Ingredients

butter 90 gr.
eggs 2 pcs.
Brown sugar 75 gr.
sugar 150 gr.
salt 1/4 tsp
flour 100 g
cocoa 50 gr.
chocolate chips or coarsely chopped chocolate 25 gr.
nuts (Brazilian, hazelnuts or hazelnuts) 50 gr.
baking powder 1/2 tsp
chocolate 200 gr.
cream 100 ml.
butter 10 gr.
ice cream

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter.
  • Beat eggs with sugar, add butter.
  • Combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Sift and combine with egg mixture.
  • Coarsely chop the nuts and add to the dough along with the chocolate chips.
  • Grease the mold with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour.
  • Divide the dough into molds. Knock the mold on the table to distribute the dough evenly.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove the forms and leave to cool for 10 minutes. Place the cakes on a wire shelf to cool.
  • Boil the cream, remove from heat and add chocolate and butter 10g. Mix everything well.
  • Pour chocolate and cream into the depression of the cake. Blow with a scoop of ice cream.

Note

I really like this milk chocolate cake, but it can also be replaced with a bitter one.
It was baked in the form of a Baskets from Nordic Ware, but if they are not there, then you can easily replace them with ordinary round forms or bake in one layer and then cut them. In this case, the cake will consist of two halves, in which the middle is cut out in the upper part, into which the chocolate will be poured later.
