I make crumbs from flour with baking powder, sugar and butter, then add cottage cheese. And for "gluing" the crumbs I take either mayonnaise or sour cream. Although I think that you can add either water, or kefir, or milk.
Then I send the dough to the refrigerator for rest, after putting it in a bag or container with a lid for 30-40 minutes. Sometimes I leave it overnight. And the dough for today's tartlets lay for two days.
If the dough seems oily and moist to you, feel free to add flour.
From this amount of ingredients, 1 kg of dough with a small tail is obtained, no more than 50 grams.
Still, I think that sugar should be excluded for tartlets, and for pies with sweet filling too.
