Marish, my chocolate lovers should love it. I'll cook it on the occasion of some holiday. Thanks for the recipe!
Sonadora
Ksyusha, thanks. Chocolate addicts will love the cake. And it prepares very simply. Take longer to write than to do.

Manya, it tastes good! Thank you!
I am digressing. From the cake remained 300 g cream cheese (butter, curd cheese and cream), added 200 g of cottage cheese, the rest according to the recipe.
By the way, the filling is the most delicate, I write and eat!

Manechka, it is very tasty, chocolate, airy! Thanks for the recipe.
But I want to ask for help - to figure out the consistency. I weighed everything on the scales, but at the time of adding flour, I incorrectly zeroed it and it turned out that I added 1 glass (130 g + one heaped tablespoon) of flour, it turned out to be a rather thick dough. In theory, the weight of the flour should be more or less the same as indicated in the recipe. But flour is of the highest grade, which absorbs a little more liquid. Tested on bread. Maybe this is the reason? How thick should the dough be? Looking at the photo, it seems quite thick.
But the cream I had was liquid, the mascarpone and eggs were from the refrigerator and the top portion of the chocolate dough could not be distributed as you did in the photo, with an even cake, it seemed to drown, I tried to twist it with a skewer to distribute it more or less, but in my opinion I didn't really succeed.

The dough is quite thick. But I think you (can you?) Turned out thicker. I took exactly a glass (250 ml) of wholemeal flour, 160 grams.

But my cream was thin, mascarpone and eggs were from the refrigerator
If you beat the mascarpone with a mixer, then yes, the filling will be liquid. Therefore, it is better to beat it with a whisk.

I was sinking a little too. I spread it with a spoon, trying to distribute it evenly over the entire surface.

Elena, but how did it work out with the flour? Very interesting!
Ava11
Manechka, thanks for the answer! Yes of course you!
I whipped the mascarpone with a mixer and I didn't know this secret! Thank you! I will stir with a spoon. And next time I will be more attentive with the weight of flour!
Yours is so even in the context, I have something to strive for! I really like the taste awesome chocolate. Refused dinner and ate a piece of cake with tea with great pleasure! Thank you! The evening was a success.
Sonadora
This is yes. The pie turns out to be very satisfying, a small piece may well replace lunch or dinner.
I added about mascarpone in the recipe.

Manechka. If you look at your photos (dough), then my dough was denser. Most likely it was possible
take less flour. Tomorrow I will bake it again, add flour according to the recipe. Then I will report and write the differences.
