"KOREAN ZABACHOK" SALAD FOR WINTER
I have such a recipe without garlic and seasoning. Well, apple cider vinegar instead of the usual.
Our favorite winter salad for 7 years already. Even our 2 year old daughter adores it.
True, I always do it with the help of the Muli multi-cutter, but this year I will try it with Silvercrest.

Ol, I have a simple manual Salter, I started with it. But with the advent of Gemlux, I took it out once - to spiral a huge beet. And I don't even clean Gemlux from the table, I use it every day, and sometimes 2 times a day

Yeah, I love celery too. But only me. The husband can not stand the spirit.
Try making a salad base. I think he'll love celery like this.
Cut carrots, celery, onions (if you like) into long Korean strips, add garlic, pickle in citrus juice. Mine is orange and lemon juice 1: 1. Salt and pepper to taste. Or add to a ready-made salad. Onions and garlic in such a marinade lose their bitterness and specific smell. Celery also loses its harsh flavor.
Place the workpiece in a container with a lid and shake it periodically. The workpiece is ready in an hour (preferably 3-4 hours), it is stored in the refrigerator for several days.
I use it as an independent dish, adding herbs and oil, or as a base for any salad. It goes well as an addition to soups and more.
Don't be confused by the presence of orange juice. Paired with lemon, it works amazingly, there is no orange flavor.

Girls, thanks!

Kara-Irina, but you can try experimenting with one zucchini ...
Although, recalling the times when I bought frozen vegetables (forcedly) in mixtures of different,
I don't remember the zucchini in the composition ...
Kara
Tomorrow I'll try in Winter a meat stew with spaghetti from zucchini - mmm, straight song

Irlarsen-Irina, what a beauty ...
I have long wanted to try grilled vegetable spirals, but I have it open (no panel on top).

And you vegetables in any way then "do not marry" among themselves?
Is it enough that it was "pickled" before?

it's now every day - on a plate ...

Spiral chopper (slicer, spiralizer) for cutting vegetables and fruits
Well, finally, and on my street holiday zucchini! Yesterday I bought zucchini at a discount in Magnet (110 rubles each).
I propose a new version of breakfast: spiral zucchini on a large beginning with a spoonful of grain mustard and an egg set for 2 minutes in a micron. As a result, a balanced breakfast is ready! Vegetable - al dente.

You can also do this: first, vegetables for 2 minutes in a micron, then pour an egg on top and for another minute. This will make the vegetables more cooked and the egg will remain partially runny and serve as a sauce.

Ekaterina2, Katya, that's interesting! Thanks for the idea !

I set the maximum temperature, my temperature is 230. And the juice does not flow, because my grill (in Russia it is sold under the Bork brand) has a position where the lower panel is tilted back and the juice flows into the container.
For my husband, I also spiral potatoes. I fry everything together (He doesn’t consider anything that is not a potato as a side dish) It’s also very nice.

Mirabel, Vika, if you bake like in Kuzin, in a micron, in an oven, without stirring, it will remain spirals. If you fry, stirring, all the spirals break.

Ilmirushka, and in the micro how much time is about? Longer than a zucchini? But how much?
Irlarsen
I wrote in the topic mycook, and there Accomplishment advised to copy here.

Today I connected my toys. Spiralizer and mycook! The main idea was to spiral the beets (I'm mostly playing the spiralizer now), but I wanted to make full use of mycook. As a result, this was born:
I put pieces of meat, spices, water in a jug. Beets in the lower steamer. On the first tier of the upper steamer, carrots, on the second potatoes and onions (I can't raw onions, so I always blanch). All vegetables are on a spiral laser. Delivered 20 minutes, 140 degrees, speed 1.
At the end, I took everything apart and set it to cool. I drained the water. Next time I'll pop the water just a little bit and the speed is higher. (Although the water turned into a gorgeous beet broth, which I immediately drank) I spun the meat on a turbo with mayonnaise. Then I laid it out in layers: meat pate, potatoes, onions, carrots, beets. Mayonnaise between layers.
I tried it tastefully! And the main thing is how quickly! Due to the spiralizer it is very unusual. The layers retained their color and looks pretty on the plate.

