SVP, tell me, what kind of saucepan will be in the updated cartoon, ceramic or not, otherwise I still don't understand. And what else is there in the kit, a bowl for steaming probably in the kit, and spoons, ladles, are they included or do you need to buy separately?

Dear Admin!
Do you plan to equip the small Brand with the same functions as the big one? In terms of size, it is the most optimal for me (you need to cook 1-2 servings). But the impossibility of regulating the cooking time keeps you from buying. I think that a small but multifunctional multicooker will be in even greater demand than a large one. For example, it is problematic to cook porridge for a child in the morning in my big Panasonic: a small portion is smeared along the bottom.
And one more question. Are you taking part in the delivery of Lacucina multicooker from China to Russia? Also a good cartoon, but there are comments and suggestions for optimization.
Thank you.
The 37300 multicooker was not planned to be equipped with new functions, since most dishes can be cooked in one way or another in any mode.
The size of the bowl does not affect the minimum portion. You can just as easily boil a small amount of porridge for breakfast in a large bowl,
and it will not be smeared along the bottom. For example, the minimum portion in a multicooker is 37500 - 1 measuring cup = 100 gr. rice.
We do not take part in the supply of Lacucina multicooker to Russia.

The second series of multicooker Brand 37500 will be the same as in the first series, a pot with a ceramic coating. Please do not confuse it with a pan made entirely of ceramics, the supply of which I mentioned earlier.

The complete set of Brand multvarks is complete. That is, there are: a spatula, a soup spoon, a steamer container, a measuring cup.

Yes! Brand 37500NEW will have a ceramic coated pan

Olenka, I was preparing milk rice porridge on the "Milk Porridge" mode with a delayed start, by the morning. Unfortunately, the milk escapes, the bottom is fried, so I do not recommend leaving the porridge in the milk unattended. And boil in water, no problem, even at night, even during the day.

And I boiled in water, and then added hot cream to the hot one and it turned out sooooo wonderful !!!

We recommend doing so.Set the cooking time to 40 minutes (default 60 minutes) and strictly observe the proportions 1: 3 (1 cup of cereal to 3 cups of milk). If these conditions are met, you can leave the milk porridge unattended until the morning and everything should be fine.

Good evening! I specially registered to express my opinion and, possibly, help Olen'ka and other new owners of the Brand multicooker. Unfortunately, if you observe the proportions of 1: 3 (namely, this ratio is INCORRECTLY given in the instructions!) Porridge, especially milk, will not work. SOMETHING burnt out will come out.
I want to advise my way:
for rice or millet pier. porridge the ratio of cereals and a mixture of water with milk is 1: 5.5 (you can also 6)
Mode:
for millet - "Millet"
for rice - "Rice-ordinary".
So I cook porridge with a delay in cooking.

Yesterday I cooked a delicious rice pier. porridge, using for the first time the "PLOV" mode. For 1 stack. cereals took 1 liter of a mixture of water and milk. I turned off the MV after 40 minutes, because the porridge was ready.

And I use the "Milk Porridge" mode for completely different dishes. If my work is interesting, then I can write.
Cvetaal
the "rice" program is automatic, it does not seem to be programmed, they cannot be deferred. I perfectly cook milk porridge on the appropriate program, but I have to follow the process and mix it periodically. I also reduce the time from 30 minutes to 40, no more. And I also agree with your proportions, 1: 3 is not good.
Ruth
Hello! Do you accept newcomers to the topic? The new ones are, however, problematic, but ...

