Hello! I still can't decide which multicooker to choose out of two: Moulinex 7011 or Moulinex 503132. Now in model 503 it is confusing that the reviews say that the silicone ring strongly absorbs odors and I still don't know the height of the multicooker with the lid open (I'm afraid that may not fit between my worktop and kitchen cabinets) Please tell me who has this model! Somewhere on the forum I have already seen this information, but I do not remember on which page!

well, any silicone ring will absorb odors, this is my opinion, so you can buy a spare one for milk cereals, pastries and yoghurts (although yogurt can be made in jars, not in a bowl); height CE 503132 with open lid - 52 cm.

Thanks to those who suggested that the RB-F523 bowl fits. It is really a couple of mm lower, but it gains pressure well (I have a 503 white model). And then the ceramic is no longer very good for frying, and indeed the spare bowl will not be superfluous.

Yes, many thanks to Vasily, I like to cook in a bowl with a non-stick coating more and more, no problems, it does not stick, does not stick, and it washes off with a bang))) I only make carcasses and soups in ceramic.

Ami ,Larra ,. Glad I helped. Also very happy with the non-stick bowl.
Nevertheless, I continue to experiment with a stainless steel bowl. Cooked roast on mode Pilaf. Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832 Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832 Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832 Time 20 min, default.
It turned out very tasty, even the potatoes at the bottom were slightly browned. But it stuck to the bottom of the bowl a little, so the conclusion: it is better to cook the roast in a bowl with a non-stick coating.

Good evening. My white mule stopped turning on for frying. When the lid is fully open, it thinks that it is closed. That is, it turns on all other modes. What to do?

I stood up to work. The impression is that I was offended :) Today I bought my "first love" - Mulinex se4000, it is only 999g, I could not resist. As soon as she opened it, the little white one stopped.

Good evening, I am a happy owner of 503 models, but I have a question for a godfather - she bought 500 and she has problems, are there owners of 500 models? godfather tried to make soup, and the pressure was relieved for about 30 minutes so should it be? how to speed up? I realized that there is no special button there, like in my ((((and also in my model if, for example, I cook a boludo under pressure and did not close the valve, then it gives an error, and she cooked a roast with an open valve for 15 minutes until she called me to ask why the time does not write on the display, about 30 minutes have already passed, I tell her now she will start to gain pressure and start writing, and it happened, only then she told me that she did not close the valve, it turns out that the cartoon does not give an error? please help, thanks in advance )))) Py. sy. and I, too, looked at 501 and chose between 501, 502 and 503, now I’m not overjoyed that I chose 503, no complaints, otherwise two friends of Redmond’s borscht scattered all over the kitchen because there was no protection, and the second baked goods by mistake with the valve closed I prepared ((((((and also did not give an error ((((
Nyctalus
Good day!
Please help me decide: I am going to buy my first multicooker, I want a pressure cooker, I am looking closely at two Moulinex models - CE 501132 and CE 503132. So far, it is not very possible to understand whether the differences are great and how significant they are. From the descriptions I see that the 501 has fewer programs, a larger temperature adjustment step, no "start" button and no texture adjustment (what is this? I have not found an explanation anywhere) - is this all really that important? 501 is more compact, it will fit better in my kitchen, but I would not want to miss.
Can you find bowls and O-rings for these multicooker? Did you see that the bowls go to 503 from Redmond, and to 501?
And in general - how are Moulinexes in terms of reliability and usability? I remember a few years ago they were scolded for bread makers, do they have better multicooker?
mur007
I have 503, I chose between 501, 502, 503, 502 I didn't like the color, and in 503 I need a start button, since I can get distracted or something else, I myself want to control the moment of the start of cooking, for example, Yu if I chose soup and 3 s did not press anything, then the soup with the standard time is already starting to cook, and at that moment I was thinking how much time I needed to cook ..... now I need to press cancel and all over again ..... I'm not so comfortable, I love select everything and then run .... the programs that are in 503 and they are not in 501 I personally do not need, they almost completely duplicate those that are in 501, with a slight temperature difference of a couple of degrees - this is not important, especially since in in manual mode, you yourself can set the temperature and time you need, and for good reason, in general, the manual mode would be enough for me, without everything else, just in the automatic mode the process of choosing a program is accelerated ... good luck in choosing))))
Nyctalus
mur007, yes, I would like the "start" button, but the 503 has a hinged lid, I'm afraid it won't fit into my kitchen furniture. That's why I look at 501: if the differences are not critical, then I would be better off with a removable cover.
Thanks for the clarifications!
mur007
not at all))))) only under the furniture it is not desirable to put it, it is better either under the hood or in an open space, when you release steam, it hits quite high, and besides, you will need to put the lid somewhere later)
py. sy. I forgot about the quality to say personally, I think the highest quality Phillips, Mulinex and Panasonic, regarding the comparison, for example, with Redmond, there is practically no protection from the "fool", that is, you can't let out steam, you just climb to open it - what you have prepared is scraped off the ceiling, the valve do not close the cooking under pressure, also catch a surprise, and or vice versa, I familiarize myself with baking, I closed the valve, and baked goods with all brands open - the charlotte became rubber and burnt, so I recommend mulinex, and this line is the coolest in all respects, well, with the model you decide)
Nyctalus
mur007, I mean, there is a cabinet hanging over a part of the table, there is a free space on the table - a strip 30 cm wide, and in 501 it is 33 cm wide, it may simply not open, but rest against the cabinet.