Pisi. It is clear that the vegetables could be cut in the mycook itself. Why not a herring under a fur coat, but meat? Yes, there was simply no herring and decided with meat, at the same time to cook everything at a time in one device.

and in micro how much time approximately? Longer than a zucchini?
Deana, Dina, yes, longer. By my jumping ability, I thought that the zucchini in the micra quickly, well, the potatoes are the same, but noooo. I put a couple of steamed potatoes for three minutes and tried - completely raw. In general, it took 10-12 minutes for the potato.Vika, perhaps, also depends on potatoes.

Vic I make coiled potatoes, on a flat spiral in a double boiler. I take the form, put there a piece of frozen fish, red, as a rule, and a spiral potato on top. mixed with scenes. 25 minutes and you're done.

Kara, Irina, I came across two opinions on the Internet specifically about the primed zucchini - 1) freezing is not an option and 2) it is possible, but you need to either remove moisture or blanch as much as possible. If you do - please write what happened.

Last summer I did something like this with plums and nectarines: I dried them in a dryer (I don’t remember how many, but most likely overnight), and then I froze these semi-dried ones. I liked it, I'll try this option with a coiled zucchini.
Mrs. Addams
Anna1957, Anna, and this idea is a dryer. In our forum, in my opinion, Admin also has such tomatoes and peppers.
Just what I saw was salt, stand, stir, salt, stand, drain, get wet and freeze
Anna1957
Mrs. Addams, no, I don't want to salt. I will dry it in its natural form. But when frozen, the spirals will probably break. Plums and nectarines have stuck together into a single conglomerate, but they separate well from it. But how will the spirals behave?
Mrs. Addams
Can I freeze in portions?
Marpl
Frozen peppers are sold in stores (can be used for stuffing), but zucchini is not. I saw frozen peppers already peeled from seeds and collected in a pyramid.
Cirre
Frozen zucchini is often sold in a mixture of vegetables, I have not seen it separately
Masha Ivanova
It's just that I have frozen zucchini repeatedly. I froze in cubes somewhere 2 by 2 cm, just 1 kg in a bag at random. In winter I made jam from them. The pieces were not damaged or deformed in any way. And I don’t even know how thin coiled zucchini will behave, especially since we are talking about young tender zucchini.
Ilmirushka
It seems to me that in vacuum bags, they are soft, they will be well vouched in the freezer, and then allowed to thaw.
Kara
In general, I tried it. Without drying and other dances, I spiral it into the freezer. And ... threw it away. The same story as with cucumbers. Maybe, if you dry it, the result will be different. But even when thawed, they will not be the same. In general, I will enjoy zucchini while they are young.
Lisichkalal
I freeze zucchini every year for the puree soup, but I put them in frozen cubes in the soup cooker.
But spiral-freeze-defrost-cook as a side dish is probably not an option

It’s already a week for me how the next one is settling in, I don’t remember which one ... In short, I also bought Travola - I wanted a spiral not only flat, but also conical. But Bella is a priority on all counts. When you feel the thrill of free hand, everyone else loses. And Travola's vegetable holder is uncomfortable (small plastic cross)

dopleta, Larissa, this "stirring" depends on the vegetable. Today I came across a softish cabbage inside, already overgrown, so he stirred when the cross hit this soft middle, and behind the strong carrot did not notice the "stirring" IMHO

Ella, is it vertical? Do you want Bella in principle?

I just coiled a radish out of curiosity. Definitely - only on Bella! On Travola, one short, thin, flat spiral turned out, as if I just wanted to peel the radish, and almost all the radish was left behind. No, I, of course, didn't pick it out, but there is no point in spiraling the radish vertically. And Bella spirals her.
Mirabel
The other day I was spiraling a potato and into its micra on a crisp plate. It took a long time to prepare, 3 cycles on a special program, only about 25 minutes. Well, for a long time. The Spirals turned out to be some kind of unfinished, in pieces and to the taste, it seemed to me, dried, not baked-fried. The color is also not very ... pale.
But mine really liked it, they said, Super !!! keep making potatoes like this in the near future
Probably you need to do your beloved one of these days to figure out the algorithm.
And the question has ripened right there, and can you cook potatoes with zucchini or sweet potatoes? cooking time is different .. how it will be in the ensemble

I subscribe. Potatoes / beets or fresh zucchini do not stir. I pricked it on the pusher (there is also a cross in Kenwood, and in all of them there is a cross), and once and again, quickly spiraled it.
