And the company where I bought the Brand, they said. that smell is not a reason for a refund. And they say that you have already opened the multicooker and tried to cook it in it.
This means that it is no longer new, and no returns ...

If you bought a Brand multicooker from the "Brand" company, then you can return the multicooker due to the smell and you will be refunded. If you bought a multicooker in another place, then we can offer you a replacement for a new model, provided that you live in Moscow.

I apologize for the problems encountered with the operation of the Brand multicooker.

My advice to you - take Panasonic. The company is well-known, service centers are available everywhere. Made very professionally, all programs are brought to automaticity.
It is better to change the saucepan than waste a lot of nerves and spoil a lot of food by adapting to a "raw" slow cooker. And health is expensive. Mine is plowed like a horse. From the first time everything worked out, and you don't have to break your head and worry and follow. I have never regretted what I bought, it has already more than paid off its cost.

Thank you for your answer, as I was told by phone from your company, the new model should arrive in mid-January, I would like to know approximately the likely price range, I apologize if I repeated the question that I already have. Since I still have a question to take an old model or wait for a new one, I would like to know what to count on.
Vadim Solynin
The information is not entirely accurate. We expect the arrival of new Brand multicookers in late January, early February

The price for the new Brand37500 NEW model will be around 3000 rubles. Plus or minus 100 rubles. The discount for forum participants will be 10%. The discount is valid from January 01 to March 8, 2011.

in fact, Brand bowls are sold separately for 560 rubles. By the way, most multicookers have bowls made of thin aluminum, for example, the famous Panasonic, and the coating is generally fragile.

SlingomamaBrand's saucepan is very good quality! Heavy, with a "waffle" bottom. The coating (ceramic, black) is reliable: after 4 months of daily use it looks like new! Washes well.
I had a chance to "hold in my hands" pots of 5 different multicooker (I chose MV very pickily), in my opinion, BrandA has the best one.

I read a lot about the secrets of cooking. I know that the main guarantee of success is strong boiling for the first 3-5 minutes, and then the smallest heating. That is, the porridge should continue to languish ...

I would like to thank Shelena and sazalexter again for their advice and help in finalizing the Milk Porridge mode and inform you that the next batch of Brand multicookers with the modified Milk Porridge mode has been launched. First boiling, then languor. Expected arrival in Russia in May 2011.

Maksimka
Vladislav! Would you be so kind as to briefly outline the changes that will be in Brand New, except for replacing the BUTTONS of the "pilaf" and "buckwheat" modes with "yogurt" and "dough"? Will the temperature regimes change? Will the comments that were discussed during the half-year testing be taken into account? So that the bottom does not burn, so that the steam does not cook for 70 minutes, but how much is required? I would like to purchase exactly the adapted assistant, the best
_zavarka_
I'm also very interested in what will change. really want to buy a big one!
and now the instruction that is posted on the Brand website, is it relevant? taking into account the comments on the modes? can I cook with it?
stolik
I join the question + another one has arisen - I am following this topic, waiting for the New version to appear. Tell me, Vladislav, will it be possible to "fix" the "milk porridge" mode in the future if you buy a slow cooker from the February batch? (reflash or something like that?)
By the way, maybe I’ll give you an idea - maybe it’s worth making 1-2 "home" modes, which you, according to the desire of the hostess / owner, do the firmware on the firm.
limka
So I became the owner of a multi Brand.
The first time in idle (just with water) I drove out on the "Steam cooking" mode. For some reason, the water did not boil. ? ? ? (by the way, there is no smell)
And today I tried to cook chicken (homemade). Sprinkle the pieces with spices, garlic and put them on the "Stew" mode for 3 hours.
The chicken has not finished cooking - the meat is tough and the bones do not separate at all. I had to put it in the oven for another hour.
Then I tried the "Baking" mode just with some water - again the water does not boil! There is a little bit of gurgles when I just opened the lid, and immediately disappeared.
Do I have a faulty multicooker or am I missing something?
And further. As I understood, milk porridge is successful in the "pilaf" mode. And then in what mode should you cook pilaf?
Thanks to those who respond!
devl78
Hmm .. my boils are very intense (during the extinguishing I heat the milk, you miss it a little, it almost gushes out of the valve)

Good day.
In the new version of the Brand 37500 (New) multicooker, not only the names of the modes on the control panel have changed. Programs (temperature, time) have been changed.
In the February arrival, the multicooker will have the following changes:
Multicooker Brand 37500
a) the "Dough" mode has replaced the "Buckwheat" mode - in this mode the min / max time is 60 - 90 minutes (default is 60 minutes). The temperature is brought to 28-30 degrees and maintained for a given time.
b) the "languor" mode replaced the "millet" mode. in this mode min / max time is 1 - 12 hours (by default 1 hour). The temperature is brought to 70-75 degrees and maintained for a specified time.
c) the "Yogurt" mode has replaced the "Pilaf" mode. in this mode min / max time is 3 - 12 hours (by default 3 hours). The temperature is brought to 38-42 degrees and maintained for a given time.
Also in the "Yogurt" mode there are two settings:
a) without preliminary boiling - the contents of the pot are brought to 38-42 degrees and the temperature is maintained for a specified time.
b) with preliminary boiling - first, the milk is brought to a boil (100 degrees), then it cools down to 38-42 degrees and then this temperature is maintained for the remaining time.
These are all changes for the February parish.
In the next visit, all these changes will remain, plus the milk porridge regime has been changed!
Work is underway on the "Steam cooking" mode!

