I kneaded it and continued to rest ... at 9 am the dough rose again. I folded it and put it in forms. The dough, unlike the kolobok, became thinner, more like a ciabatu. I was afraid to put everything in one form, the top of the oven was very low, I put it into two forms. Therefore, the bread turned out to be low and ugly. But very aromatic and very fluffy and very delicious. At night I will put the dough on more dough.
So many thanks to Yura for the yeast recipe and everyone for the experience that you share. The first bread was made according to Yuri's recipe, now it will be possible to experiment ...

The dough comes to life, there are no flavors and additional smells !!!
