Beetroot salad with cheese (feta cheese)

Ingredients

Beet
Bryndza or soft cheese
best sheep or goat
Grapes (raisins) sweet fresh
Leaf salad
Greens, green onions, slicing
Vegetable oil for refueling
For baking, you can use
balsamic vinegar (30 ml),
honey (50 g) per 500 grams of beets

Cooking method

  • We bake beets in the oven. I used a marinade for baking - mixed melted honey with balsamic vinegar, held beets in the mixture (chop coarsely), and then bake with the marinade.
  • Cut the cooled beets into pieces.
  • Add cheese or feta cheese in pieces, grapes, herbs, lettuce, and season with vegetable oil.

Very tasty, a little salty, as an appetizer is very suitable for the appetite!
Sheep or goat's soft cheese goes well with beets, while sweet raisin grapes contrast with salt and soften the taste of salty cheese.