I'll start from afar. in general, I have a second year of cartoon Panas. everything in it suits me, except for the quality of the pan. And when the question arose about buying a multi for my mother-in-law, I clearly decided - no Panas with a spare saucepan for 2,000 rubles. came across a brand. Again, I liked the "pan" reviews. I bought it, dragged it for 150 km to the village ...
And, of course, the first thing I did was to bake the meat. I must say that in the "home" cartoon it turns out unusually, so in the village I decided to impress everyone with it. 10 min. on baked goods on both sides (at home I do 40, but my father-in-law with sick stomachs), then for 3 hours for stewing. By the end of the third hour, it became clear that the meat was not ready. No, it's not bloody, of course, but harsh! Despite the fact that the piece is small and rather fat, soft ... I, of course, pretended that it was necessary ... But the worm of doubt stirred. I cooked buckwheat - everything is fine. baked charlotte - into a four (at the bottom, the apples still burned slightly). before leaving, I again sent pork to bake, a slice in the region of 1200g ... After 40 minutes on the "baking" I looked into the cartoon, I saw that the meat did not even brown, only released juice (it feels like I put it on a weak stewing). I sighed sadly, pulled out the meat, packed it in a roasting sleeve, sent it to the oven, washed the pan, packed it in a box and rammed it back home. In the store where I bought it, they said that if the purchase does not suit me with something within 7 days, it can be returned. I wrote to the complaint department, I'm waiting for their decision.
But here's what's interesting to me: is my cartoon defective, or is the "baking" mode weak at all? Charlotte is baked ... Should I seek a refund or change to another unit?
For me, cooking meat in a cartoon is fundamentally: the mother-in-law has such health problems, in which, if possible, any thermal effect on the body is excluded and it is undesirable to stand by the stove ...

Forgive me for so long, I was surprised at myself ...
Cvetaal
The brand is my first and so far the only multicooker. At first I had to adapt to her, the girls remember my rice exploits Now I cannot imagine myself without my favorite saucepan.I cook everything in it: soups and pilaf, and bake meat and fish, biscuits and casseroles. If you need to get a golden brown crust on meat, then first fry it on "Warming up" or "Pastry", then I bring it to readiness on baking or stewing, if there is not enough time, then I add time, including this or that mode again. And no problem. I really like the coating of the pan, after 5 months of operation, no damage! I go to my heaped hob much less often, I want to cook only in a cartoon. But one is clearly not enough for me, I will definitely buy the second

Cvetaal wrote: "... the" rice "program is automatic, it doesn't seem to be programmed, they can't be deferred."

Sorry, Cvetaal, but this is not entirely accurate information ... I just checked it on my MB: the snooze timer is set in all modes, except "WARM UP".
(Try pressing the corresponding buttons on your MVs.) Therefore, naturally, porridge "in the morning" can be cooked on "RICE", and on "millet", and on "GRECHK", and on "PLOV".
Shelena
Deer`ka, buy, do not hesitate.
I am very clear about your choices. I made a very scrupulous choice: I re-read Brand testing several times, read reviews about different CFs, “felt” in stores, studied instructions. I bought a big Brand and was not disappointed! I use it every day for the 3rd month (although I have a very good glass-ceramic hob). I cook from pies to soups. Absolutely all dishes are good. I take recipes for Panasonic and my own, familiar and favorite ones.
And it's very easy to master it! The instructions are very clear and informative. I think you will succeed right away! So, for example, my neighbor (she is 69 years old, and she is far from a cook) has been cooking for herself in this MV every day according to her recipes (sometimes according to my advice) for 1.5 months, and it turns out delicious (I tried it more than once) ...
For my mom to DR, I bought the same multicooker a week ago. While choosing between Brand and LACUCINA. Now I'm cooking in 2 MV (I'm actively testing a new one before leaving to visit the hostess in another city). By the way, the pots are very easy to confuse - mine looks so good after constant use. Excellent coverage!
Successful acquisition!

Still, rice milk porridge SHOULD be cooked under supervision. I put it yesterday with a delay on "Rice", the result, to put it mildly, did not please: the milk ran away, the entire lid of the pan and the surrounding area were stained, the consistency of the porridge was too homogenized. I won't cook like that anymore.

Cvetaal, what a pity ... I never ran away ...
Tell me, do you grease the inside of the pan with oil, just above the contents? I always do this with a pier. porridge. Maybe that's why they don't "run away"?
And the consistency of the porridge will change if after the signal it is stirred and left on "Heating" for at least 10 minutes. The porridge thickens, becomes homogeneous.
Or maybe you dare to cook on "PLOVA"?

