dopleta, is your multicooker completely called Lacucina EB-FC47? Or is it another, it looks like it?

🔗

Here is the answer to this question:

"The control panel reads:" La Cucina Italiana ", that is," Italian cuisine. " Italiana "and that's it! So I'll call the multicooker Italiana!
The appearance is very beautiful! Reminiscent of Cuckoo - 1054. Gray inserts on the body, lid, valve - stainless steel. The control panel and the rest are plastic. By weight, the Italian is very light. There is a handle and two notches on the bottom for carrying. The multicooker is stable, holds on 4 small legs. "

If it's not a secret, where can you buy such a miracle?

happy, they are traded by domostroy.com. Moreover, there is a choice in color - black and white, I chose white. The saucepan is wonderful, while I like it more than Binaton, although his bowler hat is made more qualitatively. But the Italian has a better quality than Panas.

Gee-s! I can't, IRR, even though your hands are tied. Or glue your eyes. Although, no, I can - I saw a Daewoo cartoon in Okey an hour ago - I passed by so indifferently, wondering at myself. Do you think I bought it alone? Paired with a pizza maker - although I was convinced that my mikra bakes excellent pizza ... No, well, really - this cartoon is nice! I've already done a lot of things in it - not a single problem. Except instructions. I really sympathize with the girls who have no experience with cartoons, because the instructions are terrible. It's good that the pictures have inscriptions in English, everything immediately fell into place for me. Thank you girls for the congratulations!

Thank you, Gypsy! The real volume is 4 liters, and if to the brim, then a little more.

Well, you yourself know perfectly well how the volume of rice cookers is measured. And this is the same rice cooker (like all multi), it even says digital rice cooker. In general, here (in St. Petersburg) there are now many different multicooker, choose - I don't want to!

Duc, I know that, but people still have doubts. Moreover, the girl wants to buy her without looking. She just wanted to buy others, but I advise her this, I hope I advise correctly

Ol, how - for 3550? Until November 30 they have them (and the pizza maker too) until 1990! And before this whole set cost 3350!

zvezda
So .... they deceived me !!! They originally had a price of 3550 and 1990 for a pizza maker. I ordered them first one, and then another .... when they brought it, I asked about the action and the courier said that it was over !!!!! And so it happened !!! I bought on 27.10 !!!!!

And I'm literally in a few days! But I was not too lazy and came straight to the store - and saved on delivery (but I was on the way by car), and on the cost, and I myself chose from everything that was.

Hello everyone! And I'm that doubting Israelite. I really want a multicooker. I am looking in St. Petersburg, because in January my husband will be there, but only one day, so I want to order in advance and seem to have stopped at this cartoon.

Specifically about this one - I don't remember, maybe I ordered it. I buy a lot of household appliances through online stores, both large and small, it turns out much cheaper. Tomorrow, for example, a new Bosch dishwasher will be brought to my daughter, in ordinary stores it is about 20 thousand, and I ordered her for 14. And never (pah-pah-pah!) There were no overlays! happy, many girls have already bought a cartoon in this store and are quite satisfied.

On some forum I read that it does not have a timer function, although it is in the description. Is it so?? It's just that this is one of the main functions because of which we decided to buy a multicooker ... We even ordered it to be brought from Moscow, but now I was upset ...

Mother
To all owners of Italiana PRIVET!
I recently purchased this device and am slowly mastering it. There is no instruction, so I ask for help from more experienced ones:
1. In what mode do you cook milk porridge? In what proportions (rice, millet, artek, ...)? (To be semi-liquid).
2. On the "Extinguishing" function, the minimum time is 2 hours! For vegetables, fish, chicken - too much! Which mode does it best? (So as not to bother with time tracking and switching).
3. The "Baking" function does not allow to increase the time - only 50 minutes. The rice casserole is not baked! Where is the exit?
Thank you.

Thank you! How do you cook? Time / mode manually or on the machine?

