Oyster mushrooms Cheap and cheerful, as well as fast and tasty

Ingredients

Oyster mushrooms 400g
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 50g
Vinegar 35g
Greens 1 bundle
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt 2.5 tbsp. l. + 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Water 1,5L

Cooking method

  • Wash oyster mushrooms, disassemble and cut. Put the mushrooms in a saucepan. Fill with water. Salt (2.5 tbsp. L.). Cook for 10 minutes after boiling. While the mushrooms are boiling, we make a marinade. We cut the pepper into strips, the onion into half rings. Add oil, vinegar, salt (1 tsp), sugar, chopped herbs and garlic. When the mushrooms are cooked, drain the water from them and mix with the marinade. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for 0.5 hour. Now quickly set the table. We take out vodka and have a snack with delicious oyster mushrooms!

What can I say? What can I say ... I like mushrooms in general. Any. I doubted very much that Bulgarian pepper would not spoil the whole thing here. He didn’t fit in here for me ... It turned out - he fit perfectly! I halved the amount of oil - and in general I hardly eat it. I took greens - frozen dill, fresh jusai and 2-3 feathers of green onions. Mixed, sacredly withstood half an hour in the refrigerator. Such a rather big bowl turned out ... I barely tore myself off !! Delicious! Tomorrow until ... the rest, and then I'll do it!
