Tatiasha, then I won't bother my swimmer! Countdown started: 11 minutes !!! Now my husband will come to dinner - I hope he will be smitten on the spot!
lisi4ka - sestri4ka
As for the raised price, I completely agree! In general, all prices are so high! But for 1600 I have not met her. Especially I would not participate in the action, but since there is only one decent store in our city - Lakmin, I combined business with pleasure!
Tatiasha
The pilaf is excellent, grain to grain. And with the purchase, and even such a successful one, congratulations !!
lisi4ka - sestri4ka
Tatiasha, thanks a lot! I dreamed of a multicooker for a very long time, somewhere in the new year, but I don't want to buy for 5000-6000. And my son is small, he will soon go to the garden, and I will go to work. I hope that now we will have delicious porridge in the morning!

Today I finally became the proud owner of Vikuska! I got it for only 1599 rubles !!! I have a question: is it working so quietly or is there something wrong with me?
Lucky for you, congratulations! We bought a good assistant, and at such a wonderful price!
Don't worry, everything is fine, the multicooker is very quiet, they don't mix anything. Only the relay clicks, as Julcha has already answered you. Opening the lid on "pilaf" is undesirable, the multicooker itself will do a great job, you do not need to help it.

Hurrah! The first pancake is not lumpy! I took a sample from pilaf - mmmm, delicious! True, it turned out a little viscous, not crumbly, but the taste is awesome !!!!
Congratulations! Regarding the viscosity - you need to choose "your" rice variety and adjust the amount of liquid, then you get "rice to rice".

I, too, hope to get used to picking the "Right" products over time. This time I took Shchebekinsky round rice. We were absolutely delighted, although not a fan of such mushy dishes. In the evening I will try the curd casserole.
lisi4ka - sestri4ka
Alexa13, the right assistant! I just got used to hearing the steamer when it is running. And this one is quiet. Okay, you can cook while your son is sleeping.
Tatiasha
Chanterelle, Alexa rightly said, the rice needs to be picked up, I did it the first time, I bought steamed rice from Uvelka and Rich Raja. I also make pilaf with bulgur, red rice - also crumbly. The ratio of cereal-oil-water is given in the instructions - you must adhere and everything will be OK !!
lisi4ka - sestri4ka
Tatiasha! I took water exactly as in the instructions. We will try further. But the casserole came out great, so lush and juicy !!
Tatiasha
means, rice is "not that", but a casserole from what ??
lisi4ka - sestri4ka
Rice, yes, disappointed. Curd casserole, though it turned out more like a pie, but very tasty!
Tatiasha
It's great when everything turns out delicious. I had only one failure with CF - milk porridge turned out - fiiii: milk frothy.
For the second time I did yesterday Goulash with the seasoning of the same name from Knorr - a super dish, I advise. The process is described on the sachet.
lisi4ka - sestri4ka
Goulash is great! And I really count on milk porridge, one might say, that's the only reason I bought it.
Tatiasha
I don’t like porridge, but MV taught me to eat what I hadn’t eaten before, but it didn’t grow together with porridge, which means that it’s not fate, I’m not upset.
lisi4ka - sestri4ka
I'm for my son. In the morning, I don't really want to cook it at the stove, and I have to feed a 2-year-old kinder with porridge every day. What else are you cooking delicious?
Luiza236
Girls please tell me soups on what program do you cook ???
I tried everything cooked on "Stew" and vegetables and meat, but 2.5-3 hours is a LOT !!! For 1.5-2 hours, for some reason, the potato is not ready ???
I also tried 1.5 hours on the soup, the potatoes were also not ready (((
What kind of water do you fill: cold or hot ???

lisi4ka - sestri4ka It is better to make pilaf with steamed rice, I could not do it with round one either)))
Tatiasha
Louise, I'm making soup in Soup, I'm not adding time, everything is ready h / w. I pour cold water.
Chanterelle, but a lot: all sorts of pilaf, chicken, meat carcasses, soups, baked cake, everything is OK !!

Today I cooked pilaf again. From the same round rice. She poured in not 5 cups of water, but 3.5. The result is obvious - already rice buds to rice. And on weekends I made a roast of potatoes with meat. It didn't work out very well. Did you pour a lot of water? The potatoes remained quite firm (after 2 hours of stewing). Who has extinguishing experience, share it!

When I stewed cabbage with pork, after 2 hours the cabbage was damp. Brought to readiness on the "Pilaf" mode.
Potatoes turn out very well in the "Bake" and "Pilaf" mode. You can fry the meat, then add the potatoes and cook in any of the above modes.
"Pastry" roasts, and "Plov" cooks until the liquid evaporates (add 1 glass of water or more to the potatoes with meat - if desired).
This is in my opinion, more experienced viskontovodov will correct me.
lisi4ka - sestri4ka
And I swelled as much as 5 glasses, it is clear why my soup came out! We will try!!!

