Baked today in a different way: 1/2 - wheat flour + 1/2 mixture: rye, buckwheat, corn and oatmeal.
Double rate, additives: 100 ml seeds and 100 ml sesame seeds + flaxseed.

I don't bake in an ordinary oven, but in a small Panasonic oven Panasonic NU-SC101 Steam Convection Oven.
The camera itself is small, but it bakes everything quickly, and the top simply does not have time to swell with a bubble, and I really like it. For me it is more important that I caught the right temperature and time, and that the top DOESN'T FAIL