P.S. I don’t know if I’m breaking the rules of this site now if I suggest you, Cvetaal, look at the recipes for Brand on the site. They are the simplest, there is also porridge ...
Cvetaal
Shelena, thank you for your attention.

"And the consistency of the porridge will change if, after the signal, you stir it and leave it on" Heating "for at least 10 minutes. The porridge thickens and becomes homogeneous."

So after all, we are talking about a postponement, the porridge is preparing for the morning. In the evening, you fill the rice with milk, it swells there, as a result, the porridge turns out to be too homogeneous. And it sticks well to the bottom. I successfully cook milk rice porridge on the mode of the same name, I repeat, but the cooking process has to be monitored "from" and "to".

I have been friends with the Brand for almost six months, so I re-prepared a lot of everything and everyone in it, I really like
Shelena
Good day to all!
CvetaalAfter reading about your failure with rice porridge on a postponement, I mentally returned to this, trying to understand what could lead to such a result. With millet porridge on a delay and rice without delay, I succeeded in everything.
As a result, I decided to conduct an experiment in two of my MVs at once, applying both modes recommended by me.
Today I am submitting my photo report.
So:
Milk rice porridge with dried apricots with delayed cooking.

Structure (for one multicooker):
round rice - 0.5 cups (100ml),
water - 1.5 cups (300ml),
milk - 1.5 cups (300ml),
sugar - 2.5 tsp,
salt - 0.5 tsp.,
dried apricots - 3 pcs.,
oil drain. - ~ 10g.

Each MV added well-washed rice, dried apricots cut into pieces.
Multicooker Brand 37500 Multicooker Brand 37500 Multicooker Brand 37500
Simultaneously pressed START.
In the morning, when I came to the kitchen, I saw that in the PLOV mode, a longer time until the end of cooking was displayed (by 4 minutes).
After the signal of readiness, I immediately opened the MV.
Multicooker Brand 37500
Both lids are completely clean. Porridge "didn't run away" anywhere!
But, alas, the pasteurized milk failed. It looks curled up, but fortunately the porridge tastes good.
Stir the contents of both pots, leave on HEAT for 10 minutes.
I put it in 2 plates. Multicooker Brand 37500
The consistency of the porridge is the same. Equally tasty. It seemed to us that on PLOVA a little more tender, but on RICE it is richer.

My findings:
1. Rice milk porridge with a delay can be cooked both on the PLOV mode and on RICE - NORMAL.
2. It is necessary to carefully approach the choice of milk. To do this, you can:
- use powdered milk,
- use sterilized milk,
-pre-freeze 1 stack. milk (water) and add MB to the pan along with the remaining amount of liquid according to the recipe.
Here's an experiment. Hope anyone will find it helpful.

Have you tried cooking on the "Milk Porridge" mode?
Mother
In me and in Panas, any milk curdled when dried apricots were added. And with raisins and pasteurized (not expired and not long ago opened) it is perfectly cooked. For myself, I came to the conclusion that to get a semi-liquid porridge, you need to take at least 0.5 cups of cereals and 4 cups of liquid. It turns out 2-3 servings.
Shelena
Mother, thanks for the addition.
I suspected that dried apricots might be the reason for the failure. Of course, it was worth cooking porridge without additives.
I am sure that your proportions for porridge will lead to a good result.

Have you tried cooking on the "Milk Porridge" mode?

