There are Panasy of different capacities, and we have a different price range for them. But in any case, you are right, I do not need him, I am more than pleased with the Viscount and I tell all my acquaintances what charm I have now. Thanks to the forum for informativeness

balerian1, would you show the disassembled photo of the Viscount? Where are the wires, what goes to the cover or what? I saw your photos on another site, but there is only the bottom, and the sides and cover are not disassembled.

As I have promised, I post a disassembled photo of Viconte:

All right, we know Vicontoshu's loss as peeling. A wonderful thing, from time to time I love it more and more. Yesterday I fried potatoes on baking, as with other dishes - super tasty and, most importantly, there is no need to guard against burntness.

analyzing MV, I noticed one difference: the series MT the body is covered with enamel from the inside .... a EX uncoated .... maybe this is how the enamel smells ??

Yes, indeed, Vikusi has heating only from below ... I wonder why other manufacturers do it from the sides and on the lid? Is it really just to bother us with 3D heating?

Or maybe it affects the speed of cooking ?!

In order to better understand what it is 3D heating, back to the origins of the multicooker invention. What is a multicooker ??? ... essentially the same saucepan standing on an electric stove, only equipped with a microprocessor to automatically maintain the set cooking modes. And, forgive me, where on the stove on the sides and on top are the additional heaters ?? .... But there are none .... the stove cooks great without them. Further: for faster heating, full contact between the hob and the pan is necessary ... otherwise, we will spend the lion's share of energy on heating the air, and only then on the bottom of the pan. (which by the way does the side and top heating elements in a 3D multicooker ....) .... then you should pay attention to the power consumption ..... 3D multicooker consumes almost twice as much as usual ... the cooking process should be reduced by 2 times ... but no: the program is still running the same time .... and where did we come ?? .. to the useless function called "and I will heat the air" and to increase the payment for electricity ..... As a result, the conclusion suggests itself that 3D heating is nothing more than a clever marketing ploy of CF manufacturers ....... "Well, you have to surprise the consumer with something with such fierce competition .... it's not the secret is that all brands are assembled in one country ..... modestly called PRC .... (I hope you don't need to decipher ??) ... and the price reduction is simply irrelevant - it is already lower than the lowest one (meaning the cost of production). .. these are the pies

at one time connoisseurs were asked a similar question about whiskey ..... they gave the wrong answer ..... and the correct one was as follows: the company HAS UP the selling price of its drink by $ 1 and it entered the category of ELITE !!

While the pan is on the stove, we stir the contents to cook evenly. Maybe 3D technology wanted to compensate for the lack of stirring? On the other hand, there is not such a powerful "fire", you can do without stirring ... all the more the case is tightly closed, the temperature seems to be evenly distributed. By the way, does the case have some kind of insulating layer? It is not very hot outside.

Valery, did your copy of MT also smell different from EX? Did you somehow explain, if I’m not mistaken, MT with the words about baking? Can we conclude that baking does not smell without words, and smells with it?

there is no (sharp) smell ... but they smell differently ........ one model is paint ... the other is metal

I started with pilaf
and what colors have arrived, with the "baking" function?
Valaama
I do not know how the flowers are called on the stems of green flowers with the baking function printed)))
I don't dare to start pilaf yet, millet hotza porridge with pumpkin, but this is clearly not an evening meal
Liusa
lucky ... there are baked goods, so modified
and I have pink butterflies flying on flowers, there is no word "baking" ...
Valaama
there is a tip that the word "baked goods" was simply printed. because experienced multi-producers baked in soup and everything was super. In general, I asked in the store that there would be baked goods without it so that they would not even bring it.
Sorry about the flowers I didn't say - I want sakura
Liusa
in ... my flowers look like sakura ... (but I think what they are called)
I bake for milk porridge / soup, it turns out well

Girls, and somebody made lazy stuffed cabbage rolls in it? I love them so much! Maybe someone will throw a recipe
Irisha73
Hello girls. I am the owner of the Vikusya multicooker! Just don’t understand happy or not? Yesterday I bought it and tried it right away. I cooked millet porridge, it turned out tasty but tough .. I made it according to the recipe. I'll try to cook it in more milk ... and my porridge didn't burn, but a crust formed at the bottom, is that how it should be? or again from a lack of fluid?
And now the main question ... is it possible to cook in it with the lid open? in Panas you can! I want to stew meat with vegetables, but I like it to be a little fried. Thanks everyone in advance!
Liusa
oh, how I didn't even get attached to the picture, we all have the same in the shops, I just wanted to have "baked goods", but alas ... these have not come to us yet
Tatiasha
Irina. now Valery will tell everything about porridges, he has a good deal with them.
I have porridge - full of seams.
Irisha73
Can you cook with the lid open in it?
Tatiasha
What for??

meat porridge I got water really did not add - a little damp)) but delicious. Maman concluded that Mona's stove should not be bought))) it seems to me now to keep a lifelong watch at the multicooker, since maman does not want to study how she acts and shies away from her))) When the steam valve went off, she rushed to the rick - SHE SMOKE!

