Note

I cook lazy cabbage rolls in two ways: either in the form of meatballs, or I lay all the components in layers, pour sauce and carcass, or bake in the oven. This time I cooked it in the form of meatballs.

Cabbage rolls are a traditional dish of Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian, Lithuanian and Polish cuisine. Prepared from cabbage leaves blanched in boiling water, stuffed with minced meat with rice and stewed in sauce.

If you haven't eaten everything yet, you can see them in the cut. Mine do not eat everything

I also prefer meatballs. Moreover, I cook a large amount at once and freeze some of it in aluminum disposable baking sheets. When you want them again, I just take out the baking sheet from the freezer and put it in the oven. Meanwhile, I'm preparing the sauce, pouring these meatballs and stewing in the oven until tender. Mine eat them much better than normal cabbage rolls.

I just thought, what if instead of tomato sauce you just pour cream and stew? I think it should be very tasty, what do you think?
Tanyusha
Luybasha, I really am not Krosh, but you can answer, personally I love sour cream very much and I think it will be great with cream, just who likes something more.

Very cool recipe, I will definitely try it. Only you can ask one stupid question - you put raw meatballs in a saucepan, then pour cold sauce and simmer - they don't stick together? Or do you then separate them by something? And yet - pour it cold if - it does not work out when boiling foam from meat?

I just always still put meatballs on the stove, when I did it, I put the raw meatballs in a saucepan and poured boiling water, as they boil, I separated them from each other, because they stuck together, and in the cartoon I have little space, I just pick them all ... And yours are so neat

Crochet, I bring you a report. Thank you very much for the recipe, in my family they love only for some reason lazy cabbage rolls, but ordinary ones don't. So I do them.
I did it according to your recipe 2 times, one strictly according to the recipe, and the second instead of tomato paste I took sour cream. And so and so it was sooo tasty.
