Cherry-lips
Hello, I needed a large baking dish, there were no separable ones of the required diameter and I bought a metal ring for baking, but now I don’t know how to bake in it, the bottom is not crooked and the ring does not stick tightly to it. Can someone tell me what to do, cover it with parchment or what else

these molds are not for batter. I have an oval one without a bottom. I bake yeast pastries in it: bread, rolls, a roll with a pigtail is convenient to bake

You can also contrive a liquid one - wrap the baking paper up on the edges of the form and fix it - there will be a bottom and will not spread

Let
late, but I'll write, maybe someone will come in handy. I bake biscuits in such
shape (round and square). The bottom is made of foil in two layers. I take
more foil, so that there is enough for the sides of the form, and I just "wrap" the bottom and
the sides form the outside, pressing firmly along the bottom. Then I flip the shape and
for reliability, I walk with two fingers along the bottom perimeter. I bet on
baking sheet, baking paper on the bottom and you can pour the dough

Thanks, I'll try the same

The last time I just used paper clips to attach the baking paper to the form. No foil. And it worked out great.
