Olya, I will make sour cream on "yogurt". I wrote earlier that I compared yogurt made from the same mixture in Filka and Panasonic181. The temperature in Fillet on "yogurt" is supposed to be 40 g. In Panasonic I choose the temperature myself (out of the possible), also 40 grams. So in Fillet, yogurt is more tender and not sour, compared to Panasonic. I tried (felt) the water with my little finger after 6 hours, in Fillet it is warmer than in Panasonic. This game for plus / min a couple of degrees gives a pronounced result.
Therefore, I think that we will get the 35 grams necessary for sour cream in Fillet on "yogurt", taking into account the error and a silicone mat, which will definitely "eat" one degree.
