Well, that's what kind of person I am (((I wanted to cook yogurt in a filipka, and then I thought that it was very lazy to transfer it to a container later. Well, I put a small one in a yogurt maker, there is such a liter glass shikaarny

I still have a question - is it possible to grow sourdough in a kid? There is an Orson fermenter, but I am not drawn to it at all after I smashed a large can.

and the leaven (if for bread) will not run away, because it rises during fermentation and descends
anna_k
selenа, yes it is clear where she should run ... I just think if it makes sense to do it in Phillips. in theory, the manual mode maintains a temperature of just 30 degrees, is set up to 8 hours
vernisag
Is 30 ° not much for a leaven?
anna_k
vernisag, and how do I know?
Here, I'm interested in experienced ones ...

Honestly, I have no experience with sourdough at all, although I bought a jar of Sekowa. Stands sealed in the refrigerator. The other day I tried live yeast for the first time in my life.

Unfortunately, my mother did not teach me how to cook at all, and she herself still does not know how. The other day I asked how to use a mini-oven with three twists and visual cues ... But I’m learning the basics at 30+ ...

vernisag
Filia overheats a little, the temperature will be too high for sourdough
If you only turn on every hour for five minutes and she can really get away ...
Nuuu, but you will learn to cook here, no problem at all
anna_k
vernisag, I'm lazy, so I'll probably do it in Orson. How will I ripen to such an important action)))

Honestly, I have already learned to cook better with the help of devices than the adult women in my family. They constantly ask me for advice. True, I look at the recipes of local girls and I understand that I'm sooo far to this level ...
Stafa
I noticed that my filipok somehow rolls on the table, turned it over, and I have 4 regular places for non-slip legs, but there are no legs themselves, there is only one round leg behind the multi. Look virgins, only I have such a bezel, or are they all like that?
Biryusa
The same thing: one rubber pad on the back support, and four horseshoe legs are pure plastic with two pimples and two holes each.
Pchela maja
I also have. But I didn't seem to notice that she was skating.

And what a fermented baked milk on it in Fillet! This is something! ((Fermented with sour cream)

Olya, please tell me how much sour cream for these 3 cups, and for how long to put?
petu
Tanya, if I do it in glasses (about 400ml - a little less, all 3 pieces) I take 1 tsp of sour cream and 8 hours (sometimes I can't pull it out right away (so you don't have to worry if it stops)). I did it in a bowl (full), then -1 tbsp and the same for 8 hours. Good luck!
vernisag
And I did, spoons of 3 tablespoons and in 4 hours everything is ready
Pronay
Irish, for 3 multi cups 3 tablespoons of sour cream?
Isn't that a lot?
vernisag
Well, maybe 2 spoons, I put it on the eye, but it always turns out very thick yogurt in 3.5-4 hours.
Fermented with sour cream and activia (drinking) and re-fermentation of euitalia, no more than 4 hours. True, in a large jar, in a yogurt maker, it takes longer.
Pronay
Girls, thanks.
I'll try this and that.

So I'm talking about ryazhenka drinking I wrote that it was based on baked milk (and yogurt is a different consistency ...)
vernisag
Ol, but I don't even see the difference, the whole re-fermentation, if it's not a ferment from bubbles-packets, is done quickly, 4 hours is enough.

Ira, everyone has their own troubles. From childhood, my grandmother taught that it is necessary to boil milk or cook milk porridge in a separate "milk saucepan"; there is also a separate saucepan for eggs; for raw meat - a separate board and knife, and even more so for bread. The grandmother was "shifted" in a good way on kitchen hygiene.
I would cook yogurt, sour cream in a separate pot with pleasure. And now I ferment yogurt in cups 2 times a day: in the morning before work and in the evening at night.
selenа
Tanya-FanyaDamn, we are with your grandmother sister
Tanya-Fanya
Nadezhda, rather you and I are sisters, and our grandmothers are from the same sandbox :-)
Now my daughter is shaking the second bowl off me, so that the oatmeal is not boiled in water, but in milk.

