Irina, I am grateful for the cake. It turned out delicious. I did not separate the eggs. They beat well with a planetary mixer. And increased sugar in the cream (as eaters are "terrible sweets"). Therefore, I also reported to Maria on the topic. The shape I had was 25 * 9 cm, the height of the biscuit was 5 cm. I saturated it with all the syrup. The weight is 1 kg.

I tried to dye the cream with spinach juice, squeezed out the pale green juice, the cream became watery, but not at all green, added dyes.
