Ingredients

Kefir 1 glass.
Sugar 1 glass.
Semolina 1 glass.
Chicken egg 3 pieces.
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Dried plum taste.
Poppy 1 pack 20g
Vanillin 0.5 tsp
Grows. oil for lubrication

Cooking method

  • Semolina poured kefir and left for 30-40 minutes. I added all the other ingredients, mixed and poured into a cold Samsushnitsa greased with vegetable oil. 12 minutes - you're done. Enjoy your tea, coffee, drink!

Even an ordinary manna can be baked beautiful and tasty! The test turned out a little more than needed for Samsushka. I poured the rest into the Travolka omelet maker. Time was counted 15 minutes, but the smell of finished manna appeared earlier, baked simultaneously in both devices. When the mannik cooled down a little, I added chocolate icing and sprinkling for taste and beauty.

I am a similar manna, only oat-semolina, I finally bake in a glass tray in a bread maker. :-)

Well, I'm used to the fact that there is no need to lubricate the surface, I did it, but I barely scrubbed the rest.I’m thinking - maybe I should have added a little more butter to the dough so that it would not stick? And the taste is wonderful, especially what I scrubbed off - so crispy and crispy. You can have a smaller sugar - sooo sweet. It is difficult to pull out of the waffle iron - they are immediately very soft, then they cool down and keep their shape. In general, we must try again, with changes.
