Ingredients

Chicken (fillet) 500 g
Vegetable oil 20 ml
Salt, pepper, spices taste
Mayonnaise 50 g
Tomato sauce (I have homemade) 50 g
Garlic 10 g
Adjika taste
Vegetables:
Eggplant (small) 1 PC.
A tomato 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Salt, pepper, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Cooking process:
  • I have two bowls.
  • Rinse the chicken fillet, season with salt and sprinkle with black pepper, coat with a mixture of mayonnaise, tomato sauce, adjika and garlic. Put it in the multicooker bowl, after pouring st. a spoonful of sunflower oil.
  • Close the lid, use the "Menu" button to set the "Baking" program. Press the "Time setting" button, then by pressing the "Cooking time" button set the blinking indicator for 10 minutes. Press the "Start" button. After 7-8 minutes, open the lid and turn the chicken over and continue cooking until the end of the program. Then use the "Menu" button to set the "Extinguishing" program. Select "Meat" using the "Product type" button. Press the "Time setting" button, then by pressing the "Cooking time" button set the blinking indicator for 25 minutes. Press the "Start" button, cook until the end of the program.
  • We spread the chicken. We release the bowl.
  • Cooking vegetables.
  • Cut the vegetables: onion in half rings, pepper rings, tomato in small pieces, after removing the skin, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the eggplants into rings. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, DO NOT CLOSE the lid. Use the "Menu" button to set the "Fry" mode. Press the "Time setting" button, then by pressing the "Cooking time" button set 20 minutes. Press the "Start" button. Put onion into a bowl, fry, then carrots, mix. After another 5 minutes, add the Bulgarian pepper, mix. Put the tomato last, mix. Then add salt and pepper, add seasonings of your choice and I also love with dill. Cook until the end of the mode.
  • Turn off the multicooker, take out the bowl. We take the second bowl (if not, then simply empty the first) and fry the eggplants in it, salt them first, sprinkle with pepper and roll in flour. Time 10-15 minutes.
  • Next, spread the mixture prepared in the first bowl on top of the eggplant.
  • Close the lid, use the "Menu" button to set the "Extinguishing" program. Select "Vegetables" using the "Product type" button. Press the "Time setting" button, then by pressing the "Cooking time" button set the blinking indicator for 15 minutes. Press the "Start" button, cook until the end of the program.
