Salt if the tomato is not salty enough taste

Cooking method

  • Kneading and baking a bread maker. I heated the tomato in the microwave and mixed it with flour in the evening, added yeast in the morning and baked it. Due to brewing and subsequent long fermentation, the bread turned out to be light, weightless, soft, slightly "rubbery", fragrant - very tasty!

The most delicious tomatoes are in Romin marinade... And even more so cucumbers ...........
But those tomatoes won't live up to bread.

And then I opened a small jar (of course, according to a different recipe last fall, closed; Romins ended in early March ...), and we didn't like the tomatoes: sour, soft, etc. crushed with seeds and marinade with a blender, only large grains of pepper and other additives removed. And sent it to the bread.

His roof, as can be judged from the photo, did not collapse, I just didn’t level it - as I mixed myself, I was baked.
