I also made fermented baked milk in jars, put a silicone mat on the bottom, just in case, but did not pour water, did it "dry"

Thank you, I already have such a table in the instructions, but I read somewhere that "milk porridge" and "steaming" are confused, is that so? And I still wanted to have "pastries" as pastries, but what do you do on this program?
Please note that the table of modes, the link to which is given in this forum thread, contains the updated data on the operation of the modes. Temperature values differ significantly from those in the instructions.
mamavfartuke
Juice has already made pizza, rolls (with overturning), zucchini casserole at the baking.
I did omelets, but they are quite tender, so the problem is to remove the whole omelet from the saucepan, but if you divide the omelette into 4 parts with a silicone spatula, then each piece can be pulled out without problems.

Yes, the modes "milk porridge" and "steaming" are confused, in the plate that you are offered to download, you will see that.

"Steaming" is perfect for heavily foaming cereals, for boiling peas.

Milk porridge is good for those dishes that require intense boiling or intense frying.

Put it right on the bottom? Don't put anything on the bottom of the saucepan?
I put it right on the bottom, neatly. And pulled out neatly, without blows. Brand's saucepan is more durable than Panasonic's, no scratches remain from the slightest touch. But if you're afraid of damage, why not pad with something soft
shinatan
accept a newbie. For 3 days I have been walking around the saucepan in circles. 2 times cooked porridge, 1 time fried cutlets and stewed potatoes. I really like it. I am learning slowly with your help

Hello, I bought a 37500new multicooker. What did not like: in some places the film with the names of the functions is poorly glued; the upper part of the case is poorly inserted into the lower one, one end goes into the other, and you cannot insert it back. The smell is average, I put it on the steaming mode, I will drive it several times, we'll see ...
Asteria
When I received this slow cooker, I generally thought that someone was using it. She looked so sloppy. True, then I guessed to remove the protective film from the front panel. It got much better, but the panel itself is also glued with blisters, you can't get it anywhere.

The smell I was afraid of was not there. The multicooker prepares normally. Only my cottage cheese casserole does not work out as tender and airy as in Panasonic. It burns too much, but it's damp inside. Maybe you need to cook it not in the "baking" mode, but on some other?
Bon Bon
There is a smell, and when I did it for a couple there is no smell, there is a stew and baking, about the opinion that someone used it (or rather, did not use it, but from repair), it does not leave me now.
Yesterday I made a manna with currants 2 portions, baked for 2 hours, and then got tired, and put it in the oven without a pan.the bottom is burnt, the top is light, I made baked milk on stewing for 6 hours class.

I didn’t remove the film, about what is peeling (bubbling) advised to “glue” it with glue, tell me, who cooks yoghurt and how, otherwise I cook it in jars, it’s still tolerable, today I just cooked so many products in a bowl, spoiled some small lumps turned out, everything was fresh
Olkin
I make yogurt right in the bowl, I have never spoiled yet. Maybe it's the sourdough? They put a lot ...
Bon Bon
took 2 liters of milk, half a liter of cream and 3 actimeli
Olkin
I have never done it on actimele. For 1 liter of milk, I take 2 yoghurt without additives, 125 g each. (I usually take Varechka, you probably should also have it in stores) It turns out very successful. And actimel, it seems, is not yogurt, but a drink, maybe there is not enough starter bacteria there?
genak
The yogurt turns out excellent - a liter of milk, 200 grams of "activation", I add another capsule of yogulact and for 7 hours "without boiling", I don't wait for a signal, I stir everything at once - right from the refrigerator, and without jars. And the film on top at the very first cooking peeled off or was so, did not notice, only when the milk ran - it poured right under it. He shook, shook, turned over, in no way, but, it seems, is slowly evaporating.
Bon Bon
made from other milk in cans of 0.5 liters, stratified in two cans after 3.5 hours, in another can I got drinking yogurt, I will try again with new milk, my hands are straight. I exhausted so much milk, all the time it turns out "and not kefir ..."

Elena Br, is this a new, modified batch of multicooker? If so, what has changed?
Good day. Next week we expect the arrival of multicooker 37500 new2. In this model, the "Milk porridge" mode is adjusted, and instead of the "Steam cooking" mode, there will be the "Buckwheat" mode.
Work on a new model is still underway.

37500 new2. In this model, the "Milk porridge" mode is adjusted, and instead of the "Steam cooking" mode, there will be the "Buckwheat" mode.
In the previous version of the MB, the "Milkweed" mode, confused with the "Steam cooking" mode, was as intense as possible. It was convenient (judging by the reviews) to boil, steam, fry on it. And now in what mode to do all this? And what will the "Buckwheat" regime be like? How is it different from the "Rice" mode?
Elena Br
Good day.
The "Buckwheat porridge" mode is intended for cooking viscous cereals that require prolonged simmering. And in the "Rice" mode, crumbly porridge is cooked, which are used both as independent dishes and as a side dish.
To answer you on which mode it is possible to fry and boil, I need to test this model. I will write about the results later.
Elena Br
Good day.
Test results 37500 new2:
You can fry in the "milk porridge" mode, with the lid open.
I have not found a mode that maintains constant boiling of water. On the modes "baking" and "rice" - boiling will last several minutes.
A slow cooker can do a lot, but not everything.
Manna
I don't understand. The new had the "languor" mode. Why in new2 the mode "Buckwheat porridge" "for the preparation of viscous cereals that require a long vexations"? What is the difference?