I found another model 500e32 in the online store, I generally cannot understand how it differs from the 501, all the characteristics are the same. Is it really only the color of the case?
mur007
no, not only, it was not finalized a little as it stood, I also thought so, my friend bought this steam there, the valve turns like in Redmond, which is very inconvenient, and also there is no lid lock, well, for example, my friend half the cooking time cooked a stew with an open valve (((((and did not give any error, as a result, the water dug out and the stew burned), do not take the 500 model!

I am categorically I do not agree!!!!!! I have a 500 model, I chose for a very long time among the entire line of Moulinex pressure cookers. I'm very happy!
As for the quick release of steam, you can turn the steam release lever completely, or gradually if the jet is strong.
In all modes, except for "multi-chef", baking and frying, the valve is blocked automatically, the main thing is to turn the lid.
If you pour a pot full of cold water, then of course it will take a long time to gain pressure. To speed up the heating of the liquid, when the valve is open, I choose a temperature of 120-130 on the "multichef"0, the liquid heats up very quickly, then I set the required mode.
Therefore, I ask you not to slander this model, if your friend did not succeed the first time, this does not mean that the multicooker is to blame, right?
Well, if my friend has questions, I will gladly share what I know. Good luck !!!
Nyctalus
mur007, V.S.B., thanks, reassured. If, in general, Moulinex has good models, then maybe I will be lucky.

Oh, I was not, I found the 501st in the online store and ordered it. Already tomorrow they promised, I'll see what kind of animal. I've been choosing for several months already.

so the fact is that she turned the valve and says he let it down for a very long time, but as for the stew, she did everything only she didn't turn the valve herself and it gained pressure for about 30-40 minutes, and all this time steam came out, and then she turned this spout, and it continued to cook, and as a result, it burned (((((I just have a maximum of 2 minutes in my 503 steam), if it is forced, and if not forcibly, then it almost always takes 30 minutes, but we as a friend we live in different cities and I can't come and see wrote here a question and a review from her words, for my own I can tell a lot, and for 500 from the words of a friend, but I will be grateful if a friend has questions, for help))))
V.S.B.
In my 500 steam is forced to descend for no more than 1-1.5 minutes, and if the Mulia herself equalizes the pressure, then 15-20 minutes, depending on the volume of products and the program.

