  • After the signal of the soup cook, open the lid, add the meat and leave the soup to rest a little, mix the tastes and smells.
  • Pour the soup into a bowl, put a spoonful of sour cream, stir a little and put rice on top.

  • The recipes say that you can mix rice into the soup right in the pan, or you can add it in portions.
  • It turned out indecently tasty, in truth, I am a small lover of pureed soups, but this one turned out to be extraordinary !!
