridge in it.

Olya, I've been using the catalog for a long time - I'm happy. Multi recently appeared (I took it in a set with a slotted spoon and a clean stand). Outwardly, it seems to me prettier (although here, as they say, in taste and color ...) I don't see much difference in functionality.
Both make mashed potatoes equally well. Their handles are different. It is convenient to hold both in hands. Multi is a little springy when working - I'm even afraid - won't it break? Two are definitely not needed. Multi, most likely I will give.

Thank you so much!

Dear experts, help a newbie to master Tupperware products. Interested in an opinion about the lids for containers compactus. With the theory, pictures and descriptions of all the covers are familiar, practical information is needed - Maybe someone used all the covers, tell me in real life, which is more practical ?:
1. "Temptation" cover
2.cap with valve
3.cap without valves
Katya1234
sega1974,
I have valves with and without valves for compacts. I don't like both types of lids 100%. They are not ideal for me. Those with a valve have too wide throats. Even past a faceted glass, you can pour it (and it is quite wide). There is nothing to say about a glass for a multicooker. I always pour past.
A cover without a valve is harder to remove. It is possible to spill the contents if it is poured to capacity. I use it for cereals, from which I rarely cook.
I like compacts better. New. Especially after the clips were put back in place)).

Buy one at a time from all available in the tapper to see which one is right for you.

Perhaps someone has a different opinion about the compacts.
RepeShock

So, compacts have double-opening lids, on one side there is a large hole, on the other half it is less. It is convenient to pour and draw from there.
I like Tescom's compacts more because they have a grip on one side, it's very convenient to hold it.
I use both those and those.

I did not even consider the solid covers.
Ekaterina2
sega1974, I also like the novelty more. She held the rest with her mother-in-law - opened it and - put it back.

I have all sorts of compacts in use.

RepeShock, solid lids on compacts for 500 ml for herbs, very convenient, especially if twigs or leaves of eucalyptus (for example)
Ekaterina2
Today I cooked in the lid of the pan with my round UltraPro. Coarsely grated carrots, on top 1 spoon of vegetable oil, frozen fish balls and a spoon of water. 15 minutes at 800 watts, and 10 minutes stood in the mic. Exactly a dietary meal. Carrots are just wonderful! From above she "put on" the pan itself.

Katerina, thanks for the idea! My son got carried away with carrot juice and every day I have a tray (450 ml) of oil cake. I found a bunch of recipes on the Internet: I made muffins, cutlets, bread. Next in line are cookies and a casserole with cottage cheese, this is not counting the freezing for the future. I’ll try to stir it up in the microwave.

Anya, somewhere on a bread maker I saw the recipe "Nutritious croquettes (Tupperware master press)" - it seemed that it was not difficult with the photo. If you want, I'll reset the link tomorrow. It's just now from the tablet - I can't find it quickly.I still thought about doing something like that (but I don't have a master press)