Girls, save-help!
I bought a multicooker, Mulinex 501132, tried to cook in it today, it turned out to be some kind of garbage, but I just don't understand what happened and why. I wanted to stew meat with porridge. I fried the meat on the "frying" program, added vegetables, stewed it a little more on the same program (when a thick layer of food, it is not particularly fried, rather it is stewed), poured cereals, poured hot water in a ratio of 2: 1 to cereals. Then I had to leave, I switched on the "pilaf" mode and put the delayed start. Then we'll have to deal with chronology:
at 17:10 turned on the "pilaf" mode (time 20 minutes) and postponed the start for 2 hours (it turns out that it is impossible to get less)
at 19:50 I returned home and found soft meat, undercooked cereals and the numbers 01:20 on the scoreboard
That is, it seemed to me that 17:10 + 2 hours + 10-15 minutes to set pressure + 20 minutes of program work = at about 19:40 I should have ready-made porridge, I came later, which means that 00 should be on the display: 10 - the multicooker works for 10 minutes in heat preservation mode.
But it turns out that it turned on not after two hours, but earlier? How and why? And is millet really so different from rice that in 20 minutes of the "pilaf" program it was not cooked (it takes 40 minutes in my double boiler)?
Then everything was completely sad, I tried to cook the porridge on the "rice / cereal" program, but the slow cooker kept resetting the program (after the pressure was set, it set only a minute for cooking), I decided that she had not enough water and she could not create the necessary pressure, I added water several times, it did not help, as a result, I cooked it up on the very same heat preservation, the excess water had to be evaporated on the "frying", at the exit there was overcooked porridge and many questions.
I took out the porridge, poured water into the pan, tried all modes - everything works fine. The delayed start waited for a little over an hour - no premature starts. I can't understand anything, help me please!
mur007
by the time you get that you didn't turn on the timer, the pilaf mode started immediately, and then the auto-heating mode turned on, why don't I answer, maybe you didn't press the button ... about cereals, everything is clear there is not enough water, look in book a recipe with millet, I have proportions for 400 g of millet 1 liter of water, + the meat will also take some of the water on itself ... I would have poured another 50-100 on top, I had a similar garbage with corn porridge yesterday, I fell asleep like on millet, but it was not there, it was not cooked, but burned, and did not turn on any more due to lack of liquid, I had to add more liquid, but it still did not turn on, then I closed it for the night and by the morning it reached with the lid closed, so it's all about the liquid, the finer the cereal, the more liquid it needs!
Nyctalus
mur007, it also seems to me that there was not enough fluid. Although nothing was burnt, the meat and vegetables were not overdried.
And in terms of time, it still turns out strange: if the "pilaf" mode was switched on immediately, then 10-15 minutes to set the pressure + 20 minutes program + 1 hour 20 minutes of auto-heating = about 1 hour 40 minutes. 17:10 + 01:40 = 18:50. And the clock was 19:50. What kind of time machine did I buy and where did she go for an hour?

: umnik2: Hello girls. I bought myself Moulinex 501132 and I can’t figure it out with the Quenching program, I wanted to cook stuffed cabbage in this mode, but I couldn’t start it in any way, I chose the type of product vegetables and there it was 10 minutes on the display by default, I typed 40 minutes, but after the indicator blinks on the display appeared 1 minute, please tell me what is my mistake. I see you are all experienced hostesses. Can stuffed cabbage on another program do. I started doing Multishef.

1 cup of sugar
Vanilla
Cocoa, if you want to become chocolate
Baking mode 37 minutes (I determined the time for myself, by experience, otherwise sometimes the bottom was very baked)
And yet, I found an online store in Kiev, there are Western bowls and spare silicone rings for our multicooker, I haven't bought myself yet, but I saw that they are. If necessary (and possible), then I'll throw the address into the topic

Well, it's just like in a regular cartoon, for a very long time, try to do it under pressure next time, 20 minutes and you're done, you still boil the leaves, or scald them (I just scald them, as I do with Peking cabbage, and cut off the hard parts a little thickness), sauté onions with carrots first, add tomato, salt, spices, put stuffed cabbage, add water and stew for 20 minutes. Delicious)))

Natalia, I have one more thanks for the muffin recipe, I baked it, I just added a little cinnamon and crushed walnuts, everything was baked well, and very tasty))) I did it in a Redmond bowl with a non-stick coating for 40 minutes (I concluded that all the same, in my native ceramic bottom, more roasted, I don’t know what it’s connected with), but in this one we got an even beautiful blush. So for frying and baking, I will still use non-stick. And the native shore for soups and stewing. In general, the muffin is wonderful, I will make it often now.