I'm just thinking whether to wait for the February party or look for the remnants of the current one, because buckwheat, millet and pilaf are needed

Excuse me! Instead of "Vadim" I wrote "Vladislav", it turned out like the Chinese - instead of Milk porridge!
But I still hoped that the mode of milk porridge would be corrected in this already batch, because there have been comments for a long time, sorry, but .. will have to buy, wait a long time

Irina, of course buy. I had the same dilemma before NG, in the end I decided - we must take it now. By the way, I took it with a 20% discount - with the shipment it turned out even cheaper than the 37300 models in our stores (and the large ones were immediately dismantled). You can't keep up with all the devices - I decided for myself, I still make yogurt and dough in HP. Now I'll play enough with this one and wait for the model with all the configured modes.

Girls, hello! I read your Temka, and I am in doubt ... I choose between Panasonic and the brand, for me the main thing is that I baked a cartoon biscuit and cakes, and cooked cereals ...
at the brand, I so understood with the temperature regimes some kind of nepotyakt and bakes unevenly judging by the photographs ((((
girls help me make the right choice, I will be very grateful, especially the opinions of those who have something to compare with ... brand and Panasonic ...
in the brand, the price is attracted by the cup itself, which, unlike Panasonic, is more resistant to scratches
and in Panasonic they are attracted by good reviews from friends, they say that they do not have to adjust to Panasonic, they just turn it on and prepare everything in it, but I read you and realized that you also need to adapt to the brand ...

Good day.
About modes buckwheat, millet. In terms of temperature and cooking time, the RIS mode is similar (I note that there are three settings in it for selecting the optimal program). The pilaf mode, this mode can be replaced by the "steam cooking" mode, the time and temperature are similar.

Simply Maria,
you are probably the only person in this thread for whom the topic is irrelevant. For everyone else, even those who already have Mult-cooking, it is quite relevant. It's always good to have a decent alternative.

And I have a disorder: today I found some chips in the bowl. And this is a week after the start of operation. I categorically refuse to assume that I scratched it myself. Since I use exclusively silicone and the supplied spatulas (I have an expensive Taper frying pan and crepe maker at my house for two years - I taught myself to be neat in this regard). I don’t let my family go to the cartoon - until I do it myself ... That’s what to think, did I cook it only 5-7 times?
P.s. And more recently, I advised her on the forum ...

ZY: Repeatedly closely examined in the stores of Panasonic, Moulinex and other Alaska-even nothing impresses, the cups are flimsy, it's scary to touch the coating: o In general, they are not impressive

No, of course, I read about it many times. That the bowls are flimsy everywhere is also a lot of well-read, that's why I shake over it. Maybe she could not stand my excessive care?

Ceramic bowl requires more careful handling than Teflon
afraid of temperature changes and washing in the PMM

Ceramic coating is a composition obtained by sol-gel technologies. In the course of the sol-gel process, the chemical composition of the sol is formed and then converted into a gel. The sol-gel process is used to obtain ceramics with special thermophysical, optical, magnetic and electrical properties. The ceramic coating has environmental friendliness, safety, high thermal stability (450 ° C), fragility of non-stick properties, degrades when exposed to the alkaline environment of the dishwasher, and has medium abrasion resistance.

This is a controversial statement. And can you trust this information from the source indicated by you?
I'll tell you about my own experience. I have been using the Brand multicooker for about a year now. I wash my bowl in the dishwasher. No problem. The coverage is perfect ...
From sales experience, I can say that point impacts are dangerous for ceramic coating and if a chip occurs, it can go further.

I would advise you (subject to your residence in Moscow), after the receipt of spare bowls (approximately in mid-February), drive up to our office. Perhaps the service center will determine that it is not your fault and then replace it with a new one. Otherwise, you can purchase a new one (in any case, it will be cheaper and faster than sending it for a new coating).

Thanks of course! But I live in Siberia, the cartoon was ordered with a 20% discount on the Internet through your company. That this is not our fault - most likely. I looked at the damaged places in the bowl to the light - there are such "bubbles" in two places - that's part of them peeled off - most likely they will go further.
