Ingredients

Broiler chicken up to 1.5 kg 1 PC.
Seasoning for chicken
Ground black salt and pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the chicken, dry it with a paper towel, cut it along the breast, salt, pepper and sprinkle with chicken spices.
  • Lubricate the bottom with multi vegetable oil, put the chicken back down. Program "Baking for 25-30 minutes, turn the chicken on the breast and turn on the baking for 20-25 minutes."
  • I like this chicken more than baked in the oven or in the microwave. It comes out with a toasted crust and at the same time juicy. Everything is clean, nothing is splattered, like when frying in a pan and very tasty.