I agree !! .... in order for the program to work correctly, it is necessary to CLOSE THE BOWL TO THE TENU !!! ... this is written in any instruction ..... if the heating element is on the side, what kind of TIGHT ADJUSTMENT is it? ?? ...sheer delirium .... and irrational use of electricity, which will be spent on heating the air between the walls ... teach physics PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot explain from the point of view of physics, but Panasonic (and the Viscount is almost a complete copy) has heating in the lid and in the middle of the sides. It is not basic, but much weaker, but it exists.
balerian1
lega what do you think gives a weaker heating ??? .... only heats the air in vain ... and then the viscount is not an EXACT copy ... but the model is as free of such absurdities as possible ... in this regard, the price of 600 much lower than that of Panas

I do not presume to assert anything, but ...
1) the thermocouple in the lid, possibly, solves the problem of condensation, the steam rising to the warm lid does not immediately turn into water, but leaves through the valve.
2) a thermocouple around the perimeter at the middle level, possibly contributes to a more even distribution of heat.

Once again I say that these are my speculations, which may be complete nonsense, but all the multicooker that was dismantled (and photos are presented for this process, and somewhere a video) are arranged exactly like this, with 3-D heating.

according to claim 1. but do these MVs have no container for collecting water ?? .. if there is one, then there is no point in a heater
on p2. a more even distribution of heat is possible only with DIRECT contact of the heating element with the surface of the bowl ... and again, it turns out only an irrational use of electricity to heat the air between the bowl and the body.
sazalexter
lega Heater in the lid, found in many MVs, in Kuku, in all models.
And its main purpose is to compensate for the loss of heat through the lid, and then again to reduce condensate. It works like a heat curtain. A thermoelement around the perimeter is designed to organize heating of the product.

It turns out too expensive "....compensation for heat loss through the cover..... "........ thermoelement around the perimeter ?? ..... but it is not in the viscount - and there is a heating function ... and it is organized through the main heating element .... again there is rationality, since the efficiency with direct contact of the heating element with the bowl is much higher than through the air cushion .... it seems to me that manufacturers are simply trying to promote their product to the market in this way, adding elements to the device that do not SIGNIFICANTLY improve the properties of this device , but on the other hand, they affect the price ... and then what is this fashionable word now "3D"....

What the "autopsy" showed

the cuckoo (the one that is under the link) is a combinant, that is, its main heating element is INDUCTION ... and the additional ones are ordinary spirals .. with such a heating scheme, it must consume energy immeasurably, since an induction heater is just a piece of copper wires, t. from. choke ... and its bowl must be made of magnetic material ... otherwise the MV simply won't turn on

I am familiar with an induction heater firsthand - I have an induction cooker ... it really heats up much faster than all the others ... then hemorrhage begins ... it's almost impossible to cook on it - everything burns right away ... soup (when installed temperature 80 degrees) is boiling so that it is ready to jump out of the pan ... the currents are unmeasured (the power element was set at 150 amperes) ..... judging by those. characteristics Cook1054 consumes 1400 watts ...... not sickly compared to the same viscount (700W) .... considering that email. our energy is not free at all ... minimum minimum is far from abroad .... and our lovely ladies cook not "once a year on promise"

Good to all ...
We decided to buy a slow cooker, read the forum ... went shopping and found that there was practically no choice in our "village". There are three types of multi, Binaton (multipovar) Mana-4 and Visconte. We bought the Visonte on April 28, we were already cooking in all modes. She baked mannik, charlotte, cooked soup, stewed potatoes, pilaf with meat, omelet with sausages. No complaints, the device works perfectly, everything turns out deliciously, does not burn. Regarding the smell from the appliance, we did not have it, we first washed it with a liquid medium, drove it out on the "Steam cooking" mode twice and began to cook. In our city, Visonte costs 1600r, a very neat multicooker for little money

Thank you very much, I am not overjoyed that day with this miracle
And if pork ribs are stewed with vegetables, will they not damage the coating?
I don’t know straight ...

You will not scratch the bowl with them, therefore, you can, but carefully and so that you do not rest against the walls with the edges. I am delighted that the potatoes do not fall apart from the 2-hour cooking on stewing, and the meat is sooooo tender !!

I stuck my nose into this casserole in the magician ... the pot is so tiny ... a plastic cup for steaming ... the quality is not ice but the price is already 4000 ... the viscount is both cheaper and better, so many people on the forum cannot groan with delight from scratch, because right .... own and rejoice.
