Snack puff pie with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients

Puff pastry, ready-made or homemade 300 gr.
Filling:
Fresh champignons 300 gr.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Hard boiled egg 3 pcs.
Hard cheese 150 gr.
Green onion 5-6 feathers
Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Parsley
Vegetable oil for frying 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Cakes:
  • Roll out the dough 3-4 mm thick and cut into three equal cakes. My biscuits turned out to be 16x38 cm.
  • Bake the cakes in an oven preheated to 200 * C - 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Snack puff pie with mushrooms and cheese
  • Filling:
  • Wash the champignons, cut into slices and fry in a pan in 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil until all the liquid has evaporated.
  • Peel the onion and cut it not very finely, add to the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste and fry until mushrooms are tender.
  • Grate eggs on a fine grater.
  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Chop green onions with a knife.
  • Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in a container.
  • We collect the cake:
  • Grease the first cake with sour cream - mayonnaise mixture. Top with eggs and half of the green onions.
  • Grease the second cake with sour cream and mayonnaise mixture and put the spread side on the filling. Spread the "sauce" on the cake again, put the mushrooms and the remaining half of the green onions on it.
  • Smear the third cake with "sauce", put the smeared side on the mushrooms and coat with sour cream - mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

  • Wrap the cake in plastic wrap * and refrigerate for several hours (e.g. overnight).

  • Before serving, cut into portions (I got 12 pieces) and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Note

* I collect the cake on baking paper and then make bumpers out of it. Then the cheese does not stick to the film.
