Fugasca What a fine fellow you are, bake all night and lay out photos!
Why didn't the Brand biscuit get the top of the cake? Just pale! But what about the heating element in the lid?

Tanyush! that normal biscuit and that and that. This I already find fault. For the purity of the experiment

Take my first biscuit recipe Classic biscuit cakes with 6 eggs. It was baked for 1 hour, + 15 minutes with the MV off. Slightly browned
fugaska
well, you scribbled! right now I will comment on everything
1.the height of the biscuit is not discussed - the saucepans are slightly different in shape (the brand is not so "square"), and I cannot vouch for the same "halves"
2. everything was baked equally great, no questions asked!
3. the question in ten minutes is not fundamental, because this burnout arose in the middle of the process, and not at the end. there is a technical point here: firstly, the size of the heating element, and secondly, the distribution of heat from this heating element. my husband also suggested to me that Teflon, for example, helps to distribute heat more evenly, but we have ceramics ... in short, the manufacturer needs to think
4. The heating element in the brand's lid does not play any role for the crispy crust! the heating is very low, in principle only for reasons of slightly drying the condensate FORGET ABOUT 3D HEATING!
5. and do not scold the brand, this is a good multicooker! It's just that Panasonic's working modes are better than the brand for us and they gave us so that we analyze the "pros and cons", well, in the sense of eradicating the minuses in the next parties, here's the cook at night - there is no other time, and I am a responsible girl, if I promised anything. ..))))
6. I have not tried all the modes, the field for activity is still huge, unplowed! I will bake biscuits and cook porridge - order what interests you most, well, in the sense of first of all

PySy: while I was sculpting the answer, the second biscuit arrived in time and here's a characteristic burnt bottom from my side, this will be the first question to the manufacturer. it's not a problem to adapt, a couple of cakes and we'll bake perfectly, but I would like to exclude the possibility of burntness ...

1.the height of the biscuit is not discussed -
WHAT is being discussed then? I thought you did it on purpose in Panasonic and Brand to compare. And then she herself was upset, and we can calm you down.

5. and do not scold the brand, this is a good multicooker!
No one thought to scold: - \ Where did you see? And we don't even remember about 3D heating, we are talking about it Vadim a month ago he explained that this is not at all what we thought. We calmed down. FSE beam!

Cvetaal,. Test.
fugaska
"discussed" in this case read "criticized" - honestly, baked and rose the same! I take a photo in the evening from Panasonic and from the brand I just really could charge less dough, and the slope of the sides slightly flattens the overall height ... but in reality, in Panasonic, the biscuit turned out to be higher, a little

young potatoes with onions and basil were stewed on the "steaming" mode (no wire rack) for 35 minutes. It turned out great, the onions are slightly fried
IRR
Cvetaal, Svetochka! Tell us more about this mode. IMHO nobody has cooked on it yet. And why did you suddenly choose him? i.e. cooked in the mode for a couplebut without a lattice? and poured water? And how many? In general, the steam mode has always been considered to be quite thermonuclear. Bulkalo decently?
Cvetaal
Irish, I chose it, this mode, to speed up the process. She did not pour water at all, the potatoes were stewed and fried on a dessert spoon of Guy butter. Frying, as such, was not particularly observed, the onion was fried in places and a little. Periodically opened the MV and stirred.

A few days ago, using the same mode, I cooked cabbage hodgepodge with meat. First, I slightly fried the onion with carrots and meat on the "Pastry" (you can't fry it until golden brown) and started the cabbage. I turned on "Quenching" and Well, the process went VERY slowly, so I chose "Steam". The cabbage released a good amount of juice and, of course, it boiled very actively for 15-20 minutes, I can't say more precisely, and then an inactive gurgling was observed.
Kitty
Girls, today I cooked pilaf on the "Milk Porridge" mode, the result pleased
First, I fried the zirvak on baking, then I added 2.5 cups of steamed rice and 5 cups of boiling water, salted it, turned it on for 40 minutes, at the end of the program I stirred it, there was no water at the bottom, and closed the lid, let it stand for half an hour
Maybe on the "Pilaf" mode - get milk porridge?
fugaska
and who will share the secret - how to get a golden fried crust in the "baking" mode? can there be a magic word? I only succeed in extinguishing ...
Kitty
Have you noticed that Tanya is doing the best? apparently because she does not compare with Panasonic

fugasca, and did not try to fry with the lid open? In my opinion, the process is going on more actively, I was preparing squash caviar, the onion even burned, not that it became golden ...
For baking, my "Dachny" cupcake burned hard, I had to scrub the bottom
What? it was her own fault, she faked 70 minutes for baking, 50 for the eyes would be enough
fugaska
Let's just say - I'm comparing solely for sports interest, because I have a Panasonic I do not detract from the merits of the brand, but there are still some drawbacks. what do we want from a multicooker? loaded, turned on and forgot - came to the finished dish. It is clear that frying meat can only be supervised (by the way, I fried (in practice, I stewed it) with the lid open), but in any mode I want to be sure. at the moment I have a question for the manufacturer about the burnt bottom - I would like to exclude this as a fact, that is, to technically solve the problem that has arisen. besides that, it seems to me that in the names and purposes of the modes, it will be necessary to make some corrections, only I still cannot say exactly which ones, because I have not tried all the modes yet
and I, as a person familiar with technology, would nevertheless like to see a more detailed plate of modes, painted, if possible, like in bread makers, by the minute
and today I have a creative break - I cooked so much that they didn't have time to eat!
Kitty
I also have a Panasonic, I'm used to cooking on it and it bothers me a little
And baking can be tried in some other mode, maybe, like "pilaf", they called it wrong

And what is "baking" bad? My biscuit was perfectly baked in 1 hour, the bottom was not burnt at all, but browned. Yes, a little stronger on the one hand, which speaks of uneven heating and that's it.
Tanyusha
I don't have a magic word, I just pour a little sunflower oil, put a piece of pork, close and put the baking in 10-15 minutes. turn over and that's it.

