Rabbit 500 BC
Frozen mushrooms 300 BC
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Sour cream 100 g
Butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • At the bottom of the bowl, put butter and a rabbit chopped into portions. Switch on the "Steam" mode 20 min. Put the mushrooms in a dry frying pan and evaporate the liquid. Cut the onion into thin rings and fry in butter until golden brown. At the end of the "Steam" mode salt and pepper the pieces of rabbit, sprinkle with seasonings, top with mushrooms, onions and sour cream. Close the lid, turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 2 hours or more, do not interfere with the process.