I did not cook porridge either on water or milk in this mode.
And that's why.
I read a lot about the secrets of cooking. I know that the main key to success: strong boiling for the first 3-5 minutes, and then the smallest heating. That is, the porridge should continue to languish. With this in mind, I cooked delicious cereals in a milk cooker, in pots in an airfryer, and in a pressure cooker, and, of course, in a saucepan on the stove.
While choosing MB, I reread Brand testing several times. There were repeated statements about the inconsistency of the name "Mol. Porridge" with the temperature regime and described not entirely successful experiments in cooking mole porridge. (For example, page 6 - porridge from tanya1962, page 18 - from fugaska).
Therefore, it began to be used for the pier. porridge modes "Rice-normal" and "Millet", but with the obligatory lubrication of the inside of the pan (so that the porridge does not "run away").
However, the "Young Porridge" mode attracted my attention almost immediately after buying the MB.
To understand the essence of the program, find out how the liquid behaves at different times (this is not spelled out in detail for this mode in the instructions on page 10, for example, for the programs "Rice", "Buckwheat", "Millet"), conducted experiments with water.
1. I filled in 1 glass. cold water in MV, "Mol. porridge" mode 40 min. Here's what I saw:
37 - 30 minutes - strong boiling, intense steam from the valve,
30-20 minutes- heating decreases sharply, the water surface is almost motionless,
20-00 min. - very strong boiling, intense steam.

2. Filled in 500 ml cold. water, "Young porridge" mode for 1 hour:
56-50 minutes - intense boiling,
50-40 minutes - the water does not boil,
40- 34 minutes - there was a slight gurgling,
34-00 minutes - very strong boil.
After boiling water, 100 ml remained !!!
My findings:
For milk porridge (in my understanding), this mode is in no way suitable.
This mode is called "Gentle frying" for itself and I often use
for frying:
- shorts: Multicooker Brand 37500
- vegetables: Multicooker Brand 37500,
- pork shank, cutlets, etc.
I cook potatoes (in water).
I make lazy cabbage rolls, goulash.
And finally, I use this mode for STEAMING.
When using the "Mol. Porridge" mode, it is almost always required to supervise the process, stir, sometimes add liquid and salt towards the end (due to intensive evaporation).
But the result is worth it !!!

sazalexter
SVP Small heating is 90 * it needs to be 30-45 minutes, that's enough. In principle, even if it is implemented, this is enough IMHO
svetlanaal
Shelena, apparently, you are friends with Brand? Can you please tell me, do you make pastries on the program of the same name or have you picked up some other one? For some reason, the result did not inspire me - the curd casserole burnt, did not rise at all and even seemed not completely baked.
Shelena
Svetlanaal, I make all the baked goods on the program of the same name. I think this mode is very successful. I bake a lot and almost every time it is different. Several times I noticed dark places below (most likely it depends on the excess of sugar and fat in the dough), but I never got upset about this. Almost always this can be corrected: either walk with a fine grater, or cut off, or simply mask it.
I read that you can use a silicone mat, baking cloth or just baking paper. Here is the last one sometimes, when I need to take out something tender, I use it. And so most often I just very generously grease the saucepan with margarine and, if the recipe allows, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
Tell me, did you make the casserole according to your own recipe or took it somewhere on the site? Maybe you should analyze a specific recipe? I only baked cottage cheese 5 times. casserole in MV. Several times it was "very fried", but it was ALWAYS baked. Maybe yours just settled at the end? (Somewhere they wrote that 30% shrinkage is the norm for a casserole.)
I don’t know if it helped you. But I'm ready to help you understand the technology, recipe for the baked goods you need.
Delicious pies for you!
svetlanaal
Shelena, thank you very much for your answer. I often make curd casserole in a small Panasonic, where it turns out to be very tender and airy, but small, like all baked goods. Therefore, the Brand was acquired. For the sake of fairness, I confess that kefir was taken instead of milk and I no longer remember whether I took baking powder. Maybe that's why it turned out unsuccessfully. I would be grateful if you could give your casserole recipe and cooking time. I would also like to know the recipe for a biscuit, which turns out well in Brand. Thank you.
Shelena
Svetlanaal, unfortunately, OWN creator. I often make casseroles just by eye from what is at hand. I think that kefir really let you down (to be honest, I am always wary of it and only add it to proven recipes).
But she baked cottage cheese several times. casserole and recipe from this site - "Casserole from Elena Bo". I liked the taste, although still a little fatty. I cooked for 1 hour 10 minutes. Then she turned it over and another 10 minutes. This casserole had "fried". Maybe the time should be reduced? ..
And here is the recipe for your favorite biscuit:

GENTLE BISCUIT.
Eggs-3 pcs.,
sugar -100ml,
flour - 120 ml,
baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
Baking mode 60 min.
The top turns out to be white, so you can turn it over and another 10 minutes. bake.