On the machine, on the "cooking". I expose the time for which the porridge is needed, and that's it. But, basically, I cook little-digestible cereals - millet, buckwheat, rice. For those that cook faster - semolina, rolled oats - you can choose the shorter one from the automatic programs.
Mother
I tried to cook porridge on "Varka" - since the time is not regulated, and the porridge turned out to be dry and crispy (1 part millet, 6 parts milk), I suspect that this mode is similar to "Rice" and "Buckwheat" in Panasonic. That is, it boils until the liquid is completely boiled out and then dries it ??
I tried to cook porridge in the "Soup" - also overdried, but without frying. If anyone is interested, I made a table: functions and possibilities for changing the time.
The multicooker is not bad (I compare it with Panasonic). The only thing missing in the management is the ability to set the time manually, i.e.reset at 00:00 the programmed and set your own (at least on "Soup", "Baking" and "Stew"). And in the design - add a drip tray. And replace the only "Function" button (which will not last long under such a load) with sensors near each inscription. Well, replace the inscription "Program" with "Delay".
P.S. I read the thread on Brand: there a supplier associated with manufacturers joined the discussion. And he promised to make changes to the multicooker functions in accordance with the wishes of users !!

On the programs "soup" and "stewing" you can set your own time - stewing can be extended up to 12 hours, and soup - up to 4 hours.
Mother
You can extend the time, but you cannot reduce it! For example, for vegetables, fish, chicken - 2 hours (default minimum) of stewing or 1 hour of cooking is clearly a lot!

So I cook millet in exactly the same proportion ... That is, until we have coped with the porridge, did I understand correctly?
The plate is definitely needed - publish it))
And what are the advantages of this multi over Panasonic? I have it right now, but I'm thinking of buying another one. The second Panas does not want - pulls for a variety))

This was probably a comment for me?
I appreciate it, thanks for your concern. It's just that Panas has one spare pot, almost like this cartoon. I'm not worried about the pan - I cook neatly, I'm unlikely to spoil it. At least Panasovskaya even without scratches after two years of use. As for the service ... well, it often happens that it is not very high quality.

I suspect that, like the Beanaton multi-cooks, they all warm themselves in their own way. My millet in much smaller proportions (1: 4) is never roasted when cooked - moderately crumbly, but moderately juicy.
Mother
Brandname with quality service, guaranteed spare parts and full instructions costs 2-3 times more. For example, my big Panasonic now costs min. ~ 3700 RUB For 9 months. operation (very neat!) scratches appeared in the pan. And a spare pot ~ 1500 r. I bought Lakuchina. So far (almost!) I am satisfied. I was bribed by the opportunity to postpone the "Extinguishing" function. In the evening I put onions, carrots, spices, frozen goulash, salted, chose "Stewing", duration - 2.5 hours, delayed readiness - 8 hours. Water was NOT LILA! In the morning, wonderful goulash. Would solve the problem with milk porridge and pastries, and absolutely wonderful!
Mother

P.S.Yesterday at 22 o'clock I remembered that there is no second for today. And the meat is all in the freezer! She poured some oil into the cartoon. I threw chopped onions, garlic, peppercorns, lavrushka. I sprinkled the frozen beef (pieces ~ 3x4x2) with salt, seasonings, pepper, and threw it into the cartoon. Top with a mixture of sour cream and ketchup. I chose the "Extinguishing" function, Time - 2.5 hours. I put a reprieve for 9 hours and went to bed. At 6:30 am awakened by a funky smell. I quickly added the potato cubes, mixed them and went to top up (the display showed 00:30 - the remaining cooking time). After 50 minutes she returned. The display shows 00:20 and the "Bain-marie" lamp is on. That is, she switched to this mode 20 minutes ago. (When cooking, the time counts down, and when switching to "Bain Marie" - straight.)
The meat and potatoes turned out - great!
Since there are no recipes for this cartoon, let's share our best practices ?!

Girls, I'm sorry if I didn't notice the exact information, but nowhere, wherever I read about this cartoon, there is no exact volume. Who writes what. Measure PLEASE its exact volume. You need to know very much for sure.

Yes, natalka, did not notice - in this thread, on the 3rd page. The full volume is 4 liters, up to the brim another 200 grams will fit.

The full volume is 4 liters, up to the brim another 200 grams will fit.

