So, I put it for activation:
100g yeast
50g water
100g flour
Eternal yeast, potato-hop (Sourdough without flour). Baking recipes.
After 12 hours:

Added 150g flour, 150ml water. Stirred. After another 12 hours:

It turned out 550g of dough.
I wanted to make versions of Easter cakes according to two recipes. But it turned out that there will be no main tasters. And those who can taste no sweets. Therefore, I made a sample with only one recipe and without sugar and raisins (with stevia extract).
Took:
dough - 250g
milk - 126ml
egg CO - 2 pcs.
butter - 100g
orange - 1 pc. (zest)
cognac - 1 tbsp. l.
vanilla sugar - 18g
flour - 480g
* Didn't put:
sugar - 150g
raisins - 150g
What I screwed up:
Flour poured 600g (as in the recipe for the version with regular yeast) instead of 480g.
I put it for kneading in xn on "Yeast dough". When the batch is over ...:

Cooked according to a recipe from 15 g of hops, 1.5 liters of water and 500 g of potatoes. And at the same time I made liquid ones with banana peel, apple and frozen raspberries. After a day, the yeast stood still ..., and the liquid yeast foamed slightly and began to sizzle ... and overnight I added half of the liquid unfinished ones to the hop yeast and mixed. In the morning they made me happy, the process started and there was a hope that everything would work out.
Here's what happened 40 hours later from the beginning of the process.
