Deep-fried zucchini with garlic sauce

Ingredients

Young zucchini 3 pcs
Egg white 1 PC
Potato starch 2 tbsp. spoons
Sour cream 200 g
Mayonnaise 100 g
Garlic (to taste) 4 cloves
Green onions (to taste) 5-6 feathers
Cilantro (to taste) 3-4 branches
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Pour the egg white into a deep bowl.
  • Put 1 cm thick zucchini cut into rings there.
  • Season with salt and starch.
  • Mix everything well with your hands.
  • Put the zucchini in the deep fat fryer basket and immerse it in oil heated to 160-170 degrees
  • Cook until golden brown for a few minutes.
  • Then place on a paper towel. Or another way to drain the excess oil before serving
  • Sauce:
  • Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, onion and cilantro with a blender (immersion or stationary) until smooth in just a few seconds
  • Bon Appetit