If that's for sure, thanks a lot! I heard about this, but I did not see confirmation anywhere. Rather, I saw several more different volumes, but all also met once. Moreover, a friend saw this Italian woman alive and said that in her eyes her saucepan was like a little Panasonic. So I was at a loss, I ran here to clarify.
zvezda
Like a big Panassa !!!
natalka
Everything is correct, as it should be, like a big Panasonic. Especially when you consider that in both one and the other the volume is indicated at 1.8 (we already know that this is the volume of dry rice). So it turns out that both of these pots will be more than 4 liters.
Mother
The diameters of the big Panas and Lakuchina are absolutely the same - I specially compared them.
And the height of the pan at Lakuchina is ~ 1.5 cm more. The instructions say - 4.0 liters., 5-8 people. Power 860 W.
Yesterday I accidentally discovered one more of its features, which is not prescribed anywhere: with a prolonged power outage, it SAVES the current function and, after turning on the voltage, continues to work from the place at which it was interrupted! I checked it 2 times: 1. (Accidentally!) On the "Baking" mode, when there was an accident in the house and there was no light for 2 hours. When the light was given, the "Baking" indicator on the panel turned on again and the remaining time "42 minutes. The second time, 25 minutes after the start of the" Extinguishing ", she pulled the cord out of the socket. After connecting (after 15 minutes), the cartoon continued to work from the interrupted place without my participation.
By the way, it also has overheating protection. It turns off itself, and turns on after cooling from the same place.
Yesterday I made Mechnikov's curdled milk. Simplified the process to the limit: I poured milk (1 liter of pasteurized) into a saucepan directly from the refrigerator, and stirred 3 tablespoons of cold Mechnikovskaya yogurt there. I put the Yogurt function at 5 o'clock. It turned out 1 liter of wonderful thick curdled milk! Without "thickeners, preservatives, stabilizers, ..." By the way, it contains the same Bulgarian stick as yogurt.
I hope to finish today, in my opinion, a digestible instruction. If anyone is interested, write.
natalka
Saving the program is a big plus! And the volume, it turns out, should be even a little more than that of Panasonic. wonderful saucepan! I don't have her yet, but I'm already in love with her!

Hello everyone, I'm new, I bought a big piglet a month ago and I'm looking for a second pot. She looked after Brand (for ceramics and the opportunity to buy an additional bowl), morphies (for ceramics, volume 6.5 liters and the ability to simmer tough, non-broiler chicken from the market overnight) and a big Italian woman - for the price, pressure cooker function, delayed stewing. Here, I can't choose in any way ...
Tell me. who knows, Italian women sell extra. bowls? And what makes their coating stronger than that of pigs? For some reason, I cook steamed fish in Panas more often ... and, moreover, I am too lazy to transfer food leftovers into the container and get scared to scratch.
And also, if you put the dough in the Brand with the upcoming Dough function and bake it, it's a luxury not to wash the dishes at all! The current will stick because ...
Please advise what to choose as the second device. I don't see any sense in a rice cooker - it costs almost like an Italian.
Maybe someone else has Morphy, Brand and LaCucine at the same time? Tell me, pliz!

The brand has a ceramic coating of a metal saucepan. And in Morphy, what did you mean the rice cooker or the slow cooker? 6.5 L apparently slow cooker with an all-ceramic pan.
Warsaw
Thank you for efficiency! Slow cooker, I mean! And the ceramic coating of the UNBREAKING pot is cool, right? Or can it be harmful too?
If not for the price and the pressure-cooking talents of a great Italian woman, Brand would probably have chosen ...
A slow cooker may be needed by a person on its own. but the kitchen is 6 meters ...
And I have not seen morphine rice cookers in Moscow. That is, there is Morphy on the website, but I did not notice it in the Internet stores. Probably not a bad thing.
At first I thought that a simple Alpina rice cooker for 600-900r would do the job, but again, where can I get replacement bowls ??
dopleta
Kuchina has a stronger saucepan than Panas, but there is no information about spare ones yet. In addition, you are probably writing about the 50th model, a pressure cooker, while we discussed the 47th here, this is an ordinary cartoon that works without pressure.
Warsaw
Thank you, good devices, I will think further.
Slow cookers will not rise much in price, so you can buy them later ... Brand will release new models after the new year, which means that you can also buy it later ... and discounts on LaKuchiny ... People! Who picked it up by self? WHERE IS IT???
Warsaw
... and which one to choose - large or small?
I don’t need yogurt function - I’ve made bifidos in a thermos or milk cooker, I’m already used to it)))
