1. Snack tartlets - 15 tartlets.

Cucumber - 1 pc.
Egg var. - 1 pc.
Red fish-200 gr.
Mayonnaise-2 table. l.
1. Cheese, egg ,. grate.
2. Fish (leave a little for decoration), cut the cucumber into small pieces. dice.
3. Combine everything + mayonnaise, put on tartlets, decorate as you wish.

2. Potato tartlets with chicken fillet with garlic-cheese sauce.
Despite the long name, these tartlets are easy to prepare and yet very beautiful and delicious!
You will need:
Chicken fillet - 700 g
Mayonnaise - 200 g
Garlic - 3 cloves
Potatoes - 6-8 pieces (large)
Cheese - 100-200 g
Green onions
Salt
How to cook:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into medium cubes. Pour some water into a frying pan (about a glass), add mayonnaise and put the chicken fillet pieces. Salt. Simmer covered for 30 minutes. Add chopped garlic. The filling for the tartlets is ready.
2. Now we will peel the potatoes. Cleaned, washed. Three potatoes. Let's not forget to salt!
3. Next, take the muffins. For example, non-stick coated. Lubricate them well with sunflower oil.
4. Put the grated raw potatoes in the molds, so that it is in the form of baskets. Put the chicken and garlic in the middle.
5. Put in a preheated oven (temperature ~ 240 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.
6. While the tartlets are in the oven, grate three cheese and cut the green onions. Mix the cheese and onions.
7. After 20-25 minutes, remove the tartlets from the oven and sprinkle them with cheese and onions on top.
8. Once again we send them to the oven, for 5-10 minutes.

3. Closed tartlets with chicken, mushrooms and spinach
Ingredients:
● 500 g flour
● 250 g plums. oils
● 2 eggs
● 2-3 st. l. water
● 0.5 tsp. salt
● 250 g of forest mushrooms
● 1 large onion
● 2 cloves of garlic
● 40 g plums. oils
● 300 g chicken fillet
● 200 g spinach
● 1 yolk
Preparation:
Grind the flour from the plums. butter, beat in eggs, add water and knead shortcrust pastry
Form a disk from the dough, wrap it in foil and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Finely chop mushrooms, onions and garlic and fry for 5 minutes in 1 tbsp. l. butter.
Also in the 1st. l butter separately fry the chicken fillet and spinach, cut into strips
Combine the chicken with mushrooms and onions, add salt to the filling to taste.
Roll out the dough into a layer 5 mm thick, cut 24 circles from it, place half of the circles
in tins for muffins, previously oiled, press the dough to the bottom and sides,
put the filling on it
and cover with the remaining circles of dough, fasten the edges, prick with a fork, brush with whipped yolk
and put the mold in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

4. Cheese balls for lazy housewives

The dish is prepared in five minutes and is able to diversify your table if guests unexpectedly appear. Tasty and simple !!! I'm already licking my lips.
Ingredients:
- processed cheese curds,
-carrot,
- olives,
-tartlets,
-garlic,
black pepper,
-mayonnaise.
Preparation:
Rub fresh carrots on a fine grater. You can - on medium or even large (for an amateur).
We do the same with processed cheese - on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a crusher.
Add mayonnaise to the resulting mass, pepper and mix everything.
We take ready-made tartlets, since now they are in any store.
Put a little mass on the bottom of the tartlet with a teaspoon, put the olive and add a little more cheese mass on top.
Shape into a ball with a spoon and, if desired, decorate with a sprig of herbs.
The cheese balls are ready! You can treat guests.

5.Shrimp salad in tartlets
I hasten to share with you a recipe for making a salad with shrimp in tartlets. This tasty, hearty dish can be served as a snack or as a salad. Moreover, it can become a worthy decoration of your festive table.
You will need:
Shrimp - 250 gr.
Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
Mozzarella cheese - 150 gr.
Bulgarian pepper (yellow) - 0.5 pcs.
Garlic - 1 pc.
Tartlets - 10 pcs.
Red caviar - 100 gr.
Mayonnaise
Salt
How to cook:
1. First of all, set the hard-boiled eggs to boil over medium heat (about 7 minutes). Then we put them under cold running water, and then we clean them of the shell.
We also send shrimps to simmer over medium heat in salted water. Cook for about 10 minutes, then cool them and clean them of the shell and head.
2. Cut the eggs into medium cubes and put them in a salad bowl.
Add shrimp (whole), and on top three cheese on a coarse grater. Peel the bell peppers from seeds and cut into small cubes, then add them to the salad.
Salt to taste and season with mayonnaise with garlic (transferred through a garlic press). Mix thoroughly.
3. Fill the tartlets with a few tablespoons of salad and decorate with red caviar.
Serve with white semi-sweet wine.

- If you bought already peeled frozen shrimps, you can defrost them and scald them for a few minutes with boiling water, and then add them to the salad.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast (boiled) - 400 g
Champignons (fresh) - 400 g
Bulb onions - 2 pieces
Cheese (creamy, not very hard) - 300 g
Cream (20%) - 500 ml
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
1. Finely chop the mushrooms, onions, breast and fry until the excess liquid evaporates.
2. Add cream and slowly add flour - to thicken
3. Arrange on tartlets
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake in the oven until crusty (10-15 minutes)
7. Tartlets with crab sticks and egg.
Crab sticks - 2 pcs.
Chicken egg (steep boiled) - 2 pcs.
Dutch cheese (any hard cheese) - 100 gr.
Mayonnaise (light) - 1 tbsp. l.
Spices (salt and pepper)
Tartlets
Dice eggs and crab sticks (not coarsely).
Add finely grated cheese and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients and place in tartlets.
A delicious appetizer is ready.