How is the "Milk Porridge" mode adjusted? Previously, the "Steam cooking" mode replaced the "Milk porridge" mode, although it was very doubtful: why boil milk for already 10 minutes (it is obvious that the milk will try to escape without supervision) before lowering the temperature to 90 ° C, for me remains a mystery. Is it really fixed, or did you just replace the sticker?

It is also strange that in the "Baking" mode, the water does not boil constantly, since the temperature table indicates 135 ° C-150 ° C for this mode for the first 25 minutes, 135 ° C-100 ° C for the next 35 minutes. And many say that baked goods burn out in new ...Where is the mistake? Or am I missing something? Or has the Bake mode also changed? By the way, someone (unfortunately I can't remember which one) from your representatives at a similar forum promised that the "Baking" mode would be improved.
Elena Br
Good day.
Let's figure it out.
1) When cooking porridge on the "buckwheat porridge" mode, we get boiled grain, this happens due to prolonged simmering. Temperatures differ significantly from the "languor" mode.
2) The "milk porridge" mode has been changed. The milk is brought to a boil, the heating is turned off, and the multicooker goes into simmering mode. Boiling is not supported by heating. The hot heating element boils the milk, and this time is significantly less than 10 minutes.
3) The "baking" mode in this model has not changed. Changes to the mode will be in the next model. It is not possible to select any of the existing modes for constant boiling of water, since the upper sensor is triggered, which turns off the heating. The operation of all modes depends on the readings of two sensors (upper and lower). Likewise, the "baking" mode is controlled by the upper sensor, so the water in this mode does not boil for a long time.
Fawn Pir
It may sound rough, of course, but baking works well in an electric oven with top and bottom heating, and with a convection function. And with a temperature regulator and a cost of more than 10 tons. And in a slow cooker with a low cost, cereals are good, including dairy, with a delay, pilaf, jellied meat, borscht when all the ingredients are added at once. Awesome juicy cutlets! Meatballs, cabbage rolls! So we need to decide what is in priority. Or consider other slow cookers that have worked well for baking. Maybe a cuckoo, or Panasonic.

You just don't have to wait for a miracle. The multicooker is just a tool, in any case you have to think with your head. Until I had a multi, I baked in the microwave.

And we thought what a multicooker was. When I had a good oven, of course, I only baked in it. Well, I don't have it now. And I also don't have a microwave oven with convection. So I'm looking for alternatives and options. And in AG, not all baked goods work out. Different baking requires different cooking conditions. The brand attracted me to the coating of its pots and attempts to "improve" its products. And any technique, no matter how "smart" it is, without a person will not be able to create anythingMulticooker Brand 37500

Hello Manna.

A slow cooker, and any other product cannot be ideal for everyone for a completely simple reason - ALL PEOPLE are DIFFERENT, I apologize for the banal words.

About the improvement. Experimenting with programs is improvement. To set up a program so that it can cook yogurt and bake a delicious cake (and there are about 10 of these programs), believe me, is not the easiest work. I am telling you as a person who has been struggling with this problem for over 2 years.

On behalf of the firm, I apologize for the complexity of "new and not new". As I said earlier, now we will act differently. If there is a need to make changes, they will be collected and introduced into the model, which will be assigned a new article. So ALL the necessary changes have been made to the Brand 37500 model and the next batch will be called 37502.

And about whether it is worth waiting or not, it's up to everyone to decide for themselves. Life is developing, all the time there are some improvements or changes. So what is it? All my life to wait and live without a multicooker?

Well this is quite obvious. Therefore, we all choose those MVs that are right for us. And the question "to wait or not to wait" arises precisely when there is not what you want / need, but is promised by the manufacturers ...

Over the next two or three months, the Brand37500 new2 model will be on sale (I'm not talking about our dealers, who may still have previous models on the remains). In 2-3 months, the Brand 37502 model will arrive, which, I hope, will put an end to the adaptation of this multicooker to the Russian market.

P.S. maybe not in the subject, but maybe someone will be interested. Now another new model of the multicooker has been launched into production - Brand 37501. A very interesting model, which, in addition to all modes, has one completely manual CUSTOMIZED mode and much more interesting ...

Good day, Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

Model Brand 37501 is a completely new model.

Model Brand 37502 is a model built on the basis of the 37500 and incorporating all possible wishes of our customers.

In the next few working days, we will definitely post as much information as possible on the new model.

