Donuts according to GOST

Ingredients

1st grade wheat flour 530 g
Sahara 60gr
margarine 30 gr.
egg 1 PC
salt 5 gr.
fresh yeast 16 gr.
water 310 g
deep fat oil
icing sugar for dusting 60 gr.

Cooking method

  • The donuts are very tasty, so we make a double portion at once!
  • Prepare a bezoparny dough of weak consistency, leave for 3-4 hours to ferment,
  • kneading it 1-3 times during fermentation. (Dough made from flour with low gluten, knead once)
  • Roll the dough into a tourniquet, portion into pieces weighing approximately 50 g and roll the pieces into balls.
  • Let the dough rest on an oiled worktop for 5 minutes, turn over to the other side and shape into rings or balls.
  • After 20-30 minutes of proofing, fry the donuts in fat.
  • Sprinkle the finished donuts with powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Donuts according to GOST

In the morning, take the dough out of the refrigerator, transfer it to packing bags and lower it into a bowl of hot water (50-55C) for 3-4 minutes. I divide the dough into 2 parts.
