* Water - 50 ml.
* Flour - 100 g.

Dough:

* Salt - 1 tsp.
* Flour - 400 g.
* Refined vegetable oil - 6 tbsp. l.

* Sesame - about 1 stack.

To begin with, we prepare a dough from sourdough, water and flour.When it reaches maturity (begins to settle, when you tap on the bottom of the bowl), we proceed to kneading the dough.

It is mixed from the listed ingredients, with the exception of oil (add oil at the end of the batch)
The dough should be fairly tight and well kneaded.

We remove the bowl with the dough in a warm place for fermentation ..