The other day I solemnly brought the Miracle Pot (Br @ nd 37500new2) into my cell-kitchen! It was late, so the experiment started early in the morning with oatmeal.

I took 1 glass of oat flakes + 500 ml. water - loaded into a miracle handful and on the "milk porridge" mode (set the timer for 30 minutes)
The smell of the renewed equipment was not strong, but from the valve h / z 10 minutes. went a delicious aroma of porridge.
The cartoon squeaked - and Oh! Miracle!! Happened!!! The porridge is super - the consistency is homogeneous, viscous - and sooo tasty, while I didn't grease the pot with oil, just water and flakes! In general, I am delighted

Today for lunch, soup with canned saury. I took this post as a basis. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=132151.0

Water - almost 2 liters (in a miracle pot, the level of 1.5 liters turned out)
potatoes - 6 pcs. middle
carrots - 1 medium
onion - 1 medium
saury - 2 cans

I cut potatoes, carrots into cubes, onions (I loaded them whole only to create a flavor, to remove them later - I don't like boiled onions in soup).
I downloaded all this stuff into the cartoon - and the Soup mode (by default, at least 1h30min).
After 1 hour, I "forcibly" turned off the pot - I looked in, and there .... such a slow-slow boil, the vegetables are almost ready.
I throw away the onion. I load 1 can of saury with a crumpled fork and 1 can of saury, salt, pepper - Milk porridge - 40 min.
Waiting, worried ... The smell is hazy throughout the kitchen
h / w 40 min The pot announced that it was time to arm yourself with a camera and a spoon !!!

Opening .. Suuper.Nothing fell apart, everything is ready
Sfotala - now you need to learn how to insert a photo.

All only pleasant emotions from the operation. I will experiment

Hello everyone! I am a future MB user who is just new. Lliira!, I don't see any reason for worrying at all. As a rule, those who bought a multicooker want a second one over time. Practice on this one, then we'll see. They are our irreplaceable helpers, without them we, as if without hands, save us time and effort, and for this we love them faithfully.

shl. Lliira, and welcome to the forum!

Hello everyone! Wandering around the Internet, I came across this 🔗
Here's the ochuchenie - that this is it, and the representative of the BR @ ND company confirmed that they are at this zpvod (SUPOR). In this regard, the question is - what do you think, if you take this thing here? 🔗, all the same it is cheaper by $ 30 and this is taking into account delivery to Russia, can you use programs from Brand 37500?
Vadim Solynin
Good day.

Programs in the Brand multicooker have been adapted to the requirements of Russian users. It seems to me that the costs of reading the program from the microcircuit of our multicooker and reflashing (and possibly even replacing) a new microcircuit will cover the gain in the purchase price.

By the way, good advice. Before ordering, I would recommend that you familiarize yourself with the new customs conditions for the delivery of postal items for individuals.
Maksimka
Good afternoon, Vadim and Elena! Could you clarify when the new models 37501 and 37502 will go on sale?
Vadim Solynin
Good afternoon, Maksimka

We expect Brand 37501 in mid-October 2011.
We expect Brand 37502 at the end of October 2011.

P.S. but since the road and customs are the weak points of Russia, slight delays are possible ... so, if anything, please do not kick with your feet

Hello everyone!
This is my first time here, but I read several topics on different cartoons!
I bought Brand 37500new2 today!
I brought it home and cooked dumplings (from a pack of Russian hit), so to speak on intuition:
put 12pcs. dumplings, salt - 1 tsp. l .. poured cold water to 2 on the "soup" scale.
Then I set the soup mode, I could not set the timer less than 1h20m, I just turned it off after 35 minutes, there was no time to look for options - I really wanted to eat and check the cartoon. In general, I never opened the lid, and when I turned it off, the dumplings were great!
The filling tastes better than in a regular saucepan! I am very pleased!
Tell me how to upload pictures?
IRSh
Yes, I didn't write it - the appearance is excellent, nothing falls off, when you first turned on, the first 5-7 minutes there was a smell, then no longer, I remembered that I washed everything with soap, except for the valve, which is probably why there was a smell ...

And about yogurt, just check the temperature of the milk manually, 40 minutes after turning on ...
Perhaps this is a violation of the temperature regime ...
IRSh
Thank you! I have a mobile Internet now, I won't post pictures! First remarks: the cartoon is positioned as with 3D heating - this is not the case, only the bottom is heated. The extinguishing function is not correct: the table says that the temperature is kept at 95-100 degrees, but in fact it heats up to a hundred, but only holds 70 - I checked it with a thermometer.
The soup mode works successfully - that's right.I was also unlucky for baking: the mode was over, I opened the lid and condensation dripped from the lid on the charlotte, it was sad.
Now I am carving meat and potatoes on the buckwheat porridge mode, I turned it on after I had kept this dish on the stewing mode for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the potatoes remained raw. I'll see if I can succeed .... The buckwheat mode keeps the temperature, as in the table: first 100, then 90 degrees. Hooray, it worked! But 3 hours ...