Good afternoon, girls! Today I made a delicious pilaf. I will try to show and describe the process step by step :)
1. Turned on "Warming up", laid the onion, the bubbling is active and even (bubbles are visible in the photo).

after about 10 minutes:

2. Bookmark carrots, switched to "Baking" for an hour, boiling less active, but the same uniform
3. The meat was fried and stewed for about 15 minutes on the "Pastry"
4. 4 cups MV basmati rice + hot water. I poured water 1 cm above the rice level. In the photo, part of the water has already been absorbed into the rice.

Good day, dear participants and participants of the forum.
The other day we are placing another order for the production of multicooker and it's time to take stock, using a large multicooker (5 liters, model 37500).
I ask you to voice your wishes for changing the NAMES of the modes on the control panel and revising the instructions, if any.
There is no talk about changes in time and temperatures of the programs themselves, because, as you remember, they will be embodied in a new model, the development of which is already underway.
Thank you in advance.

Hello! I bought this multicooker, chose just in comparison, a larger volume, more programs. She came out, and the price pleased me, although the difference of 1000 rubles is small. I cooked milk porridge, and cried while washing the bowl, everything burned at the bottom. I took it just to wake up in the morning and feed the children with porridge, but it turns out a whole story with washing, and the translation of products! Very sad!

Do you have any experience of communicating with Panasonic? Brand really burns more than Panasonic. But the trouble is that Panasonic has too delicate coating. Burn, then it does not burn, but ... a sharp movement by an iron boat, a crack on the coating, then it starts to move away in pieces, the price of a spare saucepan + delivery time. This I mean that you have to choose either absolutely non-stick, but vulnerable, or a la ceramic.

But with LandLife, my coverage began to look like a willow ... I am glad only that from LandLife I can buy a spare pan at once and for half a thousand ... With Panasonic it is more difficult ...

Um ... (doubtfully) ...
And what are the doubts? Yana has been testing the updated coverage there for a long time. He puts a saucepan in the oven and in the dishwasher. And this company Sibovar is not only restoring the coating, but is also going to start the production of spare bowls for Panasonic with its own branded coating in the fall. I’m waiting for them to start production and order myself a second saucepan.

the updated cartoon, as I understand it, the maximum change is to rename the konopochki. but I took a deeper drip, I don't like the program, well, in the sense of how the whole process is programmed ...

button renaming isn't everything. Unclaimed modes were removed, new modes were added - Yogurt, Dough, Slowing ... Everything as requested
Hairpin
Vadim, just not Dough, but Proofing. For the dough mode, there must be a rotating spatula inside ...
Gypsy
SVP, since there will be a program of yoghurt, have you thought about the process of obtaining yoghurt? How will this be done technically? Will the rice cooker come with some kind of yogurt container or do you need your own jar? Do you need to pour water into the saucepan or can you put the jar directly into the pan? do i need a jar stand?

The Japanese make yogurt right in the pan:

An innovative multicooker is now in the process of being launched into production. We expect to arrive in Russia in January 2011. As for the discount for members of the forum, we will definitely come up with something, because March 8 is "on the nose"

It's fun here ... but where did everyone get the idea that my message was addressed to LTBW?
It was addressed to all members of the forum. And since most of the members of the forum are women (in any case, I think so), then the 8th of March was mentioned.

But especially for men, I can mention February 23rd

Hello, dear forum users.
I'm new here, I want to get myself a multicooker. I read a lot of reviews and now I decide which one to choose. Panasonic is good, but the cup scares him. To be honest, I liked Brand 37500 and Cuckoo 0821. Maybe someone has experience using these two models, please write which one you feel is better. Functions of interest to me: stewing, baking.

I will answer here. They are a little different, but I would buy the first Brand big, and only then better Cook, but 1054. here the price policy also plays a role. Although 0821 is certainly easier to manage and porridge is better there.

Removed the following modes: Buckwheat, Millet, Pilaf.

Dear Admin!
Do you plan to equip the small Brand with the same functions as the big one? In terms of size, it is the most optimal for me (you need to cook 1-2 servings). But the impossibility of regulating the cooking time keeps you from buying. I think that a small but multifunctional multicooker will be in even greater demand than a large one. For example, it's problematic to cook porridge for a child in the morning in my big Panasonic: a small portion is smeared along the bottom.
And one more question. Are you taking part in the delivery of Lacucina multicooker from China to Russia? It's also a good cartoon, but there are comments and suggestions for optimization.
Thank you.
Mother
P.S.Can you make a smaller pot for 37500? For example, the height and top diameter are the same as the big one, and the bottom one is smaller: something like this

I have a small rice cooker, enough for the eyes for cooking side dishes and meat, a family of 4 people, two of them are adults. I have never cooked 4 liters of garnish or meat, even on the stove, where to put such volumes later .. I have it for a week, I will definitely not eat the same thing. In my understanding, 4 liters or more is when the family is large, or there are more than 4 adults in the family. Either you need a lot to eat there is So small rice cookers for sale should be small-family up to 4 people in Russia for sure the majority.

This is technically impossible, since the size of the bottom must clearly match the size of the multicooker heating element. We will try to make a Brand multicooker with a small bowl, but with great possibilities.

We have already started selling additional accessories. They can be seen on our website in the multicooker section.
