I pour about 200 ml into the chocolate maker. cold boiled water. I pour 2 teaspoons of instant Russian cream into it or two tablespoons of ordinary coffee cream. The number of cups I bring is obviously larger, it seems to me that the coffee will give its aroma better at a higher heating temperature.
Sometimes for a better taste, along with coffee, you can add sugar to taste, a few slices of slab chocolate (gives a delicate aroma), cognac (on the occasion of a weekend), liqueur, etc.
As a result, coffee, when poured into a cup or glass, turns out with a high white cap, like an infusion of cappuccino.
It is good to lightly sprinkle cinnamon on this hat, or rub orange peel.

Yes, on model 438 it does not separate and you have to wash it very carefully, according to the instructions, so that water does not get into the back of the bottom of the jug, there are holes and apparently some kind of electrical circuit. Mine is inside with a brush, and outside I only wipe with a cloth. And if in model 638 this issue was thought out and a removable bottom was made, like in blender glasses, then this is great!
