Olga2607, nooo, experiment further. I, too, somehow could not run the stuffed standing peppers. the girls then tried it - it worked. After a while, I made peppers again - the stewing turned on normally.
Olga2607
formochka, maybe the extinguishing program is really buggy ... God forbid, anything serious! And the potatoes are already ready for the multichef .... the pressure was gaining good! Thanks for the answer!

Good evening everyone . Take me into your ranks. This is not my first cartoon. Panasonic has been working for about 7 years already. I decided to buy a new one a week ago, on the insistent advice of the seller I bought a Cambrook 401. Oh, I got discouraged, the pressure was not released, I waited 40 minutes until it dropped itself and the lid opened. She even managed to burn the charlotte, returned it the next day. But today she became the owner of Mulinex, stewed potatoes with meat. Everything is super, everything is fine. Now I will carry recipes from you
Larra
Irina, welcome to our ranks, congratulations on your wonderful helper. Let it work properly and not disappoint)))
Irunya
Larra, Thank you

formochka- please tell me where you bought the bowl, cord and handle? And what model they are from (number).
After a student confiscated my Panasonic 10, it turns out that I can't do without a cartoon. I took a look at Moulinex.
And I have a question: In Panasonic, on the "pilaf" mode, you simply put all the products in, without preliminary frying, but is it possible in mulinex?
formochka
nadinadi, good day. I don't have a spare bowl yet, but there is information that the bowl and silicone ring can be ordered through the Mulinex service center (maybe Tefal) in your city.
I enjoy using the silicone lid (suitable for bowls of 3 and 5 liters), handle (RAM-CL2) and cord (RAM-PC1). they are Redmond firms. there are six Redmond branded stores in Yekaterinburg - all are located in large shopping centers. shops are called "in English. There is also a website where you can order.
and I haven't cooked pilaf yet, but there is a recipe in the booklet: pour 5 tablespoons of rast into a bowl. butter + onion + carrots + meat = "frying" mode for 10 minutes (this is with the lid open 160 *). then drain the water from the pre-soaked rice and raisins. add rice, raisins, chickpeas soaked overnight, garlic, seasoning, cumin (cumin), salt, pepper. pour water over 300 ml. close and lock the lid, set the "pilaf" mode (this is 110 *) for 20 minutes. start.

Of course it is possible. I did just that. Only I preliminarily stewed the meat separately, as I don’t believe that in 20 minutes, together with rice and vegetables, it could have been stewed to the point where you press on it and the meat fibers fall apart.
nadinadi
Thank you very much for your prompt answers. In Panas, pilaf is cooked for about an hour. I threw everything at once.Itself at first was shocked. I took the first cartoon three years ago, only because I was sorely lacking time.
A new assistant will arrive this week - let's try.

Hello girls, help with advice, who cooked barley porridge in Mulechka ?? what proportions are needed for the porridge to be crumbly ???
formochka
about porridge, but not pearl barley and not crumbly, I can only say (so far no one has responded).
my daughters and I are cooking rice porridge with milk (liquid) So:
80g in a multi-glass rice
three multi-glasses of milk
one multi-glass of water
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter
mode "children's menu" 20 minutes

if you need a thick porridge - then take a full glass of rice.
Ksyushka 71
Thank you very much for the answer Veronica, but, I do not want milk porridge, but for a side dish for meat, thanks anyway for responding, I will try, maybe it will work out.
Larra
I join Ksyushka's question, in what mode is it better to cook barley so that there are no shoots through the valve? And how long does it take? I still can't dare to cook it, although they say in a pressure cooker, but with fried vegetables it turns out very tasty))) Girls who have already cooked, please tell me, otherwise I don't want to waste products)))

Hey. Found a record of how I cooked it 1 time. 80 gr cereals, water 1 to 2. Legumes 45 min. It turned out and it seemed like it was cooked and not cooked (I wrote it down for myself then). As a result, I did not use it as a side dish (because there were no grains), but pepper instead of rice in the stuffing. And I made a note to myself that it might be necessary to try on the Rice / cereal mode or Multishef 100gr or Pilaf. But I haven't cooked it 2 times yet, although this cereal looks at me every day from the cabinet

Girls, yogurt generally takes 6 hours to cook, according to the program in a mule for 8 hours, so sour, reduce the time
I think it also depends on the leaven. I make yogurt on the mode. It goes well. It's just that different leavens have different fermentation times. Here I tried it as Larra does four hours on a multishefe at 40 grams. It didn't ferment, but after six it turned sour. But it was my own fault I had to look at it through 5.
And I made the broth from homemade chicken as you advised Larra, everything is super. Soft and most importantly chewy.

I also sometimes do not ferment after four, it most likely depends on milk, but I have never held more than five, even if I do not take out a thick one, then after several hours in the refrigerator, it comes to a condition)))

Yes, in homemade chicken, this is the most important thing, otherwise the meat is very tasty, but like rubber. And so straight it turns out gently)))

I add the pumpkin to the usual millet porridge, cut it into medium cubes and add it when laying all the products, and that's it ... it turns out a steamed sweet pumpkin in millet porridge, not smeared, in pieces. Maybe what else is pumpkin porridge? In my opinion, you can cook it like that with rice, but the most common is millet.

Thank you Julia, we will try at random, something will work out.

Let's hope that he won't run away while she (pearl barley) is blocked in Mulechka ..... We are waiting ...