When making charlotte, in this recipe I simply reduce the flour to 100 ml.
Try it, maybe you will like it.

Hello everyone!
I bought a Brand 37500 multicooker a few days ago.
I cooked buckwheat porridge with mushrooms and steamed vegetables - delicious.
But the smell!
Unfortunately, there is a smell.
I boiled water with lemon in MV.
The saucepan itself does not smell.
And it smells from the rubber gasket, which is attached to the removable cover.
It just smells a lot.

Maybe rubber is like that, or does rubber react this way to hot air?
And yet, I have a question - can this removable lid be washed in a dishwasher or not?
Maybe this technique will beat off the smell?
Only, I'm afraid that this rubber gasket will not deteriorate ..

The gasket is made of silicone and does not react to hot air.

Aluminum is an active metal and begins to oxidize after many detergents. Therefore, it is not recommended to wash aluminum products in dishwashers. Since the removable bowl of the Brand multicooker is made of aluminum, we do not recommend washing it in the dishwasher. Just wash the pad with dish soap. Will help.
Inaia_Lana
Friends, thanks of course, but do you really think I didn't wash this lid ??

Immediately removed and washed, and several times !!
And under hot water, and under cold, and with Fairy, and with other Finnish detergent, and wiped dry, and "breathe" left on the windowsill ..

And with hot water with lemon drove away .. it still smells !!

The point is precisely in this gasket. Not a single detail smells anymore.

Dear ladies!!! We ask you for a minute of attention! Your opinion on changing the "MILK Porridge" mode is required. The mode can be from 40 to 120 minutes. What temperature and how long should be kept so that the rice is cooked, the milk does not run away and does not burn!
As I understood, studying this question, it is not necessary to bring milk to 100 degrees! maximum 90. Right?

Now the preliminary scheme is as follows (THIS IS HOW I UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION)

1) pour milk into a bowl, add rice (let's say milk at room temperature 20-25 degrees). We turn on the mode ... the time has gone 40 minutes.
2) The content is brought to 90 degrees in 15 minutes.
3) The remaining time the temperature drops to 50-60 degrees (30-35) minutes and the remaining time this temperature is maintained!
As a result, the porridge did not burn, the milk did not run away! RIGHT?
If the time is not 40 minutes, but 60 (and more), then the scheme is the same. The first 15 minutes, the milk is brought to 90 degrees ... then 50-60 degrees, until it is fully cooked!

Rina
Is it possible to assume by some base time (say, the same 40 minutes) manual change in the duration of the regime?

3) At t 90 * C heats up (languishes) for 45 minutes
And that time 15 + 45 minutes = 60 minutes
4) goes into heating mode 50-60 degrees
5) Nothing escaped and did not burn
It will have an effect like in a Russian oven or slow cooker

Lucita!
Buy Panasonic, my advice to you.
Yesterday I bought myself a Panasonic multicooker - it has a completely different rubber gasket than Brand's - and it doesn't smell !!!)))
It is also difficult to compare service books with the description of the cartoon in Panasonic and Brand - the first is absolutely professional, the second is as if they took the text from the forum and copied it, if you compare the recipes in both books, this is clearly visible. Unfortunately.

And the company where I bought the Brand, they said. that smell is not a reason for a refund. And they say that you have already opened the multicooker and tried to cook it in it.
This means that it is no longer new, and there are no returns.
Like this.

So think before what and how to buy.
Lucite
I'm also thinking. If I take it, then a new model. The persistent smell from the product is the reason for the return, if they refused to accept, then you need to contact the consumer protection department, therefore, if a similar situation arises, I know where to turn, since I myself work in the field of sales and am familiar with the legislation. And in Panasonic I am not satisfied with the pan coating, so it does not fit.