Oh, I don’t know .. that I didn’t make friends with her. Yesterday I cooked pilaf, I did everything according to the recipe .. it turned out to be porridge-putty. I don't even understand what's the matter? Maybe the recipes that come with the kit are not very competent or is it generally such food in it? I was upset, of course, but I will experiment, they still praise, maybe I'm such a muddler. I'll try to make some soup. but about the porridge no one answered me why it turned out tight? I still think that there was not enough milk, although everything was according to the recipe.

recipe for rice porridge: ONE LITER of milk + ONE measuring cup of rice ..... mode "milk porridge / soup / baking" ...... it turns out like in a Russian oven .....
Valaama
WHOLE LITER for a glass of rice? where are so many
Antonovka
Valaama,
Well, why - maybe the porridge is then heated up?
If I eat it right away, then I pour 3.5-4 mst for 1 mst of cereals. liquids (50 to 50 milk + water), and if I leave it on heating before eating, then 5 mst. If anything, then I like liquid porridge ...
I poured 6mst into today's wheat porridge from grains. liquid and 45 minutes, she stood on my heating

Recipes are best taken from the Internet, because they are verified. The instructions contain typical recipes that need to be modified "for yourself".
With regards to pilaf, it all depends on rice. I get 1 tote glass of rice - 1 tote glass of water, then it turns out well. After all, there is moisture in meat, onions and carrots. In general, I sometimes do it by eye, like on a stove, so that the water slightly covers the rice. In this case, I get crumbly pilaf, but I use round rice (I pre-wash it well until the water is transparent).

And Valery is right, when you cook milk porridge, it takes a lot of milk. That is why many people dilute milk with water.

Ronaverona the question is, in which region are the ingredients for the dish bought ....... I just decided to carry out a small test here the other day: ... a chicken is taken from Auchan ....... is weighed ......put in the AG and baked until cooked .... As a result, the chicken dried out almost TWO times ... and at the bottom of the AG - HALF of liquid ... and believe me - this is not fat !! ......... .. In the capital, almost all meat is pumped up with all kinds of liquid rubbish
Liusa
Irisha73 it is unclear why you can't. To be honest, I do not use a measuring cup and recipes from the Vikosha set at all, when I cooked everything with my own mugs using kitchen measures at the rate of 1: 2 I laid down meat and vegetables as much as I wanted, it was perfectly cooked on the pilaf mode, the rice crumbled and the meat is soft ... I just cooked rice at the rate of 1: 1.5, too, everything is ok. I even cooked pasta ... in short, I've already tried a lot. Yesterday I made a cottage cheese casserole, today the cake "chocolate on boiling water" is generally lost, took a picture, my husband will come home from work in the evening, help to post pictures, otherwise I can't do something ... And I take good recipes here on the bread maker
I am resting, the cartoon is working, life is wonderful!

Everyone chooses and decides for himself, but I am categorically against these divorces. Why? Yes, a lot has been re-read on this topic on the consumer protection website - once. two - no extra money, I just don’t have extra money, they always find a more worthy application.

This is how I got a cake, inside kiwi, nuts on top, cream sour cream + sugar is liquid, but it soaks quickly

Wow ,,, what miracles .. And yesterday it seemed that something happened to me, I was preparing a vegetable stew, I will not say that a masterpiece, but pretty well. If the soup turns out, then in the country she will be my assistant, of course. I erased a recipe for a cottage cheese casserole from the site, I'll try it on the weekend. And yet, when cooking stew, in half an hour I had all the vegetables almost ready, except for cabbage. I put it on top .. maybe I need to put it out under the bottom or put it out a little, and then throw everything else?
Liusa
I throw in all the vegetables together, mix them and put them on the "stewing" program until the cartoon program works, I don't touch anything, I don't open the lids and don't add anything

Today I was a bit lazy, I didn't feel like peeling potatoes. Good. that yesterday I bought 2 packs of roast mushrooms, potatoes. tomatoes, carrots and bean pods. And I decided to use them. I added more than 500 grams of beef, half Bulgarian pepper, vegetable oil and Goulash seasoning from Knorr (I love it !!) and for stewing, it turned out so delicious, mmm-mmm. I have never used semi-finished products before, now I will, from this manufacturer, for sure!