By the way, girls, thanks to everyone who took part in the "Christmas discussions about herculean porridge"
My student is already reporting to me about freshly brewed morning porridge in Filipka. Oh, I'm so glad! And she managed to stew potatoes with chicken fillet: "Mom, it's so delicious! The girls also want this Filipka! You sit, teach, and he cooks!"

Do not slander your grandmother))) This is not a shift, this is just normal.
Therefore, we have more than one MV, and each does its own job, the one that is best at it.
Therefore, I am always surprised at the desire to have spare bowls, it is better to have several MV / SV, well, at least 2, to begin with)

Ira, that's right, I'm not talking about that, but about the fact that in the proportions that I wrote, liquid fermented baked milk is obtained, specifically for drinking (I thought that it was necessary to have a drinkable ...), and if the leaven bigger, then it is thicker, I mean, you can adjust the density in the cups ...

A.lenka, Lena. I saw a folding silicone colander today in the * Carousel * (it has a handle and a plastic top, and a folding silicone in the middle). It seems to me that it will become an ideal steamer (cut it off to the desired diameter and it will lie on the sides of the bowl). I didn’t buy it, it was the last one, its handle was chipped off, but I didn’t guess to take a picture (its price is 159 rubles). I don't know if you have a * Carousel *, I just mean that pay attention, you suddenly get caught ... And in the * fix-price *, I did not like the double boiler at all, it has very * clumsy * details, such a saucepan can be stripped ...
A.lenka
petu, Olga, thanks!
Probably, somewhere nearby. I will definitely look.

And by the way, I bought a steamer for 49 rubles in a fixed-price list. I even took a picture of how she got into Filyushka. I will load the photos in an hour.
A.lenka
The advantage of the FP steamer is that the handle can be pulled out without any problems. And plugs back in with the same ease.
🔗

The steamer fits well into the multicooker, touches the bottom with its legs. But the distance from the bottom to the steamer, in my opinion, is too small. Water is placed in 200 ml.
🔗

I also made a "feint with the ears", and put the steamer not on the bottom, but on a silicone muffin mold, which I bought there, in FP. There is already 400 ml of water, just two measuring cups.
🔗

This is what a steamer looks like when opened.
🔗

I haven’t tried anything yet. So I cannot assess the effectiveness of the design. But still, two things confuse me.
1. Plastic.
Even if it is food grade, it may not melt. But when I put a plastic construction with sharp edges in the bowl, my heart bleeds ... I would like something more silicone as a steamer in the cartoon.
2. Removable handle.
The fact that she is pulled out is good. But still, inserting and pulling out the steamer without a handle is not convenient. With an original handle - the lid of the multicooker does not close even when the steamer is on the bottom. You need to either cut the handle somehow, or come up with another lifting mechanism.

My findings.
Alternatively, a double boiler from FP is suitable for Filyushka. But I will be looking for another silicone alternative. I will look at the Carousel the one about which Olga petu told.
Tanya-Fanya
Helen! Thank you very clearly.
I think that after all, the magic pot is so small that steaming in it is risky.
And Mannochka wrote that she was cooking beets for steam and the water quickly evaporated (you can find a link to "beetroot" on page 1). Probably, the manufacturer deliberately excluded the steamer from this model.

Maybe you are right. But for some reason in small Redmonds of the same size there is still a function of a double boiler ... There, apparently, a double boiler rises higher. Or maybe someone who has little Rediki take a picture of a separate steamer and how it is located in the multicooker? You are welcome.......
Stafa
In Redkit 01 there is a very shallow steamer and C1 eggs in it almost end to end with the lid, it feels like they can be beaten. And it hangs from above.

N, Yes and more. As far as I remember (I gave it to my brother, I didn’t like it), there is also some kind of bulge on the double boiler, so that it’s not well thought out .... And this silicone colander will probably be a wonderful option ...

I can't take a picture now, but I tried on this steamer in Filipok and I can say:
1.the Redika-01 steamer is hinged, shallow - its depth is only 33mm, with rather large holes (1cm in diameter)
2. If you install it in the Filipka bowl, it fits in diameter, but the lid does not close, the inner non-boiling lid interferes, which should hang down inside the bowl, as it were. This is incompatible with a hinged steamer.

In this Filka I only cook porridge for two and cook an omelet for one. Truncated.
