Cream 33% - 500 ml

Milk 3.2% - 350 ml.
3/4 cup sugar
salt - a pinch
yolks, large - 5 pcs.
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp

And then my innovations with the chocolate girl
Pour in 250 ml. cream in the chocolate maker, add cocoa, grated chocolate, turn the chocolate maker to the 6th mark. After the sound signal, pour the mass into a large bowl, add the remaining 250 ml of cream and stir.
In a chocolate maker, mix milk, sugar, salt and heat. In a separate bowl, mix the yolks well. Add warm milk to the yolks in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Attempt # 3. For 200 ml of milk + 50 ml. cream (35%) - ¼ chocolate 86% (25 gr.) + 1 tbsp. l. Augen Choco. It looks like this option is the most classic.
Attempt # 4. For 200 ml of milk + 50g. sour cream (20%) - ¼ chocolate 86% (25 gr.) + 1 tbsp. l. Augen Choco. So far we have not understood. Either sour cream is felt, or not ... This option was left for revision.
Attempt # 5 (an attempt to get whipped sour cream with sugar). For 200 ml of sour cream + 50g. Sahara. Not really whipped up and absolutely did not flow through the faucet.

So at the moment, the recipe for attempt # 3 turned out to be the most successful.

I would like to add some Augen Choco mix. The price is 160 rubles. for 500 gr. I do not consider it economical expedient. In my opinion, there is 25% chocolate, and the rest is sugar. That is, 75% sugar from 500 grams - 375 grams. Sahara. And the price is split into approximately 10 rubles for sugar and 150 - for 125 grams of chocolate. That is, the chocolate itself costs about 1200 rubles per kg. Although the sugar there is almost ground to powder ... That is, it is worth taking one package, but delicious chocolate without the addition of chocolate will not work. I tried only creamy, I haven't opened the classic yet. But the number of calories they have is almost the same. I think the classic layout will be the same.

And about the chocolate maker herself. Technically, a chocolate maker is a bowl blender with the differences:
1. There is a heating function (not only in 638);
2. There is an additional tap to drain from the bottom of the bowl;
