Then there is simply no point in chasing a lump. Hence it follows, you can make more than one such portion. And this is without heavy cream. It's much easier with them. We make the mixture to our liking. I can add an egg. In general, the ice cream maker was bought due to the fact that I cannot eat too sweet purchased ice cream. For 650 ml of liquid I add 40-50 gr. powdered sugar. Happy as an elephant!

As the first pancake is lumpy, so the first ice cream is porridge. I did everything according to the recipe, but it has been spinning for 40 minutes, and the consistency is mushy. Perhaps this is due to the quality of sour cream. Not finding cream on the market, I bought sour cream. It tasted nothing, but when knocked down by a mixer, it began to curd.