Well, the porridge is ready, it turned out __ super, but next time I will put less liquid, as it seemed to me too much ...and so, I found such a recipe ___ pearl barley_1 MC, water (broth) _ 4 MC, onion_1 pc., carrot_1 pc., sunflower oil_ 3 tbsp. l. First, we sauté the vegetables in the "frying" mode, then add porridge, water, salt, spices and on the "rice / cereal" mode for _ 1 hour, then leave on heating for 1 hour, but less is possible, the steam came out on its own, Mulechka opened without problems , nothing escaped, the lid is clean, that's all. Bon appetit to everyone !!!
Larra
Ksyushka 71, thanks for the recipe, I gave you personal gratitude, otherwise no one dared to cook this "overseas" cereal. It turns out that all ingenious is simple))) As I understand it, rinse the groats and put them without presoaking?
Somewhere else on the forum I read that the ratio of cereal / water for barley 1: 3.5 will have to be tried)))
Irunya
Good evening everyone. Girls tell me how to set the steaming time on our cartoon. Yesterday I was baking a cottage cheese, so I put "baking", he puts 40 minutes, but I need 60 minutes. I pressed the timer button, set the time I need, but it still shows me the initial 40 minutes. What am I doing wrong?

Irina, select the "baking" mode, press the timer / delay once and use the plus or minus buttons to set how many minutes (or hours) we need and press "start". Try again, everything should work out)))
Irunya
Larra, Thanks, I'll try tomorrow
Ksyushka 71
Thank you Larochka for the gratitude, the cereals must be rinsed with cold water, without soaking .. I would also like to ask, girls, who cooked steamed dumplings with cottage cheese in our Mulechka ?? and more dumplings ?? the son wants just a couple of dumplings, as my mother-in-law once did, but in a regular saucepan.
Larra

I cooked small manti, both meat and potato, and cooked dumplings once, with strawberries. The principle is the same ..., a couple of MCs in a bowl of water, grease the steamer stand with a little butter, and lay out the dumplings (although there are not very many of them there, still not a mantle cooker), the "double boiler" mode - and the time depends on than dumplings or dumplings, there are four options, there is plenty to choose from)))
I think 10 - 12 minutes will be enough for dumplings with cottage cheese (and even more because of the dough).
Ksyushka 71
Thank you, Larochka, I will try it on the weekend, otherwise today is pizza in turn, one Mulya (bread maker) kneads the dough, and ours prepares.

Yes "multishef" cooks both under pressure and without it, but the delayed start (unfortunately) cannot be installed on this program.

Well, I don’t even know ... it seems to me that it’s good to ask those who used both, but I think there’s no such thing here in our Temka. I read about 124 when I chose it, I was not impressed (although I do not detract from its merits), the mulinex is somehow more reliable, the functionality is good, everything is simple and convenient, it is also easy to clean, but there are nuances in any multicooker. Look at the reviews, where there are more positive ones, take that one. If I chose now, I would still choose Moulinex, I like it very much, after six months of use more and more))) It's up to you to decide, oh, these torments of choice ... I know from myself what it is)))

First start. Prepared pate according to the recipe
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=390244.0
from pork liver. On multi-chef mode 120 degrees 10 minutes. The first batch was very overcooked. I put the second download in the same program, but reduced the time to 4 minutes. I'm happy with the result. The liver was 1kg. Jars -400gr.

The year is not indicated in the instructions or on the cartoon, well, in theory, this is a 2014 model, which means it was produced in it)))
Zhmenulya
Bought this model. After the meat was cooked under pressure, cooked for 50 minutes, the lid did not open. Previously pressed the button-manual steam release, did not help. Unlocked only after the night. Is it so necessary or is it in our marriage. I look forward to advice!
Sandy
Zhmenulya, from the instructions:

Problems
You cannot turn the "Handle for opening and closing", and accordingly cannot open the cover.
Possible reasons
Bowl pressure completely
released, but the valve that is moving is stuck because it is very clogged and therefore cannot move down.
Decision
a. Please use a stick to point the valve that is moving down.
b. For next use, please clean and wipe off the valve that moves.
Zhmenulya
Thank you, Sandy, for responding. We did it all, it didn't help. After the meat, I decided to cook beets under pressure, all the same to test the mule again. Everything worked out! I don't really know what the reason was.
Sandy
Maybe something got into the valve ... but during the night it got wet or something, and allowed to open the lid

Girls, how do you cook vegetables for salads? on a double boiler or just pour water and cook vegetables? I think to make a vinaigrette and everything will probably cook quickly.

How what and on what program?

Good day everyone, hostesses! Recently purchased this pressure cooker, and just one of the first dishes cooked was turkey jelly. The recipe was taken from the attached book, that is, it was cooked on stewing (meat) for an hour and a half, plus an hour was spent on recruiting and relieving pressure

I steamed vegetables for a vinaigrette, put everything at once and on the function of a double boiler for 15-20 minutes. Everything worked out well.

I also cooked jelly according to the recipe from the book. There was beef buldyzhka and beef pulp. After opening the lid, just in case, I added gelatin - I took out a little broth and dissolved the gelatin in it, then I added gelatin and garlic to the jellied meat.
Jula62
And I haven't cooked vegetables for salads for a long time, I bake everything in the oven. Longer in time, but more useful.

It looks sooo even decent))) such a straight saturated broth turned out. And I cooked it once, it turned out deliciously, but it’s not mine, I don’t like to mess with it (although I’m fussing, sort out the meat later, and pour the broth). In general, thanks for such descriptive photos

Thank you, Larochka, for such a flattering review. Broths in a pressure cooker really turn out to be very rich, both meat and vegetable. We also cooked vegetarian borscht on the mode Soup 15 minutes. Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832... We are very pleased with the result. The cabbage turned out with crunch, as it should be, the potatoes were not overcooked. And the scent was just awesome!
